Constraction reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

Great company. Thank you for taking care of lvmpd

The worst decision we made was to hire this company, it took them 2 years to finish the work, they were not responsible for the bad work they did. I hope that no one goes through the bad times that we as a family went through living away from home with two little girls. Please do your research before hiring this company.

Professional water restoration and reconstruction in Las Vegas, NV. Recommended for water, mold, fire damage. Instead of the vendor your insurance co. may force upon you, give them a call to assist. ( you can choose who you want to handle your insurabce claim work)

We had an amazing project manager named Bill Meeks. He is so knowledgeable of everything we needed for our house. We had water damage in our floor and Bill was able to tell us all about what was needed to get the job done right. If we need any construction done in the future we will be calling Everest.

After only 3 months of living in our new house, the rains that "Las Vegas never gets" flooded the interior of our home. We were given a remediation company referral who did a poor job and then my insurance company connected me with Summit Restoration and Everest Construction. I realized I should have gone to the pros first! These guys knew exactly what they were doing, they came in and fixed all the issues the first guy created, they set up an air tight containment and kept on target to get the project completed. They knew exactly how to communicate with my insurance company so that I didn't have to worry about whether or not we were getting the short end of the stick. After the water remediation was done, Everest Construction which is the same company came in and did an absolutely wonderful job putting everything back together. All the sub-contractors who came through the house were respectful and professional. The Project Manager, Scott, was on site every day and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was a wonderful project manager to work with. I would 1000% recommend Summit and Everest to anyone needing water/mold remediation and/or construction work. Thank you for making our house look like new again!

Not sure about this company but the other company roger operates arrow trucking is disgusting and unbelievable! Hire them to move your stuff and it all comes broken! Have videos of them dropping boxes and then charge more money because they have to walk to put the boxes down! Rediculous!!!!!!!!!!

It's a joke... There is only 1 employee that actually even has the CDL or a driver's license to even start with. Vehicles are definitely a safety hazard for some employees. The boss is cheap and doesn't care about nothing but the money. Watch your vehicle because he'll comonder as he pleases...The "yard dog " on property was mistreated by him and ...

Dealing with Micheal has been a nightmare .. not a people person in any way .
-
Whoever I spoke with seems pretty rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.
-
They have no clue what they are doing. Owner is rude and hostile. They should be shut down! Complete waste of money! Don’t use this service!
-
Rude owners I would not choose this company. There are plenty of other reputable pool companies out there. This company does not care about customer service.

Had a good experience with Hawaiian pools. they did a great job and the pool turned out very nice. the water fall they built was custom and would recommend them .

After the job is done and there is an issue they don't return phone calls, texts or emails. When they finally do they say the only appointment they have open is 7:00 a.m. and someone must be there. You make arrangements to have someone there at 7:00 a.m. and then their people don't show, don't return a phone call or text. Then call you 3 hours and 15 minutes later to say they will be there. Then you try and get the paperwork for what they repaired and they still don't return a phone, text or email. It's amazing they can stay in business with service like this. They make sure to tell you if no one is there they will charge the owner $270.00 for a visit, yet they don't care about the others persons time who sits there for 45 minutes waiting for them to show up.

We had to compare many pool builders but Dave, the owner, appeared to be more than just a contractor : he advised us on what type of pool would be the best for us, mostly because of our maintenance concerns. His team are clearly good pros, and the follow up has been serious.

Michael Stitzinger created a beautiful contemporary patio spa and waterfall that simply "popped" as the stand alone focal point for my home.
He and his staff were professional, responsive and mindful of my two little schnauzers whose curiosity at times challenged their work.
Quality materials were used and importantly the job was completed on time and within budget. You can't go wrong with choosing Hawaiian Pools -
This is the most negative heart wrenching unprofessional experience we have ever encountered. Mean spirited; uncaring; unsupervised subs at every juncture. The more we followed up the less we were acknowledged. Mike acted like we were doing him a favor. Never ever consider this company if you are expecting a wonderful professional experience.

I hired this company because at the time (Sept 2014), they had no negative reviews or comments. They offered the lowest Estimate and offered more equipment. I live in a gated community/association. Rules are enforced.
Bad experience , don't recommend. Promised 90 day completion in contract writing, took them 7.5 month to complete. Very hard to contact them. Bad customer service, not reliable, no supervision, no control. The worst warranty, (Not what I was told during estimate/console). only 3-5 year included for my Drains/plumbing under gunite. "No Follow-up" to see how everything is going after final walk thru/turn-over. Any equipment warranty must be submitted by the property owner. That was not explained in the beginning. But as experience has shown, it is better that you do the warranty yourself, that way you know it gets done.
The owner (Mike) managed Hawaiian Pools and runs the construction end. of the company. At final walk thru, he didn't provide all required paper work (missing permit for wall extension). Had problems with county permits not being completed and place house in legal situation for improper work/permit procedures. Had to file a formal complaint with Nevada Contractors Board to ensure it would be completed.
Owner/Construction department (Mike) kept loosing/ misplacing paperwork, equipment misplaced. Ordered wrong equipment. Failed to order all required equipment, adding to delay. Did not supervise subcontractor. Yard was mess. Work area was a mess. The owner had an excuse for everything, the pool construction delay held up other contractor jobs I had lined up. You have to stay on top of them. You never know when they would be back to do more work. I had the hardest time contacting them to find out the status and when they would be back to work. And when a problem was found with the quality of work, the owner would say, "I don't see the problem, show me exactly what your talking about". When I pointed out one of the problems- the paver's on the steps falling apart(safety issue), his reply was, "I think your making a big thing out of nothing". As a paying customer for a big ticket item. I expect better service and a professional attitude.
The contract is confusing. In item included, it states cleaning equipment. I thought I was getting a pool vacuum, because I has handed brochures and told these are the items that came with the pool and the pool vacuum was part of the brochures provided. But in fact it was a pile of brochures on equipment and upgrade items that could be purchased. My misunderstanding. But nowhere in those brochures was I handed or recommended a blower. They didn't even mention a blower for the Spa. You would think that if you are getting a spa, a blower would be included. In the final walk through, it was mentioned that the blower was not included. But they had installed it already. They wanted to charge me another $600.00. That was a shock to me. But Dave worked out a solution to keep it installed.
