My pool was remodeled by Nationwide Pool a couple years ago and it looks beautiful. The team was kind, communicative, and finished my pool in a timely manner. If I were to remodel my pool again I would 100% choose Jon and his team at Nationwide!

Last March Nationwide resurfaced my pool deck and did a nice job. As time passed two small areas developed cracks in the same spots that were repaired in March. Since I was under a year warranty called NPS to fix the affected areas. Sadly Jon took the low road and blamed the cracks as earth shifting and wouldn't honor the warranty. Wound up having a contractor fix the areas for $350 which is a very small amount of money for this company to fail to honor its obligations. Integrity is very important in doing business with a company and sadly Nationwide Pool Service proved they have none. No longer can I recommend someone who makes excuses and fails to honor its obligations. Was thinking of taking them to small claims court to recover the out of pocket expenses but decided it wasn't worth the effort due to the small amount. If you are looking for a company to either build you a new pool or maintain I would recommend you look elsewhere based on my experience.

Nationwide Pool remodeled my pool including plaster, tile and replaced the old ugly decking. Looks amazing. Plus they did pool equipment repairs to get it all in shape. Highly recommended

They have been doing my service for many years and when I needed some new plaster work they were quick, communicative, and very helpful to work with. We are so happy that we chose this company to re-plaster and re-tile our pool. Every step of the way was comfortable and professional. Tom Ethans came to assess the project, he was friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns. The estimate was ready the next day, with a start and finish date. The price was right and we are very pleased with their work. Demo team came in as scheduled and left everything completely clean and neat. Carlos and Juan did the tile work perfectly. Plaster guys the next day, great job! They started the filling the pool with water. Next day Rich came in and started the filter, chemicals, and five day brush and vacuum. Women in the office took care of payments and were very friendly. In fact every person on this job was happy and worked hard. Our pool looks beautiful! In one week’s time everything was complete. Great experience!

We called this company to replaster our pool. The process was super easy and the workers were fast and efficient. All said and done, job was less than 2 weeks! Would highly recommend this company for pool work

I used this company for years. Every time I called with an issue like my pool not being cleaned (see photo) I was treated like I was a pain and told that they were there and had cleaned my pool. I have plenty more photos to prove that yes the tech was there and no my pool was not clean. The last year of service has been shotty at best but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID staffing was hard. Then I get a notice on 4/20/22 that due to the cost increase of fuel and chlorine (which I totally understand) that they were having to increase my monthly bill. Sure no problem I get it. Then they tell me that they are increasing my bill 60%!!!!! Wait WHAT???? NO JOKE. They raised my bill from $125 to $195 a month. Now that is absurd. And I was only notified a week and a half before the price was to increase. Needless to say I told them not to come back and I would mail them the final check.

We had an amazing experience with Nationwide Pools. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about bringing our vision to life. The quality of their work is outstanding. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch pool!

This was a really professional job! It was completed on-time, correctly, and the pool is absolutely like new! Tom and his team communicated all the time, and kept me updated on the project. I hired them to re-plaster my aging pool. It was looking pretty bad, with lots of missing plaster. They would clean up the jobsite daily, and hauled away all the debris. His workers are all employees of the company, and not just hired off the street. They were careful not to destroy the yard with all the equipment and countless trips in and out of the yard. Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire project, the price was better than I had estimated, and the results are amazing. They buffed out my tile instead of replacing it, and it looks brand new. The final result was a beautiful, brand-new looking pool! Super happy and highly recommend them for your pool project. I even changed over to them for my weekly pool service.

We would definitely recommend Nationwide Pools! Mike designed the most amazing pool/spa and backyard for us. He was always professional and responsive. He answered every question and helped navigate us through the entire process. We had never built a pool before, and have a big yard and really didn’t have a design in mind only few ideas. We gave him those ideas of a couple things we’d like to have…a fire pit, pool/spa, swim deck and a water feature. Mike designed the MOST beautiful backyard resort paradise that incorporated all of our ideas including an area to play corn hole!
All of the guys that worked on our property were nice and helpful. They were definitely the BEST of the BEST. All of our neighbors have said how great our design looks and how timely it was completed…it wasn’t without minor delays or hiccups but nothing compared to the months of delays our neighbors experienced with other builders. We are so glad we took our time and found Nationwide Pools.

Jon, Carlos and the entire team are fantastic to work with and their workmanship is top notch! This is our second job with them and for this one it was a redo of poor qualify materials and workmanship on our pool. I should have gone with Nationwide to begin with! Don't waste your time, go to Nationwide for exceptional pool work!

Oh where do I begin? The entire process gets a F grade from me.

The highlights are...there was stagnant water left in my pool for weeks. There was cement left on the flooring and these guys decided to fill my pool up with water without fixing the issue even after I raised concerns several times , so the contractor had one of his guys dive in the pool to try and remove it with a wire brush...a disaster.

I had the pool decking done and in less than a year and a half, it's peeling up. I have contacted them on several occasions and have been told by Scott that they will get to me soon. That was in December. I've called at least 3 times to get in touch with a manager and have yet to receive a call back.

You will be impressed by the sales guy and disappointed by the work and response to your inquiries.

I spent $20k on this and it has been one of my biggest regrets. I will update to let you all know if they actually fix my issue....I'm doubtful.

Update…since posting this review….instead of explaining why my decking looks this way…they sent an email. Their “warranty” is good for 1 year. I spent $20k plus for a one year warranty.
I’ve lived in this house for 13 years without issues with my decking. I’ve had this new decking for a year and a half and this is what I get.

Last note…they didn’t have the decency to take my calls. Very disappointing…If I were you I would hire someone else.

Great experience with Decon. They did a move in cleaning for us and went way above and beyond!! They are very thorough. I appreciate the family run business. Very kind and caring towards customers. I highly recommend them. They also provided service quickly and were quick to provide an accurate quote. Exceptional business.

Was moving out and dealing with an unreasonable landlord giving unnecessary tasks to have our deposit returned , I decided to give Decon Response Team a call and honestly it was the best move I could make. They gave me a quote and were at my home within hours with a crew ready to clean up my house , needless to say my deposit was returned! Andre was very professional and courteous as he went above and beyond what I had initially had asked to be handled. I cannot thank them enough and will be my go-to for all future cleaning/repair needs.

We’re happy to use our garage door again!! Spring snapped (see before and after pics) over night and Dre from Decon Response Team came over and fixed our issue. Now; Costco runs won’t be a hassle, as our 2nd refrigerator is in the garage. Thanks a mill, Team!! 🙏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽

From the initial call until the repair was finished, this crew was outstanding. They were efficient and speedy in addressing the water damage, and their work was impeccable. I would strongly recommend them for any water damage repair.
