I recently had the pleasure of working with Wes and his team on a pool installation, and I have to say that I was blown away by their expertise and professionalism. From start to finish, Wes was incredibly communicative and responsive, answering all of my questions and providing me with regular updates. He went above and beyond to ensure that the pool was designed and installed exactly to my specifications, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. They are showing one of the top 10 in Las Vegas, but even though I have not used them, I would have to say I would not. I’ve left several emails and several phone calls and no response. Perhaps they are closed for good. If you can’t get good service before you start. You definitely will not get service after they start.

Our shower needed regrouting and polishing of the granite walls and countertops. Silver knights floor restoration did a wonderful job making it look like new. Bayron Ramos explained everything to us and didn’t leave until we were 100% satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company!

From the initial consultation all the way through the final walkthrough, Byron took the time to clearly explain what to expect and how the process would work. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the level of quality and care they provide.

They just finished the job today and the results are a 10/10. The floors look refreshed, clean, and beautifully restored.

What I also appreciated was the professionalism after the job was completed. Byron stayed behind to do a full walkthrough with me for the final inspection and made sure everything met my expectations. He even went out of his way to add a few additional finishing touches when I requested them.

Very professional from the beginning to the end. Byron is great. Job quality was wonderful and delivered as promised. I have travertine floor which had not been serviced for years. Grouts were all black and stone was muted. They brought it back to life. However, it is a little overpriced. You will be able to get yours done for less money if you shop around, but no one can do a better job.

Silver Knight Floor came to our home and did everything as they promised. Turn filthy ugly tile and grout back to new! My expectations was to just freshen up the floors, and remarkably, when they were done, the grout recovered to be back near 100% back to it's original color! WOW is all I have to say! They gave us great tips on maintaining the floor clean. I definitely recommend them to everyone...

Finding somebody who knows how to work properly with unsealed limestone has been a challenge over the years. Many companies say they do, but they don’t. Bayron was on target. He knew what he was doing, and told me he would not leave until I was happy! In the 20 plus years I have had this floor it has never looked better!! He gave me great advice on how to maintain the floor too! Super happy I found him!!

Bayron Ramos and his helper Rob from Silver Knights Floor Restoration did a superior, outstanding, amazing job on my tile floors, tiles in the bathroom shower and repairing my walls. Their work is perfection. Three people tried to do the work but it just didn’t look right. I am totally impressed with their work. I wish I knew about this company when I started to renovate my unit. Exceptional service. I asked for help with the floors but when I returned to see the work that had been completed, it looked more like it was all NEW! Fair price, honest and straight forward. A definite recommend from our household.

Bayron and his crew did a great job! I was not able to be there at the time of service. Bayron checked in with me when he got there. Sent me pictures throughout the process and checked in with me several times while they were there. He made sure everything was locked up and lights were all off before he left. Very diligent and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

The grout in our townhome we just purchased was looking a little rough and the tile needed a good cleaning.

These guys came in, moved our furniture around and did a great job cleaning our tile. The grout was cleaned and sealed, We were very happy with the results.

Outstanding work and service and fast, too. We had our tile floor in our living room/dining room area completely cleaned, regrouted and sealed. It looks brand new! Bayron Ramos also sanded and polished our vanity top in our small downstairs bathroom so that it looks brand new, also. He is honest and straightforward about stone products and what to do and what not to do. Highly recommend!
