We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Copper Creek! They scheduled us right away, completed the work within a few days and did an excellent job!

Someone came out for an estimate and I was told I would receive it a week later... Well Wednesday was that day and here it is Friday no estimate, no phone call nothing....Tried to call the office to notify them at their regular business hours and an answer machine picks up saying they are closed.... Will not do business with a company that conducts themselves as such right from the beginning. Sadly they have lost this opportunity.

I clear my schedule for this appointment to get an estimate. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time and the person that was going to meet with forgot about my appointment when he's the one who schedule it, Not very professional.

Was very happy overall with the construction and workmanship that they did. Unfortunately there were additional products purchased that I paid for and have yet received. we are now going on almost 6 weeks and still no response from the company nor the vendor they contracted to deliver…

They remodeled our kitchen that required a lot of attention to detail. The work was nothing short of breath taking. My wife was so pleased that her dream kitchen was finally no longer a dream but a wish come true! Thanks Copper Creek Construction!

I cannot believe the experience I had with this company. Words fail me. I am not talking about a small job I am talking about an entire remodel of my upstairs. The contractor and architect not only did not bother to show up for the appointment to finalise the contract. Their office kept telling me they couldn't find either one of them. I grew so concerned I thought perhaps the fellows had been killed in a car accident? TWO DAYS OF THIS. No one followed up to bother to explain why the contractor and architect never showed up. I had to follow up and call them and they acted like they had no idea at first of what I was talking about from just the day before! I find it hard to belive this is a legitimate company! Unfreaking believable. I have lived in Las Vegas for 40 years and have done a number of remodels and I have never ever experienced anything is shoddy as this. EVER.

After a spinal cord injury confining me to a wheelchair Blake and the crew from Copper creek Construction came into my home and did everything that was needed to get my 2 story home accessible and livable for me. Professionally and in a timely manner. This included building custom ramps at all of my entry doors, widening all interior doors, many of which they made pocket doors for better clearance and ease of use. They replaced the carpet upstairs and installed high quality water proof laminate flooring in all rooms for ease to roll my chair anywhere on the 2nd floor. They re-designed my Master Bathroom to make the necessary room for my wheelchair so that I could use every aspect of the bathroom such as the counter top height, location of the sink in the counter top, the location of the toilet and designed a roll in shower as well. A stair lift was also installed to get me to the 2nd floor. I cannot say enough good about Copper Creek and Blake and his whole crew for making it possible for me to live as normal of a life as possible!!

So back at the end of December our dishwasher decided to leak all over the kitchen. All our flooring had to be removed along with cabinets, drywall, as well as our pantry door frame.

It was a long process because of the shortage on building materials but once it all came in, it all went back into place beautifully!

WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU'LL GET A LIEN AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY A FEW DAYS AFTER YOU GET THEIR OUTRAGEOUS BILL.

Our tenants accidentally set our house on fire, and the fire department hired these crooks to board up the garage WITHOUT our authorization and charged us an excessive amount.

Today, we just found out they put a lien against our property when we just received the bill today, after a little over one month.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CROOKS!

I only used this company because one of my insurance companies had Copper Creek on their list of recommended companies- BIG MISTAKE!! They were to repair the water damages from the upstairs unit plus do several new upgrades. Unfortunately, they charged me Rolls Royce prices for Fiat quality... When they said the job was done, it wasn't complete because they rushed to hit their self imposed deadlines. Their communication was sub par at best. Be careful who you choose to do your construction!!! (pictures to follow)

After a neighbor plowed his van into our house, I interviewed different contractors for repairs and couldn't believe that some, after coming to look at the house, never sent an estimate or communicated in any way. Our insurance company referred us to Copper Creek and James came out the next day, and told us how the process was going to be lengthy because of permits, etc. He was honest about everything, professional in returning phone calls, texts, and emails and made sure at the end of the job that everything was done to our satisfaction so the house was as it was before the accident. Although the weather slowed things up a bit, they did the job as quickly as possible and Phillip, the superintendent, also communicated with me by phone and text as needed. Couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of construction work done.
