We reached out to this company via website email to request a quote to install smoke alarms and they never responded. Called the phone number a few times and nobody answered. Lost confidence in doing business with them.

My main circuit breaker kept tripping, and my original electrician couldn't figure out the reasoning. Peter was recommended by a friend of mine. I reached out to him and he responded immediately. He came out to my house shortly after we spoke. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained everything to me. He's a great teacher! Very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

If you want a very experienced, professional, honest, and fairly priced electrician, Peter is your guy! I needed some additional outlets installed in my home. He came to evaluate the work, explained what he would do, gave me a fair price, and got the job done in a quality manner. On a separate occasion, I had an electrical issue, and he identified the likely problem over the phone. The fix was simple enough for me to handle myself, so I did. But that’s how kind and helpful he is.

Had them install 2 240 volt boxes for my dual temp swim spa/ hot tub combo. The guys did an amazing job and were super quick and efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable too. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others

I am a local Spa dealer in Henderson (Bullfrog Spas) when a customer wants a Hot Tub in their backyard, they usually need special electrical work done to accommodate it. I always send my customers to these guys. I have received nothing but amazing feed back. They know everything they need to know and get the job done fast and accurate every single time. I have heard from so many customers that they where the lowest quote they had received, and even if they where not they would be worth paying a premium for. I have personally hired them to go out into the field and fix mistakes that other electricians from other companies have made as well. Most electricians that are hired by my customers that didn't take my recommendation end up calling me confused on what it requires and how to set it up. I have never had that issue with Stout. They know exactly what they are doing and have from the very beginning because they have done it many times before. Thanks Stout. You guys rock.

All the power went out in my master and Bobby did an incredible job troubleshooting and fixing it. Our house is old and the bedroom was an add on (read: creatively wired) and I was so impressed at how quickly and efficiently Bobby fixed the problem. 2 other companies literally couldn’t do it and quoted me an outrageous price on top of it. 100% recommend Stout Electric.

We had them come out after getting a referral by Bullfrog Spas. I had special requirements that they were more than happy to accommodate. Very clean install and the guys that came out were top notch. Quote was much lower than two other quotes I received from the competition. Thanks!

Stay away from Stout Electric. The owner (Rich) came out and gave me a quote (quotes cannot legally be changed, only estimates can) to install a breaker box shutoff for my Spa for $525. His workers come out to install it and they say that they can't install it in the location because the spa is right next to it. They said the box needs to be 3 feet away from the spa and they need to run a pipe along the wall into the breaker box with another pipe going to the spa. They call the owner and the worker tells him that he can't put the box there because of code. So the owner tells them to tell me it's going to be another $250. I had him call the owner back and I tell him he should have known all of this when he came to quote the job since the spa is right next to the box. When I told him he needs to honor the quote he said, "I'm not doing it" and then told his workers on speaker phone to "get out of there" and they just left.

I've used Stout for my personal residence and my business. I refer customers to Stout Electric with absolute confidence that they will get the best service available. The team at Stout is amazing from start to finish!
