This company has been professional and courteous and I highly recommend ServPro.

They were not only ON TIME, but they explained step by step what was happening and what was needed to fix my house. At no point did I feel confused about what they were doing or why. I hope that I don't "need" their services again, but if I did, ServPro will be my first and only call!

Lilyann was fantastic on a recent job. She was very detailed in her communication with me and was very informative with all the steps she and her team were performing for the damage removal. Very professional and I appreciate all her help on the job!

The house got flooded Monday evening from a Water Heater leak so we called ServPro Las Vegas/Southwest office. Dawn had a crew to us in an hour. Carlos and Jose were amazing. These two young men got right to worked removing wet carpeting, bathroom flooring and insulation. Today is Friday and the fans and dryers are gone but thanks to these guys we were spared any worse damage.

Two representatives came by inspected the proposed work and gave me an evaluation.

Servpro has a very professional team who was sent to us in an emergency pre-holiday event. Kitchen and laundry room!!! Our team was headed by Jose and helper Pedro. A horrible event made better by their job…perfect in all details & always on time. Cleanup crew, also same qualities and stayed overtime to help us get through—excellent!!

Excellent, fast service! Had water damage in our new home. Our insurance recommended ServPro. They came out within 3 hours and got to work. Micheal Harris Sr supervised the water removal and demolition. He also gave us referrals for people to repair the walls etc. A++++ service

My house had a water leak that caused a lot of damage very fast. I found out about Servpro through my insurance company and they came out after regular business hours and arrived within 2 hours of the first call! The people who came over during the time the drying equipment was in my home were Olivia, Maria & Josh. All of them were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and every other positive thing you could ever want when it feels like your house is falling apart. In my time of crisis, their attitude and energy immediately made me and my husband feel better about the process that was beginning to unfold. I legitimately cannot say enough good things about Servpro. From the team who came to my house, to the reps on the phone, recommendations for a fantastic contractor to restore my home and everything. My dishwasher leaked several times , and we didn't realize that it had damaged our cabinets. Our home warranty company informed us that they were not going to be responsible for any water damage. We didn't realize we had damage until we called our home owners insurance. The same day we called them we also found Servepro. They came out the next day to look over the damage, sign the pertinent papers, brought the blowers and started the process. The day after the demolition started. Your team was so fast and so professional. I have never experienced anything like it. I'm glad we were referred to your company and I will keep referring you to others.

Kenia and Peppe were amazing at their job. God bless them. They were empathetic in our traumatic situation. They were very thorough and helpful in finding missing treasures in my burned rubble. Thankful for Kade too, always reassuring me that everything will be okay. I don't think I could have handled it without his direction. He manages well.
