I had three different contractors bid on our vinyl flooring for our kitchen. I know it is not a huge deal for most companies that like to do only granite or marble but I was impressed that CTM still took my business seriously instead of putting me at the bottom of the list just because it wasn't an expensive job. I went ahead and hired them for my porcelain tiles near the entry foyer to reward them for taking care of me.

I have used CTM Contractors twice in remodeling my floors and counters in two separate residences. Their workmanship is of high quality, professional communication, estimates and pricing very reasonable, extremely knowledgeable, ALWAYS on time and work finished as scheduled. There are NO shortcuts with this group. I have the highest praise for Mike and have recommended this locally owned company to my friends.

Mike is a great guy who genuinely cares about the precision work he performs, doing a lot of it himself with the help of his professional installers. He is licensed in flooring, tile, and slab (we have used all three services), and he does them all very well. He doesn't offer services for 100 other trades he's not licensed to do, like many other contractors do, and isn't arrogant which is also something others seem to be good at. I will definitely call him back for more work in the future!
