Not long ago, I had a nasty electrical issue in my rental home in Las Vegas. One of the plugs in the living room was sparking whenever I plugged something into it. I was worried about the safety of my tenants, so I reached out to Callidus Electric. They sent over an electricians who were absolutely brilliant. Their work was impeccable, and they managed to fix the plug in no time. What struck me the most was the price - it was very reasonable. The staff was also courteous and professional, providing an overall excellent service. I am definitely calling them again for any electrical jobs in the future.

Callidus did excellent work for us back in 2020. I had to obtain documentation of the work and Kyla helped me over the phone. The most pleasant and helpful person I've ever encountered.

Callidus Electric was prompt and dependable, with great communication before starting the work. Their professional technicians ensured a smooth installation, and I’ll definitely call them again for future electrical services, including an EV charger installation at my Las Vegas home.

THIS COMPANY WAS CONTRACTED THROUGH HOME WARRANTY.....CAME TO FIX AN OUTLET BROKE IT AND THEN JIMMY RIGGED IT.....WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN MARY &^%* IN CHARGE TOLD ME THAT I MUST HAVE SONE IT AND MUST HAVE KICKED THE PLUG IN AND BROKE IT !!! Terrible company was contracted through home warranty.Came to fix outlet said outlet did not need to be repaired took only five minutes charge a fee for no service. Really the worse experience ever the company is TERRIBLE.

IF I COULD GIVE A LESSER SCORE I WOULD. A TECH CAME OUT TO REPLACE OUR POOL HEATER SENSOR. THE TECH LEFT THE CABLE DISCONNECTED, SCREWS AND GROUND CABLE WAS MISSING AND JUST LEFT EVERYTHING IN SHAMBLES. WHEN WE CALLED TO GET SOMEONE TO COME BACK TO CORRECT THE WRONG THAT WAS DONE, WE DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE. THEY'VE FAILED TO RETURN ANY OF OUR PHONE CALLS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB ASAP. !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU FOUND THEM ON THE HEYWARD POOL SITE TO DO WARRANTY WORK.This company is terrible at communication. They do not do anything to keep you in the loop as to what is going on. When you finally do get a hold of someone and ask to speak to the supervisor the only response you get is: The tech is in the field. It is my experience that the only thing this company is concerned with is collecting their retainer fee from the pool pump company. If you value your time you should not use this company.

A couple of things.. I used this company as recommended to me by my pool maintenance company. I needed my pool pump equipment replaced, and during that service they indicated to me that the timer was not working and also needed to be replaced.

For the initial estimate to repair, just over $1000, they called and asked for a 60% deposit upon approval of the estimate. I paid and then was put on the schedule. The work was completed, (to my knowledge) and then they charged the remaining amount without contacting me following the repair.

After accepting the second estimate for the replacement of the timer, etc. The same note was on the estimate saying they would need a 60% deposit upon approval of the estimate, however, they scheduled the work, and "completed to work" (I was not contacted after the scheduled repair, and was not informed that the work was completed or about how it went) then they charged my card for the full amount of just over $370 without authorization from me for the transaction.

It makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable that a company would charge my card without my authorization, or without even speaking to me prior. It also makes me very uncomfortable that they did not contact me following the repair to let me know how it went, or to have me come look at/verify the work completed. I have 2 babies, I'm not sitting in my backyard looking at the pool pump, but I do expected to be notified if I hired someone to repair it.

This is completely unprofessional and shady business practices and when I called to, very respectfully, let them know that this bothered me, it was not taken seriously. She wasn't rude, she just did not seem to care at all or see this as an issue, and gave off a cheerful "whelp" attitude with no apology. Red.. Flag..

I will not be using this company again, and I'm frankly upset that they have my card information on file after this.

I used this company several times over a period of a few years. They were timely but expensive. I chose to pay the price feeling they were reputable and would stand behind their work.

In Feb of 2022 I needed a new pool heater. It’s important to note the heater I had was 17 yrs old. The estimate came in at $4K+. I decided to move forward with it. The work on 02/22/22. Today I called because the heater is no longer working!! Yes a little over 3 yrs old but the dig was I was told $150/$300 to diagnose the problem. And then all parts and labor would be addl.

I get warranties! But I do business with people. Not warranties. To get 1095 days = approximately $30 a day for my pool heater. Instead of coming up with some reasonable palatable solution. I’m told we could find you a new one for replacing. Or, we can do the repair. No consideration of the on going business I did with this company.

The power switch on our 25-year old pool heater that switches between “off”, “pool” and “spa” was barely working. After contacting a few different pool repair companies, they all said that the heater is too old to get parts for and could not be repaired. Total replacement was our only option. I told this to BB&G Electric and they said they have a ton of spare parts saved and offered to give the repair a try. They ended up installing a toggle switch on the wall behind the heater that fully works with our heater. Totally out of the box solution that saved us a ton of money! Great communication and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. 100% recommend!!

As an electrical contractor I depend on this company for affordable prices and the ability to have material in stock or to get them as quickly as possible . I recommend this place to my customers both residential and commercial.

Went here to early one day to get some specialty breakers I needed for a home project. Was quoted a price and told they would have them by noon-1pm. 1pm came and went with no word on their arrival so I call and am told they will have them before closing. 30 min till closing, still no call so I drive over. They still don't have them, but say the guy is on his way back right then with the breakers so I wait. They get there right at closing time and then charge me quite a bit more (15-20%) than originally quoted. I bring this up and the guy who gave me the quote originally says it was a verbal quote and won't honor it. I needed the breakers and couldn't really wait to get them from somewhere else at this point so I bought them, but I will never do business with these crooks again.

These guys are great at cutting wire! But they should work on the aesthetics a little bit in there. It looks like an electric storage shop when I feel like it should have some more nightclub vibes. 4 stars.
