The team at Nulook floor did an amazing job. They installed new kitchen countertops, new sinks and countertops in our master bath. Shannon at the store was super friendly and helpful through the entire process. The team that came in and removed our existing countertop did an amazing job removing it. We had previously installed a backsplash we wanted to keep. They were able to remove the old countertop without breaking or chipping the backsplash. I would and have recommended this team to my friends. 👍🏻

We had Nulook remodel out kitchen. They removed the facade and gave us an open concept. Also cut back a wall, did tile work and paint. Louis was great very patient and full of knowledge and ideas. He made the whole process easy on my husband and I. We will definitely use them in the future. Also highly recommend Nulook for anyones remodel. Thank you to the team at Nulook 👍👍

NuLook is a wonderful store with so many lovely tiles and materials to chose from. If you’re a home investor then this is a great place with awesome turn around. As a homeowner I waited about 4 weeks for a quote on a $20k job. Replacing my flooring on the lower level and retiling two bathrooms. The person who prepares measurements was superb. He actually provided the quote many weeks later for us. And we had already commenced with the tile job on our own. We did hire NuLook for baseboard in the bathroom and were harassed quite a bit for payment after it was finished. I was as you can imagine in no rush as they were in no rush to get us a quote in a hot housing market.

Tl;dr: they prioritize house investors and will take a very long time for homeowners. Probably better off elsewhere. My experience was from oct-nov 2020

It's been a year since Nulook installed my floors. They re-floored my entire 1,400 sf townhome (including stairs) six years ago AND they completely refloored my 1,000 sf condo. I'm super satisfied. I have high expectations and I'm very detailed but Manny has incredible patience and knowledge. I didn't believe him when he said they could install LVT over tile but here I am today, still loving my new floors without the addt'l expense of having to demo the tile, rent a dumpster, deal with the mess, etc. The installers were excellent and paid attention to detail including base-boarding around a large built-in and filling in a couple of areas that had broken tile. I also appreciated how the information and detail I shared with Manny, got to the installers! They were well aware in advance of the nuances of the job when they arrived! They have an excellent selection and the pricing is fair so if you need new floors, check out Nulook. I hear they do other home improvements, too, and I plan to call them for a new kitchen surface.

I can not say enough about this company. So professional!!!!! We had a friend do our shower. They really screwed it up. 2 months later when they finished it was all wrong and just a mess. 1 call to NuLook and they got the ball rolling to correct things. Turns out it needed to be all removed and redone from the start. The work they did was exceptional. Their master tiler had removed everything and rebuilt our shower and tiled it in 2 weeks. I was amazed!!!! Everything was perfect and so beautiful. I wish I had spared myself the headaches and just had them do it in the first place. If you are thinking about a remodel I recommend calling them. It will save you so much time and headaches. Thank you!!!Thank you!!!Thank you!!! We have used Nulook several times in the past for flooring with excellent results. This is the first time I used them for a granite countertop job. The price was reasonable and the installer did a very nice job on the installation. He explained what was going to be done and was careful to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Nulook again for my countertops.

They were a very respectful and knowledgeable team that was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
I was expecting them to take few weeks to complete the task as it was for one of my commercial projects (subcontract) They squeezed me in and completed it in two weeks.

It was quite refreshing to talk to the owner about the project directly, Who was also on site, rather than talking to a random sales assistant who seemed to know little to nothing like several of the other companies I’ve tried, whom wanted me to wait several weeks just to get the job quoted...

Will definitely hire them again for my future projects.

We were referred to Nulook Floor by our Realtor. We're new to Las Vegas and knew very few people, but our Realtor was so excited about Nulook Floor and Apollo that we chose to do a remodel through Apollo's company. We found Apollo to be very personable, patient, kind and thorough. He explained in detail what our remodel would look like, showed us diagrams of how everything would fit and increased our excitement as the whole picture began to come together. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner and we're extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and how our house now looks as a result of Apollo and his team doing such an outstanding job. We highly recommend Nulook Floor, Apollo and his team.

Unorganized, not on time as promised, and holes weren't cut as requested - faucet NOT CENTERED. One of the key reasons I went with this company, even though their install bid was higher, was that Manny said it could be done right away (lie #1). He then sent someone else out to measure a 2nd (& 3rd time) and said shelves from selvage were not included (lie #2). Didn't show up when scheduled for the 2nd measurement, no callbacks, no response to emails, & nothing can be done about offset faucet. Sinks were not installed at 3" from edge because installers didn't get the measurements provided to the measurement person in visit #2 & #3 --- and my way didn't matter because obviously I'm just a woman and I don't know what I want/need. NO. Just NO. I've designed bathrooms and kitchens for years. Service started out great in the showroom, but from there is was a steep fall downhill. Who puts sinks back 4.75" from the edge?! And the excuse that you needed a 1" overhang from the drawers when I specifically said I only wanted a half inch - which is what's on every other drawer in this house? And yes, there was plenty of material from the leftover selvage for shelves. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Manny might come off as nice, but his work ethic is HORRIBLE. He's probably just overworked, but that's on him to set expectation and find reliable help. The help he has is NOT reliable.

We used NuLook to remodel all 3 of our bathrooms. Manny was our contractor. He came out twice to make sure measurements were accurate and to confirm our design. Phase 1 was our powder bath and guest bath, phase 2 was our primary bath. They did an outstanding job for us. All work was done by NuLook employees and they did a great job. Very professional, great craftsmanship, super easy to work with. They worked clean, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I cannot recommend them enough.

Nulook replaced our master bath counters, tiled the shower and new flooring in the master bedroom. Everything was done professionally and prompt. The products are beautiful and everyone we dealt with was fantastic!! Shannon was our contact person and we couldn’t have ask for a better correspondence! She was amazing, friendly and competent! I know I should be calling this in, but I know they won't do anything about it. License plate 177LVJ. This truck has a giant GT wing on it. This employee is speeding through the parking lot at home depot on eastern and serene, gets behind me to turn left on serene towards eastern. It's taking forever, he decides to cut into the right hand turn lane, then turns left while I'm turning left almost wrecking into me. He blasts down serene, blows the red light turning onto eastern almost creaming pedestrians, one of them was an older lady in a walker. Ridiculous. Seems like the kind of guy to hit children in a neighborhood the way he drives. Just as a heads up for those calling them to your homes.

Beware of this company!! I am going to make this short.
I had a small leak in the garage , Servpro came out and decided
we had a small amount of mold where the leak was (there was no mold) . So I decided to fix it
myself instead of going through my insurance. This company charged me $800.00 + for making a small hole in the drywall and 2 fans. That's all they did.

SERVPRO was recommended by my insurance company, so I immediately felt assured that they would work cohesively to get repairs done. Kade S. responded immediately and was informative. I am grateful for his help.
