Yolie & Damon were great. They offered great customer service & were very thorough cleaning my vent ducts. I would highly recommend their work.

Due to an extremely heavy rain over 2 days my Garage flooded and leaked to the Recreation Rooms below. After hey received a call, in less than 2 1/2 Hours Immaculate Restoration was there with all the Equipment necessary to Dry the walls, carpet and take the moisture out of the complete area to prevent mold from becoming an issue. Due to their fast service and follow up there was no permanent damage and they cleaned up the area after hey removed their equipment. I highly recommend this company.

Immaculate Restoration came through for us when we had a flood in our house. We called in the middle of the night on a holiday and someone showed up ready to work within 30 minutes. We were recommended to another company by our insurance company and they were almost three times the cost of what we charged by Immaculate Restoration. Everyone that worked in our house were professionals and got right to the job and they explained everything has they went along. I would highly recommend Immaculate Restoration as they were highly recommended to us. Our house flood covered three bedrooms, bathroom, closets and hall. These are only a few pics that I have taken.

When they arrived they were very professional and happy to answer any questions about cleaning the stains on my carpet. They were very thorough and cleaned my carpet to my satisfaction and it looks great.

Absolutely awesome process from start to finish. Was able to send Dominic some photos and videos of the home to get an idea and a price over the phone, which made it super easy for the service. He had availability sooner than anyone else that I contacted and he showed up on time with his crew who were very nice and made sure to wear booties in the house to keep everything clean. They were very respectful of the property and worked hard and we’re here for about three or four hours to complete the job And everything looks absolutely incredible. They have been extremely easy to schedule with and contact throughout the process And their work is really high-quality with a good attention to detail for the areas that needed it without me even asking. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for Carpet Cleaning or restoration work of any kind. Will be using them in the future.

Had this company out twice for estimate then on day of cleaning they show up an hour late, stay 6 hours, talking the whole time and accomplish not much. Over promise, under deliver. They also took my drapes to clean at their office that doesn’t exist and now they have blocked my calls and the company is acting like they do not know us. Wasted $800 and our drapes were stolen by this company.

UPDATE: Vincent never delivered our custom drapes, still has me blocked. They literally robbed us. Please take my unfortunate advice and don’t chance this happening to you. We work very hard, my mother paid a lot of money for the drapes that were never returned. Sad.

We had a flood in our bathroom due to a clog in our plumbing. The Shower backed up and flooded our master bathroom, and part of our bedroom and closet. We had the clog cleared in the morning and called to file an insurance claim in the afternoon, Luis and his team from rockstar restoration showed up the same day at 3pm to evaluate what needed to be done. They started demo and finished almost all the demo by that evening, then started drying out the areas that were damaged. The communication from Luis was great and I was informed every day on what was going on. The job took a little longer cause of how damp some areas were, but I was informed every day of the status. Luis and his team were professional and respectful to our home. This was my first time having to deal with a flood issue and I was so grateful to rockstar restoration for helping us deal with devastating ordeal. I highly recommend them.

The Prime staff were very professional and left my carpets and furniture spotless. Two supervisors arrived to ensure the job was done correctly and met their professional standards.
