Constraction reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

I am in awe! Copper Creek Construction has to be the absolute best. From promptly returned calls, to immediate follow-thru along the way, they were incredible. As a retiree, never having to deal with ANY home repairs (let alone water damage from a hot water heater that broke with all the ensuing problems) I was definitely at a loss for how to proceed and what was involved. Efrain Mata, James and Alex did everything except hold
my hand, to make things work for me. The installation crew of Michael and Tony, now known as The Magicians, were phenomenal. They worked monstop; did an outstanding job and then to top it off, swept up when they finished. Need I say more or are you getting the idea of how pleased I am? If this site allowed for a 10+, I would do so. -
An expected, non-budgeted ceiling home repair was my worst nightmare as a retiree. Copper Creek, along with their subcontractor, TRS Trademark Restoration Services, gave me the fairest price of my estimates and completed the fine work in a timely manner. Their work was so thorough, it is virtually impossible to find where the restoration and repair took place. To top it all off, they sent me a delicious Great Harvest loaf of bread to say "thanks for the business" but I kinda feel like I should be sending them one instead.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Marcez is a detriment to the company. Marcez refused to provide their insurance information. They were reported to the board.

So I had Cooper Creek do some insurance work 4 years ago for me. I never used my bath tub since it was installed. The other day I washed my dog and thought I had a leak. I called them up. James came out to take a look and see if it was something they had done wrong. The fact that after so long they were willing to still do right really shows me they care about there customers! It was not there wrong doing. But I am certainly happy to see, years later they are still around for me! Highly recommend them! They did great work when they came and fixed my shower and stand behind there work as well!

This group could care less if I ever got back into my condo.. since it was a small project they wanted to drag their feet n not get it done. All they did was waste my time n then charge me way above what a wall n 3 cabinets should cost. Dishwasher and garbage disposal n part of my counter all broken during the small cabinet project… steer clear of Vally Cabinet too. Just shame on these companies looking to rob senior citizens. Thank God I found a great group to do my floors.., Budget Flooring.. great price incredible work n looks beautiful!!

Predatory and Dishonest Contractor – Beware Copper Creek Construction
After my house fire, Copper Creek pressured me into signing a “simple paper” the next day, claiming it was just to speak to my insurance. I clearly wrote that no work should be done without my approval or insurance authorization, yet they ignored that.
They never performed the promised emergency repairs but instead presented an inflated bid padded with outrageous charges for closets, doors, and finishes I planned to handle myself. When I chose another company, they retaliated by filing a $1,200 lien on my home for alleged work never done — without ever giving me a bill or getting approval from my insurance adjuster.
They also slipped a $200 lien fee onto a bill I never saw until weeks after filing, performed asbestos testing without my consent, and admitted work was done without licensed professionals. They still refuse to show me subcontractor invoices or proof that permits were ever pulled. My legal council and I could not find permits were ever pulled. When I pushed back, they even threatened foreclosure on my home.
This company is rude, threatening, and dishonest. They prey on vulnerable homeowners after a disaster. Do not trust them with your home. I am now forced to take them to the Nevada State Contractors Board and court to clear this fraudulent lien. Nobody deserves this treatment — we all deserve ethical businesses we can trust. -
SCAMMERS AND LIARS! BEWARE!
The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I can't give them zero. James S. is a con artist and a swindler. My husband and I are teachers. We had catastrophic water damage in two areas of our home. James promised over and over (verbally and in writing) that he would not charge us more than the insurance payout. We had asked early on what it might cost to have our second bedroom flooring done to match what was in the room that had the damage. James would not provide an amount, regardless of my asking multiple times, so we just let it go as we were planning to move anyway, assuming the carpet would just stay as it was.
When I left the house for the weekend so that the flooring could be finished, his men redid the flooring in that bedroom without ever confirming with me or telling me the cost. James called when everything was finished and said that because it was poor communication on his team's part, that we could take three routes. I could 1) Pay the full amount of $2200, 2) split the difference with him which he thought made it "fair", or (3) not pay that extra money at all, since they did not have my permission to do that floor in the first place. When I made it clear how unhappy I was about that, he threatened me with late fees for nonpayment (before I ever saw the invoice!). Then he sent me certified mail that overcharged me over $1700. He refuses to email me back to explain what I am being overcharged for, and now I am trying to contact a lawyer. DO NOT USE COPPER CREEK! THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO VALUES. -
I hired Copper Creek Construction after they were recommended by our restoration company for repairs following a master bathroom water leak that caused damage in the kitchen. What was advertised as a 2-day job took 36-days due to poor work quality, poor communication, and exacerbated damage caused by their construction teams.
Their General Contractor, Chris, acts like he wants to help resolve issues but will ignore calls and texts when his construction teams complete poor quality work. His team comes and goes as they please and then have the audacity to be upset when you’re not home when they show up hours late or with no prior communication.
To be clear, their drywall repair team - great! No issues.
Their cabinet repair team was awful. Cabinets were reinstalled and they attempted to use colored caulk to “repair” damage to the cabinets. This resulted in obvious seams that didn’t previously exist and noticeable color distortion. When we requested they fix it we were repeatedly told “that’s the way it already was”. When the contractor came back to fix his first instance of poor work, he used a paint sprayer to repaint parts of the cabinets. He failed to properly seal the area which resulted in a film of gray paint covering our entire kitchen and living room. We were told it was “saw dust” and the employee refused to address the issue. We repeatedly had to call CCC 24/7 number until they stated they would send a cleaning crew the following day. There is still visible paint on my couch, chairs, and dining table. Despite Javier showing up and spraying paint remover on my wooden dining table without asking, resulting in obvious areas that are now missing sealant and color.
We were repeatedly pressured to sign our work completion order despite work not being complete (missing trim, missing caulking, paint damage to ceiling and other walls).
I would absolutely recommend against working with Copper Creek Construction. They only want to do poor quality and rushed work while blaming the customer. -
I wish to thank Copper Creek for rebuilding & remodeling our bathrooms. It was one of the hardest things we had to go through because it was an unexpected circumstance. However, the reason I can say that made me feel like we were in good hands was because of James. Initially, the issues that came up were unexpected and unprofessional. And as a paying customer (even though it's paid by the homeowner's insurance co.) Nevertheless, the homeowner pays for that insurance that pays the contractors and that should be appreciated.
I wasn't and things were getting bad all because I requested my bathrooms to be painted white.
Which, was already discussed with the first supervisor when we first met at the office.
Some other things happened after that which was very upsetting. Some of the crew's vibes and attitudes changed because of the other supervisors' demeanor. My front doorknob is suddenly dented and broken and the plumber tells my daughter it was already broken!
Next the tiles we picked were not going to be in the shower. My master bedroom carpet is pulled up, and that was not communicated.
Frankly, I was pissed because the lack of communication proved the lack of respect for my family when we were already stressed out living hotel to hotel!
But sometimes you have to just move on and trust God that everything is going to turn out!
One call was made on my behalf by Brandon from Apex Restoration whose company did the water Restoration for us and assured me this company is good. And I immediately got a call from James. We all met the very next day, and he made sure that everyone was being professional and doing their jobs! And the result of this is our bathrooms are beautiful.
The plumbing is fixed and we can rest without worrying about bathrooms that are adjacent toilets backing up again causing us to be displaced for months.
Thank you, James, for being professional and being chilled calm, and collected.
We are very pleased with the results! 😊

I had an excellent experience with Copper Creek during the water damage repair process in my home. From the very beginning, they were professional, punctual, and truly attentive to every detail.
I want to especially recognize James, who guided me through every step — it was my first time dealing with something like this — and he handled all the coordination and paperwork with my insurance company. His patience, professionalism, and clarity gave me great peace of mind throughout the process.
The highest praise goes to Ruben, the project manager. He was incredibly responsible, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He was very understanding of my situation and helped organize the work schedule, even when I had to be away due to a family loss. When I returned, everything was perfectly ready to continue.
I am truly grateful to the entire Copper Creek team for their dedication, kindness, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company so trustworthy and committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
I 100% recommend Copper Creek — a team you can truly rely on. -

One of your employees LP#688N79 was speeding through construction/residential area and almost slammed into my truck and had to swerve to the next lane to avoid crashing into my car. Sped off but was able to get the plate number and company logo. 6/12/23 at 10:00 a.m

This company and owners are so unprofessional.. Mike and this other guy with the beard are the owners of the company so so unprofessional.. Their driver drove right over our pile of rocks and tried to deny it at first then he says yes I did go over the rocks and what.. If you look at the pile of rocks you’ll see they could have avoided it but no he drove right over it and spreading it all over the place.
He also said and if the pile of rocks is still there when a drive out he’ll go over it again.. I was doing my landscaping in the back of my house and HOA allows us to leave our material in the front of the house like every other house in the neighborhood. All I wanted was an apology but no they all came at me… I wish I can show you the video of how they handled the situation so unprofessional.. I was talking to all of them nicely but they were yelling and cursing… What a way to represent your company! People should know what kind of company and owners they have protect the driver when he’s at fault.. I wish someone can tell me how to add the video. It’s okay I will post the video on every social media and YouTube to show how they handle the situation.. Watch out for these guys! Mike is the one with the hat, and the one with the beard was the one cussing at my F bomb and the other guy is the driver… Watch out they no respect for people! -
Working with Titon was a great experience. They are very professional and on time. My house’s value has gone up as a result of the house addition.
