So we decided to get solar, and Sol Up was one of the companies received information for. We had a consultation with the awesome Antonija, who answered all of our questions, review panel information, Car charger info, the works. They have a great office team and even showed us the exact panels we’d receive and how they would look on our roof in their extensive showroom. The install was just as great when I say the electrical team descended on my house, that’s what I mean. They were super neat super fast and the install took one day. They are great with questions, follow up issues and setting appointments and keeping them. All of their installers were professional, and the cleanup and painting were great as well. If you are doing solar, I would definitely recommend Sol Up

Sol Up crew was efficient and finished the project by 12 noon - crew was professional and left the area spotless clean, except for seeing my new solar panels on the roof, there was no evidence the crew had been at my house. Crew did great job working with Nevada Energy in turning off and turning on power to my home.

This is my second installation. My home has a 36 KW system. Just got installed. The whole team at Sol Up is professional, service is great, they have kept in contact with me through the entire process. If you are thinking about solar, go with a Las Vegas company, use Sol-up.

Update: Sol-Up turned my system on today. The whole team has been a pleasure to work with. Great Company, use them.

They came by this morning to adjust 2 panels. They set the appointment, came on time, great service, great team. it has been a pleasure dealing with SOL-UP

Going into the initial contact with Sol Up, I had a very specific goal in mind. No Electrical bills. With multiple people spending lots of necessary time to provide me with the product and design that I was looking for. The team was very thorough which allowed me to achieve that goal. I highly recommend Sol Up to anyone who is new to Solar or wishing to upgrade their system. Electricity will only increase in the future. Investing in Solar now will stay ahead of that curve.

The team was early, they finished within four (4) hours, including the panels and inverter installation. They tested the system, I downloaded the app and everything is GREAT. If the inspections are as expedient, we will be up and running soon.

As a follow up, the Project Manager has coordinated a city inspection in conjunction with the Sol-Up quality inspection. That occurred earlier this morning ONE (1) DAY AFTER INSTALLATION.

Sol-Up has been great and was also highly rated by the city of Las Vegas inspector.

We're 2/3 of the way through to operational. All we are waiting for is NV Energy to install their bi-directional meter, to approve the installation and we are good to go.

Solup responded within 24 hours and had a tech on-site the same day. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to work with Tesla to resolve the issue (firmware update). Very satisfied with the service and Solup as a whole.

The only person in the company who consistently helped me from start to finish was the sales representative. The company has serious communication issues — throughout every phase of the project, I had to reach out to the sales representative and ask her to follow up with the project manager or other staff on my behalf. They often ignored emails, and their customer service was extremely poor.

Our experience with Sol-Up was fantastic from start to finish. Every employee and crew member was professional and always available to answer our questions. They earned our trust without hesitation. I definitely recommend with 5 stars!

Austin from Sol Up came to inspect my solar system and was very kind and professional. He inspected my entire system, got my WiFi connected, and recommended adding bird guards and a sticker map in the future. Overall, my system was in good shape, and I feel comfortable knowing it was inspected by professionals.

Great communication and great customer service. Solup’s staff has always went above and beyond to make sure they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Solup for anyone looking to install solar. They been in the solar business for years and serve both southern and northern Nevada.

The solar panels themselves worked just fine once they were installed. The problem comes with the situation surrounding the installation, and the sale of the home afterwards. It's become evident, to me at least, that Sol-Up engages in predatory behavior for potential, and even current, customers.

Sol-Up was unable to offer me a loan with a down payment that I was comfortable with, so I declined their services. No work was done on my property. 6 months later, their CFO emailed me threatening to place a lien on my home if I didn't pay for "materials", claiming I did not decline the agreement quickly enough to prevent them from ordering the materials. It required filling a complaint with NV Consumer Affairs before they finally agreed to give me the loan I sought in the first place, and then the panels went up.

Years later, before selling my home, Sol-Up had instructed my real estate agent, the buyer's real estate agent, the title company, and myself, that the account for the solar panels would not transfer until AFTER the home sale finalized. The house sold, and now another 6 months later, another legal representative for Sol-Up has contacted me threatening me with legal action since the home buyer has not yet setup their account with Sol-Up. I have less than 1 week to come up with some sort of solution, or be on the hook for over $20,000, for a panel array I no longer possess, at a home I no longer reside in.

These actions can only be viewed as predatory. Sure, the panels worked great, and I saved a bunch of money on my power bill, but these disgusting practices, and threatening emails, are NOT the way any business should conduct themselves.

Be wary when dealing with Sol-Up

I would like to sincerely thank Sol- Up Solar company for sending out such a professional and outstanding installation team. The installers did an excellent job installing the panels and batteries, and their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Although I am still waiting for the service to be fully connected, I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the installation so far. Great job, Sol-Up Solar!

Kasondra from Sol Up helped me fine tune our system and not just "put up" with my attempts to try different ideas out but engaged deeply in them until we arrived on the solution that fit. She was present but not pushy, helpful, knowledgeable, and realistic. Roman who came for the site visit arrived literally on the minute he was supposed to and was super professional, efficient, and very polite. So far we've had a great experience with Sol Up and I'm looking forward to getting our new system installed.

I am one of those folks that doesn’t get a couple of bids , I got 5. I went with one company to only tell me two months later that due to my house being on 3 phase electric, usually a commercial service. That, after that waste of time that they could not install. I decided to give it another try with Solup. Well , my system is now installed at a better cost than with the first company. The most locals were much higher, including Purple, Babio, Renova, project Solar and others. Solup showed up on time and has excellent personnel that never rushed me. I have been in the remodel business back east before my retirement. I know how and what to look for when making such a big decision. I did all the work for others I recommend Solup for your Solar needs.
