I am very appreciative and grateful to SERVPRO SW and their team. Jose and Kade (and their team) were extremely helpful after our fridge decided to flood our kitchen. They worked cleanly, swiftly, and were always punctual. They always let us know what was happening and provided the next steps to resolve our issue. Kade was very helpful with the financial part and was very upfront about pricing. It only took a few days for everything to dry up and helped avoid any molding. Jose and his team even moved our fridge outside, which I know was not easy. Thank you guys so much for everything you have done for us!!

I was going through a kitchen remodel and noticed some signs that there may have been a potential water leak in the past at some point when we ripped out the old kitchen cabinets. I wanted to have it checked out before we installed the new cabinets. I contacted ServPro and they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They first came out to provide an estimate and they were the most reasonable by far. Other companies tried to use scare tactics and fear to take advantage and try to justify their exorbitant prices. Unlike those other companies, ServPro was honest about the potential scope of work and pricing. Once I approved the estimate, they sent their crew out to do the inspection cuts and I couldn’t be happier with their work. The ServPro estimator and crew were all on time, professional, and clean. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I had a very good experience with serve Pro. My house burned the top portion on January 5, 2024. And SERVPRO came out and help me pack up all my belongings and I was so thrilled that the professionalism that was given to me the entire crew and the staff was very nice and answered all questions that I had. I had a washer over flow which flooded my house. The crew showed up on time was professional, polite and got the job done right away! With it being water damage the big job was done within a handful of hours and then over the last few days their industrial fans dried the structure rapidly! Each day a team member came by to check the progress and gave me an accurate update! Highly recommend and ask for team member Josh who works under Production Manager Jose Reyes!

We were affected by the storm that came through a few months ago. We had flooding to our house which lead to mold. The Southwest team came out and identified the issues when other companies could not. They worked quickly, professional and respectful of my home. The communication they provided was excellent. In a time of need when I was let down by my insurance and other companies they helped me and put my mind at ease that I was in good hands and well take care of. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding job!

Hats off to Kade Schank the Acct Mngr of Servpro and Jose’ Reyes the Production Mngr, as they sound compassionate to me, for my flooded residence. Their employees packed all my belongings from all the closets and BR furnitures but left the BR set in the garage. I pray that Servpro company would be able to do a good restoration of my house in due time. The only thing I noticed was their employees adjusted the temperature of my house feom 78-71 degrees F which I noticed last Friday when I checked the house. I was advised not to make the temperature so low especially when no one is in the house. Still I am grateful for Servpro service and their professionalism. Looking forward to a good restoration of my place by Servpro. Thank you.

Servpro did a really great job. I didn’t expect them to come out as quick as they did to work on the water damage in my condo and right before Christmas. Hector was very professional and thorough with the whole process he made sure my condo was kept clean as much as possible. He directed the crew on exactly what needed to be done. I was mostly impressed on how organized and clean Manny, Mario and Fabian did the job. I was expecting to walk into a disaster but they covered up everything and moved my things with care. Servpro provided mold and water damage remediation at my home here in Las Vegas. Kade Schank did the initial contact and the visit at my home. He quickly sent me estimates for both jobs. This was done in a very timely and professional manner. He returned every phone call and was very concise in his explanations of the work to be done. The team of Justin and Maria, and others, were at my home very quickly. They placed a tent over the area of the mold after the plumbers moved my water heater. They also removed drywall and a platform where the mold was found in our garage, and damaged drywall in our bathroom. They did the cleaning and sanitized the area. I was very impressed with the quality and the professionalism demonstrated by Servpro. I would surely use them again if needed, and will recommend Servpro to anyone who has these kinds of problems.
