We had an incident where we inadvertently left heavy forklift tracks on a job site and our customer was concerned that it couldn't be cleaned. We contacted Samantha Sinkler of Immaculate Restoration, and she managed to book a same day appointment for us at a reasonable price.

I recently had Immaculate Restoration clean the carpets in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They took the time to assess my carpets and recommended the best cleaning method for my needs.

I had a great visit for an estimate but then the company really dropped the ball and left me hanging. The estimator told me that they don't handle regular cleaning and didn't move furniture, but that they would apply an enzyme to the grout and use a steaming machine to get the cat pee out. So I got help moving furniture and hired house keepers for the non-floor cleaning to get ready for them. I waited for the estimate and kept asking Immaculate about my project and the company said they'd get to me, but then they never followed up. I was really disappointed and frustrated because I was relying on them and their representation that they'd do my tile floor project.

Danielle was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the service I needed. She was on time and made sure I thoroughly understood what was happening at my property. I was amazed by her work ethic and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Danielle and her company to anyone who may need restoration services.

My family and I had a leak in our roof, which caused water to start dripping from the ceiling of one of our bedrooms and we called Immaculate Restoration & got quoted a very reasonable price and they came out to fix it exactly when they said they would. Immaculate Restoration carpet care division is absolutely the best we've ever used. Yes, the results are great but the people, Octavio in particular, are wonderful!

We had major carpet damage during our AC install, and our installation company recommended Immaculate Restoration. They completely restored the upstairs carpet. We invited them back to clean our living room. We are very happy with their care and thoroughness.

Immaculate Restoration came in and left dents, holes in our walls, and scratches on our new floors, banging equipment into the walls right in front of their CFO, Rico. Molly, the project manager, had horrible communication, did not know how to negotiate with insurance, and could not provide the documentation the insurance company requested.
We had water damage from the upstairs unit, yet Molly had us pay a $5,000 deductible that should have been the upstairs unit’s responsibility. She threatened us with a lien and blamed it on her company. She also assured us that their build-back team would repair all the damage they caused outside the work zone during the bathroom rebuild.
When their build-back team arrived, we found out—six weeks into construction, after they stopped showing up—that they were unlicensed contractors with no certifications or business license in our state. Immaculate gave our personal information to these unlicensed workers, vouched they were part of their company, and then we received a $6,500 bill from their unlicensed contractor, Comfort Restoration.
The Nevada Contractors Board investigated, officially deemed Comfort Restoration unlicensed and cited them. Immaculate denied involvement, refused to comment to investigators, and distanced themselves from responsibility. On top of that, Immaculate themselves mishandled our sensitive personal information, while the unlicensed contractor harassed us for medical records and personal data when we asked for documentation.
This was a nightmare experience—poor communication, unprofessional conduct, mishandling private information, and handing our project to unlicensed workers while leaving damage behind

We didn’t have a major issue in our upstairs bathroom, but it was bigger than I was going to be able to handle. Chris and immaculate restoration were very communicative and were in and out in one day. He talked me through a whole process and they cleaned up nicely after. It actually looked better than when my wife last cleaned it, lol.
