Do not hire this company!
Long story short, facts: hired them to fix a kitchen sink clog. They couldn't fix it, and left me with a broken garbage disposal (was working 100% prior to them visiting). They said they wont pay for that as its "not their fault".
Those are the facts. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumbing company. -
I've used Bailey for my kitchen remodel last year to install a new sink and dishwasher. Very satisfied. But this week they went above and beyond! After a flood in my house on a Sunday night, Don Bailey FaceTimed with us to walk us through how to figure out the issue and stop the water. Great guy!!

Used Bailey Plumbing to disconnect and reconnect our kitchen plumbing as part of our kitchen remodeling. The plumber, Juan, did an excellent job and was professional. Thanks, Juan, for a job well done!

Excellent service.

Great service. Called and they were there within a hour... highly recommended

This company is a scam. They came out and quoted 325.00 then came back to do the job and quoted me 1,500.00. Mike and his crew are a bunch of thieves. I'm a single woman. I had the job done for less than 325.00 by an honest plumber. DO NOT TRUST THEM. get another bid.

The service I received was excellent
The plumber was punctual, polite and courteous
He fixed two toilets for $235 including new parts
This was less than I expected and a fair deal
I will use Silver Star again if I need plumbing services -
I just want to say THANKS to Silver Star Pluming for taking their time to help me. "I truly appreciated their professionalism and the tenacity that they showed to not leave until they knew exactly what the problem was." I was extremely pleased and I will be recommending Silver Star Pluming to everyone I know.

Silver Star is the most honest plumber Ive ever had. I got quotes from a couple different places and their price wasnt even close to what others were offering. The service was great and the product is exactly what I needed. Thank you for my new water heater and garbage disposal!

I had a really disappointing experience with Silver Star Plumbing. We recently bought our home, and the water heater — which they originally installed — started having issues. When I contacted them, they told me the warranty wasn’t transferable because we weren’t the original owners. Fair enough — but then they quoted me $2,500 to replace it!
That price was outrageous, especially since another company (Plumbing Kings) stepped in, honored the warranty, and only charged me for the labor. Silver Star showed zero flexibility, and it felt like they were more interested in upcharging than helping.
I would not recommend Silver Star Plumbing based on my experience — there are more honest and customer-focused companies out there. -
The part-time lady in kitchen design was not very helpful and a strong Touch of arrogance

I purchased a $95.00 ceiling fan, their installer wanted $205.00 to install it cause I was a SMALL JOB.. A very small person. What a great feeling that made me feel like.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! NOT!

I love Home Depot . But i can Believe the all pressure reducing valves for water plumbing . Comes on Threaded connections . When the most of the house is by Weld. Im a plumber and i can’t use those like that. I don’t know Who buy it that?

We bought a shower to install and replace our tub and after a piece was broken, during installment, we waited an extra 2 months to get answers from the installation team. We had to call and email them to get answers and after we finally got it installed it came out nice; however, the bottom of the shower feels so flimsy and feels like you're going through the roof any minute now. Makes a loud squeaky noise and doesn't feel safe. They said it will be but it leaves me uneasy.

Purchased a GE water softener at Home Depot 16 months ago for $347 and $60 for a 3 year replacement plan that is advertised as "hassle-free". The unit stopped working last week. Home Depot said it was beyond repair--but never sent a repairman to examine the unit. They also said they couldn't locate anyone to repair it despite numerous advertised repair companies in Las Vegas. The same GE model is still being sold though Home Depot, but now costs $528 plus additional delivery and installation costs, and the cost of a new warranty. The Home Depot warranty will refund our original cost of $347, or less than half the cost of replacing with the exact same model. This is very poor customer service; we will purchase a replacement water softener from someone other than Home Depot, and do all our future product shopping at their competitive stores.

Crazy service no one know anything or wants to help lazy associates

I used the service to have 2 garage door openers installed. They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Came to Home Depot on Rainbow and 215 fwy as a great reference from paint personal but unfortunately I deal with this guy "LARRY" bad Experience.... never meet the laziest and unexperienced guy, he told I spend 35 mins standing there just a gallon of paint and it was no customers.

Drivers are ridiculous. Cutting off traffic. Brake checking afterwards. Obviously running late. Van number 8. Already filed a police report against the company and drivers.
