Staff is pretty useless but it's always easy to find what you need regardless.

Found that the carpet measuring experience from Home Depot to be very deceitful. When we received the measuring and cost results, they had added in $200 for furniture moving charges (when they were supposed to be included) and 25% more carpet than was needed. Very very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. Should have gone to Lowes. I ordered 900 sq ft of tile from them and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. I confirmed that on the 29th. Never got a call from Home Depot to schedule the delivery like I was told I would both when purchasing and when confirming the tile arrival at the store. I just got off the phone with the delivery department and some sales person took it upon themselves to schedule a delivery without speaking to me. Then I get told the deliver is a week after I expected it. I was going to go back to Home Depot to get the rest of the mortar, grout, etc..probably another 2-300 bucks but instead, I'll go to Lowes. Never going to this Home Depot again and that is a shame because we were there weekly.

Basic delivery is awesome! 1-day turnaround time. Tool chest/cabinet may cost more than Harbor Freight but if don't have pickup truck and require delivery, Home Depot delivery service is much cheaper!

Totally miss diagnosed my AC, told me bad compressor, bad fan motor, fan running backwards. I thought it was bad capacitor and guess what I was right, had a friend check it and yep it was the capacitor, replaced it and it's running just fine. Dave you're a crook and got charged $80 for nothing! Always get a 2nd opinion.

Unfortunately, if you have to go here, you're cars been impounded. In my case, my car was stolen, they hit a pole with it, "then left the scene of the crime", then it was impounded. The folks here were very helpful in my fight to get the car back, but ultimately, the impound fees became so large it wasn't feasible to do so.

Had a tech come out over a week ago to figure out what was wrong with our ice machine. The tech came out and after a while was able to figure out the issue, but said there was a part that needed to be special ordered. I was told I would hear back from the techs and the issue would be resolved shortly, it has now been a week and they have been ignoring us and telling us “we’re looking into it” every time we reach out.

Stay away from this company. We had an emergency that they said they would be able to help us with. The no called no showed at the scheduled appointment time. I had to reach out to them to get a status of what was going on. What is the point of scheduling an appointment a day prior if they are not going to show up for the service. They are incredibly rude and un professional. I would not recommend them at all. They were wanting to charge me upfront also before even coming out to the restaurant. I am not having to call their competitor to come out and get our issue resolved. I wouldn't waste your time with them.
