Been waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes now with out even an acknowledgement that I need help from someone.

They're not open. Horrible company scared of the communist flue. I hope they go out of business after all this is over because they don't need to be closed

great customer service, YES they are still open during this hard times, i saw a sign on the door says still open, front counter is closed all will calls are in the back. JOE must not be able to read!

Lance and his team have or can get whatever you are looking for. They are very easy to deal with.

Vegas Electric is a smaller out front wholesale house but makes up for it in the warehouse and a quick turnaround time on orders placed. The guys that work the counter are always friendly and quite helpful. It's the place I feel most comfortable going and I've used most supply houses in town.

If you are going to shop here CHECK THEIR PRICES ALL THE TIME EVERY TIME! If you are familiar with business terminology you would understand what a keystone markup is. That is charging 100% more than what you paid. I caught and canceled a few orders that were well over 400% keystone of what I found a product elsewhere for. I can understand profit margins but this place engages in profit massacres.

The employees of this company are so rude !! I was given a quote for a job by an employee by the name of Shane . He gave me his info to call him when we were ready to proceed . When i. Called him a few weeks later he picked up and hung up the phone on me . I then texted him asking for a phone call back maybe it was a mistake . Nothing back. Then followed up with him a few days later and he proceeded to tell me to never call him again and to find someone else and hung up!!!! What!!! What kind of people are these ?! So incredibly unprofessional so rude ! The worst customer service i have experienced in a very long time . Stay away from this company ! Spend your money elsewhere .

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any supplier.

I was urgently trying to order a critical electrical unit for a senior living facility in Las Vegas — where residents are currently without fully functioning AC in 110° heat. Despite the urgency, I was ignored after multiple calls and texts. On Monday, I was told the staff member was working from home. He answered once, then hung up after I waited on hold thinking he was speaking with another client. I followed up again and again, only to get no response — until I finally got through and was shockingly told he “didn’t want my business.”

Let’s be clear — I wasn’t being difficult. I was persistent because this was a serious matter affecting elderly people. It’s unbelievable how dismissive and uncompassionate the staff was, especially given the circumstances. I have screenshots that clearly show how unresponsive and careless this interaction was.

If this is how they handle time-sensitive, important orders, especially for vulnerable populations, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Hopefully, management takes action and reconsiders who they have representing their company.

Although they didn’t have the alligator clip to O-ring that I needed, we were immediately greeted at the front desk, and the staff member who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
