Chris did the inspection on the condo that we were going to purchase, he did an awesome job for us. He was very careful not to miss anything. It was our first time in going through an inspection process and he helped us to feel comfortable and answered any questions we had. He took great pictures and explained what each picture showed and the problems that he found. He helped to calm our fears in what he might find. Due to the seller's issues in the end the condo could not be sold to us. So we went looking again and found another condo. Chris was hired to do the inspection on the 2nd condo we are now purchasing. Once again, did an awesome job, took excellent pictures, helped to answer any questions we had. He is a really nice person and has a friendly smile that helps to calm your fears. He gave us a fair price better than what we have seen in other companies. We would recommend him and his company give you the best price you will find. He will do an excellent job that you will be glad you hired him. We did.

Incredibly impressed by the promptness and thoroughness of their service. I didn't expect DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY to reveal a detailed view of the property and find some items with the Roof that we probably would have missed.
