Technicians are great. Was not satisfied with the communication from the sales office this time around. Especially on Fridays, just seemed like things would get missed since everyone wants to go home. They have been using my old email address even though ive had a conversation about 3 or 4 times to send emails to my new email.

Great experience from start to finish. I really appreciated the honesty from the salesman Alex to the installer. The team is very well connected, communicative and professional. I can't wait until the whole system kicks in and see the electric bill. I chose this company because of the pricing and quality of the panels that were offered. Definitely will recommend them again to anyone

Terrance Gaines’ followup inspection today demonstrated professionalism, respect for the property & premises, was courteous and friendly! We had excellent service for our solar, provia windows, and ac/ heater.
But we referred Solup to a friend that purchased there solar through them. The referral fee of $1000 is a pain… The person in charge quit the company and my original application for the referral fee was lost. I’ve called Solup several times and they keep saying it will be processed on Friday. It’s been several weeks with no result. The next time I won’t suggest them….

Solup solar company has the best people and product in the market. Iam very satisfied with the project solar system that was installed in my home. This is the best decision I’ve made, when it comes to choosing who is the best company that can deliver the best customer service guarantee satisfaction. The people are amazing from the sales representative, electricians, installers, ambassador and project managers. I highly recommend the Solup for any Solar System Project.

This review is almost 2 years in the making. I was treated extremely well by everyone at this company and holding out was difficult to do and probably unwarranted, but I wanted to make sure I had complete information before writing the review.

Almost 3 years ago, I started doing research on and off for solar. A few months into it, I came across Sol Up (actually found out it's the best solar company from reddit, months wasted to find the best company haha).

Mike was the representative who took care of me. Very knowledgeable and professional individual. I had a few hiccups because my panel wasn't rated for 2 inverters (Tesla charger was already taking up 50A). But nonetheless, Sol Up helped me throughout the process. The panels were eventually installed after a few weeks of EVERYTHING being finalized (I was definitely the rate limiting factor in this). Panels went up December 2023. As they promised, my production was within the 10% that Sol Up promised me. Thankfully I've never had a single issue with the panels, no need to even reach out to customer service. I've called Mike a few times since then and recommended people and as true to their promise, Sol Up sends you some money for referring new clients.

I'm severely diluting this review, but if you're ever in the market for solar, this company is who you should choose, hands down.

The installation department demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, courtesy, and effective communication. They maintained a consistent level of communication, keeping me updated on various stages of the installation process. Sol-Up exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend their services for anyone seeking solar panel installation.

Solup has been great from start to finish. Matt, Nora and team, including on-site installers have been great communicators on everything that’s going in each stage and what to look forward to. Would recommend them to anyone looking to install solar on their homes!

Buyer Beware. I had my solar system installed by Sol Up in 2014. After noticing my system had been underperforming for a substantial period of time, I asked for assistance to optimize the performance. I am still getting $200 per month electric bills in the summer and $100 electric bills in the winter ( despite having a 1342 square foot home and energy efficient appliances to inlude a updated air conditioning unit).The warranty is supposed to be for 25 years for the system. After checking with NV energy to see if there is a billing error to explain the high electric bills, I contacted Sol Up. The office was nice enough to send someone out initally on a courtesy call to check the system and he seemed to get it online. However, there appears to be a problem with the " connectivity" of the system because I cannot view the performance of some of my panels. I requested a service call to have someone inspect it ( I was willing to pay for a one time service call). However, I was informed by Avery at the office that I would be required to sign up for a $ 700 dollar " Service Contract" before any additional on site help can be provided . This doesn't seem right to me and it appears to me that Sol Up doesn't truly STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WARRANTY.

Keeton the designer was great! He was so friendly and helpful in explaining the whole installation. He was great to work with in designing where the inverter boxes and conduit would go, both inside and outside the garage, and accepted my desires of location. Looks like it’s going to be a very clean professional looking install all because of Keeton! Great job Keeton!

I couldn’t be happier with my solar panel installation! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and incredibly professional. The team arrived exactly on schedule. And installation itself was fast and clean—no mess left behind, no disruption to my home. What impressed me most was the customer service. Highly recommend Sol-Up

Extremely disappointed with the installation. They put holes thru my roof and my garage ceiling and then figured out they can't access the space. My house is 5 days old and now have an unnecessary hole in my roof. The rodent screen they installed was horrible. My roof tiles are rounded and they put the screen straight across, leaving big holes at every valley of the tiles. I guess they are just for looks. The quality control guy came out and did his best to fix but still not satisfied.

We decided to install solar power at our home and after reviewing ratings and talking with other companies chose Sol-Up. The price was great and they use top rated equipment. Sol-Up took care of all the applications and made it an easy process. Their service was fast and professional, from purchase through installation and they kept us informed throughout. I highly recommend them. The installation was professional, everyone was great to deal with and best of all…the first two months power bill was $0. A nice credit to boot. Sol-Up is the best to deal with!

The gentleman was very knowledgeable very pleasant to talk and work with, and I am very happy with everyone I’ve met from Sol-Up.
The crew came out and installed 30 panels on my roof, installed the inverter inside my garage and wired everything up in one full day the workmanship was great.

A couple of weeks later Tim from Sol-Up came out and painted my outside AC disconnect and the shiny silver conduit on the roof to match.

They’ve done everything they said they would do in a timely manner, and with a smile on every person i’ve met. I mean every person I’ve worked with has been very professional, polite, and really easy to work with.

we had our solar installed by sol-up after doing some research at the end of 2023, most of the reviews were positive and the company is local so we decided to hire them for our solar the initial process with installation was fine, our major problem started right after when we had heavy rain in November of 2025, after the rain we noticed a couple of water leaks around the solar panels that were installed so I contacted sol-up and told them about the leaks they scheduled a roofer they work with from Ariat roofer, when they came and checked the roof they told us that our underlayment is in bad condition and the whole roof needs new underlayment, to make sure I hired a second roofer to get a second opinion and sure enough the second roofer said the same exact thing that the underlayment needs to be replaced so I called sol-up and told them why did they install the solar when I asked their inspector if theres any issue with the roof I will fix the roof or replace the underlayment if needed before the installation at the time, their inspector told me no theres no issue and I have many years and the roof is in great condition, when I called and made the complain about the leak issue I was told by their managers Mr Naz and Zain that they are not roofers and they can't tell or search for the roof issues and problems and I have to pay for the removal of solar panels if I wanted to replace the underlayment of the roof, so I wanted to let everyone know to do your own due diligence because they will do everything to get you buy their solar regardless of ethic and moral responsibilities, and from my experience solar contract is nothing but a trap that will have many issues down the line from water leaks, if financed you won't be able to sell your house, most of the cases theres no benefits to breaking even you will pay more over time than just having power from NV power, and the headaches dealing with issues arising down the line. My experience has been nothing but nightmare with sol-up going back and forth to get them fulfill their side of responsibility.

What an amazing experience! I am a first time solar user and it was great having a showroom to visit locally and see the equipment and talk with knowledgeable sales and technical folks about the system. The whole process was clearly explained and there were no surprises along the way. Only 2 days for install and then a few weeks for inspection and system activation. Every step of the way our project coordinator kept us informed. The final activation was helpful to know how the use the system and how it will be reflected on future electric bills. Our solar ambassador, Emmanuel Salcido, was very helpful in getting us started. I’m so glad we went with Sol Up.

The on-site inspection by Felipe Gonzalez was excellent—he was thorough, professional, and courteous, which reassured me given the many negative experiences I had read about online regarding solar installations.

The installation itself went very smoothly. From the upgraded electrical panel work by David Madrid and David Vazquez to the solar panel installation the next day, everything was handled with skill and efficiency. They also addressed wiring and grounding issues that could have easily been overlooked, which really showed their expertise.

Project manager Nora Zamarripa did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and making sure every detail was handled properly. Helene Martin also played a key role in closing the project successfully, while Gerardo Casas ensured the system passed city inspection without a hitch.

Overall, Sol-Up proved to be an exceptionally well-organized company with knowledgeable and professional staff at every step. The process gave me total peace of mind. I’ve already recommended Sol-Up to family and friends, and if I could, I would rate them higher than five stars.

The reason for the five stars is that everyone did a great job. They were knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Everyone worked together and cleaned up behind themselves. I would like to personally thank and name each person who worked on-site, beginning with Orlando, Tony, Miguel, Walter, Giovanni, and DeMarco. Thumbs up to all these guys for making this experience stress-free.

I received a call from Sol up advising me that they discovered that one of my inverters was not functioning. They sent a technician the next morning. The tech found that the inverter was defective and ordered a replacement and will return when the new part arrives.
I was having trouble monitoring the system with the Solar Edge ap. Had they not contacted me I'm not sure how long it would have been before I knew about the problem. Thanks very much to the folks at Sol-Up for the great service.

I felt that Sol-up was professional and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Every employee I interacted with--from Sales, Inspection, Installation, QA, and the painter--was courteous and professional. The administrative staff responded quickly and provided the answers and HOA paperwork I needed in a timely manner.

So far so good! I should start by saying Solup reached out to me after I questioned the solar generation output of two panels. The panels were apparently placed in areas which were shaded by a roof overhang, that shadowed the panels for part of the day. The initial panel placement was due to solar tubes, which were installed post site survey by Solup. Techs were polite, professional and got the job done at no additional cost to the home owner.
