One of the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Signed the contract without my consent and forged staff’s signature. Then of course the bill was over what we agreed with.

After I left the previous job, they still charged my personal card for another transaction without my consent. When I called in trying to get some clarification, they didn’t even apologize for all the inconveniences I had . Yet the person who answered the phone was simply yelling “you are not helpful”.

I don’t usually write reviews for industry peer companies, but after several years of attending events with Western Commercial Services, I felt compelled to share my thoughts about their exceptional team.

Their staff consistently stands out for their professionalism, expertise, and approachable demeanor. Whether it's during a casual networking moment or a collaborative panel discussion, they always represent their company with integrity and class.

I highly recommend these guys I had an emergency they sent a crew out two guys came Quickly and prompt very attentive. They Took a look at my oven and gave me a quote. What gave me a peace of mind is they also warranty their work unfortunately I couldn’t afford it, but they are very professional. They took a $500 deposit and they were kind enough to deposit the whole thing back in my bank account and that’s very honorable.

It's an excellent place to go if you pretty much know what you want or need. Their ac service company is very expensive. Huge selection of home goods.

I received some of the worst customer service from this store. Purchased a stone counter top from the kitchen department, the install date was pushed back for weeks on end without any reasonable explanation. The "design consultant" who sold us the product would not return my calls or emails. Home Depot corporate refused to offer an alternative product. They do not care about the customer; once they have your money they're done with you. Don't shop here! Find a local supplier who actually respects the customer.

We ordered retro fit windows through Otilla and she was incredibly helpful. . She told us what products we would need for the installation of our windows so that we stayed in compliance with the warranty. She's a very helpful associate and our go to person every time we need something..

Great company and the owner Mike communicates every step of the way. Totally fixed the issue on the first trip.

He was quick!! Didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Was here next day and knew immediately what the problem was. Had it fixed in 10 mins. Wonderful!!

One of the worse. Voicemail box is full and he doesn't pickup the phone. Very nonresponsive. Vague reports and very broad information given if you can actually get a hold of them. One of the most terrible HVAC companies I've dealt with during the past 10 years.

Owner of US Masters was my technician. Fast, friendly and explained everything to me about my system that he believed I needed to know or be aware of. Didn’t try upselling, just came and completed the job. Will be using this company again in the future.

The owner came out for my service call. He was incredibly warm and polite. He seemed more upset than I was that the previous company has come 5 times and left with my service broken each time. Unphased by the challenge of having to figure out what the others did before him, he got to work. If I ever put a service call in to my home warranty (Fidelity) or if I need to contract with a company for service myself? I will reach out to US Masters. 11/10 service.

Lacks customer service. Also inventory posted available in stock in the store did not exist. Not only 1 tile, but 2 different ones that I went to look at.

For the Cost of everything being tripled is ridiculous l definitely show the slow Economy even down more thanks home depot
