Bayron and his crew did a great job restoring (and re-coloring the grout) my tile floors. They also cleaned and polished my countertops. The difference is like night and day! Their work is very detailed and completely to my satisfaction. Wonderful service.

I hired Silver Knights Floor Restoration because my grout, now 25 years old, was definitely discolored and the tiles still had grout stuck in their rougher areas. The team came, took photos of where every piece of furniture or throw rug was located and proceeded to remove all of it! I wasn’t expecting that! It took about 6 hours and the tiles were amazingly cleaner looking and so was most of the grout. They then replaced everything right where it originally was. Sadly when it dried, there were grout lines that still appeared darker so I contacted Bayron who managed the group of cleaners. He came right out and tried further hand cleaning of the grout. He came out again to check that work and then proposed they all return, re-clean (including moving all the furniture again) and they would paint all the grout to match. He scheduled a date, they came back, re-cleaned the floors, and painted the grout, replaced the furniture and didn’t charge me anything! It looks wonderful—like new! I just cannot really express how valuable a person like Bayron is to a service company. The man goes so far out of his way to make customers happy and satisfied that all others look truly bad in comparison.

Wow! We hired the team to restore / polish our marble floors prior to putting the home on the market. They did an awesome job the floors look better than new. Their process is quick and no chemicals. The result is a lasting beautiful shine. The team is great and very professional- we highly recommend them!

Over the Thanksgiving weekend we found several tiles had cracked and lifted. Called several tile repair places and the only one to return our call was Byron, from Silver Knights Floor Restoration, within 15 minutes. Came to inspect and gave reasonable quote within 2 hours. Came back 2 days later and did a wonderful, clean job.
We had him look at a few other areas of concern but he said they were OK and not necessarily in need of repair right now. SUPER HONEST!!!
He also gave us a quote to clean all our grout, which was reasonable as well.

I am so impressed with this business! After I called, Bayron of Silver Knights Floor Restoration was efficient in providing a detailed estimate. He and his crew did an exceptional job in cleaning and sealing our off-white honed travertine -- it looks brand-new! He told me he treats every home like it is his own, and his work backed up that statement. My expectations were exceeded. The cost was very reasonable for the end result. They did a great job on my carpet and mattress! Very professional and good price!

Not happy with the results at all. I could’ve cleaned my carpet better with a toothbrush. Would not recommend. Had them only clean my loft my carpet was fairly still new but just had 2 new stains I needed to get up from my dog. And it’s still there.

This place is AMAZING! They genuinely care about natural stone you are asking to be cleaned. Excellent customer service all the way around. They got the bedroom, living room and hallway done all within an hour. The company was super flexible with my time and was able to accommodate last minute scheduling. Will definitely use them again next time!

We are a local company to the region, and have been cleaning marble floors for a significant amount of time. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of our work. We were not hired by you directly but we did take interest in your business after speaking with you on the phone. Each time we clean carpets or floors, we find that they grow better and better.

I had etching in travertine due to spilling vinegar on the floor, also had discoloration in the marble shower pan. Nightshine did an exceptional job with both issues, as well as cleaning and sealing the entire floor and shower. Bathroom looks brand new. The company was easy to work with, professional, and provided exceptional customer service. Recommend highly!!
