Really great company that's done alot of work for us. Just a few mistakes, we're correctly repaired right away.i would definitely recommend to anyone.

My elderly mother got an ac from Ruiter Company May7, 2021 and it was broken down May 4,2024. Several attempts have been made to get someone to come over and fix or replace. My mother has a warranty. No response. She was talked to so rude. I could hear the mistreatment of my mother . It broke my heart. Her and her pet had suffered tremendously in the heat. We have had to place fans today all around the house for every room to at least make it bare able. Be very mindful of Company’s that practice such mistreatment. My mother had medical conditions. Would you want your mother treated this way? Shame on Ruiter.

We had our floor in our hall and our bathroom floor replaced and the two that did the replacements were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for your needs. Thanks Bob and Sam for the magnificent job and for being so friendly.

Company truck #653 does not know how to drive/park

So P1 plumbing service was driving down Las Vegas freeway swerving and checking his phone while driving. Any company that operates like this cannot do professional work.

Driver nearly caused an accident drove around me while I was waiting at a light and ran a red light . I tried to call the company with no answer

They have no respect for others properties. A driver of theirs hit my neighbors vehicle nearly hitting mine he fought it all on security footage and they drove off and won’t cover the full damages. Don’t deal with these people if they can’t take ownership of their mistakes you don’t want them touching your property. While reading other reviews it shows this isn’t they only thing they do wrong!

Yeah. You guys showed up to my neighbors house and cut into the cable. Upon leaving you killed the phone,internet, and phone that I get LEGALLY through cox. We also seen the lock you cut off to get into the connection. Oh and thanks for driving like mad men through our neighborhood after killing our internet and ditching something over the wall. Was like you knew you screwed up our cable. You'll be hearing from us.

Your facts are incorrect for you called the wrong department. This location here does provide services thru cox but not as an independent provider . Key word thru cox. Before you start stating incorrect facts maybe you should research more and understand what the rep meant on the phone when they were looking for your account . They work as contractors for cox and are not a solely independent provider.

Their website and lots of info suggests they provide services to residential customers, I called in and got transferred so many times. They were like bots, they couldn’t understand I was a customer asking to have network cable ran and wasn’t affiliated with any of the companies they did subcontract work for. I kept telling them “I don’t have an account, I have a home and I’m looking for service” – “Sir, we need some information to lookup your account, we can’t find it”; how brain dead can you be? This wasn’t even a single person, that exact scenario happened 3 times. I was transferred 5+ times all the dead ends, mostly rude people who couldn’t comprehend. So much rubber-stamp group-thinking.

This company can get a 8 star rating if it was offered. The young lady that answered the phone was prompt and very courteous The technician was there when promised. He was very smart about the system and sold me what I wanted not what I did not need. He answered all my questions so I could understand what it was about. Job was done quickly and neat and clean. I called the next day to get some help because I am not very smart with computers. The technician helped me out on the phone and got me to where I needed to be . This technician's name is Vito. He is a very excellent employee.
The whole company cares about their customers. And again they sell you a system you need, not one you don't. I will recommend this company and people to everyone. GOOD JOB!

Austin Thomas came out for a Cox service call. He was outstanding! IES Residential and Cox should be very happy to have someone as good as Austin to represent them. He was very customer service oriented and complete with his work, and early. My husband and I are completely happy to finally have our TV and internet problems solved. He needs a raise or at least employee of the month! Al & Denise Palmer

I have a video of one of their "technicians" working on my underground access. I came home and asked if there was a problem with my service. They said no. I went inside and no internet. The person was gone. I had someone come out again and was told the line was cut by the previous person. I was then told it would be 3 more days before someone would come out to replace the damaged line. I called on the third day and was told they already came out and replaced the line and now I needed an installation technician. I believe this company for cox is purposely causing damages to lines so they can swoop in and repair them
