Quality professional service and pricing. Second time I've used this company for electrical work and remodel. Very satisfied with work performed.

Canceled 10 minutes before job due to parking and location.

It was town square, not town center, where there are thousands of parking spots. Location was discussed on phone, texts, and email. 50 minutes before meeting, owner again asked for address, and address was again verified. 42 minutes later, cancellation occured as I pulled up, myself having driven 40 minutes, cancelling other important events, specifically to meet. I explained on phone that I was giving owner dibs on the job, which was time sensative, and not taking other bids. If at any time prior to within 10 minutes of meeting, these concerns had been expressed it would have been fine, but cancelling last second in this fashion, was unprofessional. I'm very sympathetic to pain and personal limitations, but agreeing to meet, discussing what was to be done, and verifying repeatedly, only to pull out at the last second was upsetting Simply put, there was ample time to cancel prior to within 10 minutes of appointment. Further, simply claiming it was due to parking and location was somewhat frustrating, as those were the very two reasons that I, as a new busisness owner, selected that spot. Best of luck in the future, I'll raise your rating to 3 stars, as I see you only have 1 other review, and I'm not trying to tank your busisness or anything, but I'd highly recommend looking up an address before repeatedly agreeing to meet someone there. Knowing your limitations is a good thing, yes, but not at the expense of people who want to be your customer.

The owner is very nice and knows his stuff.

Perfection. They fixed multiple problems: put in new Lutron Dimmer Master and Companion switches and also just Master Dimmer switches (ok to use as a single) without the Companion. I bought the switches at Home Depot which prices them separately and they are cheaper to buy with the "Master" label on them and use as a single than to buy labeled as a single. I'm sure that's an incentive to consider a companion outlet in new construction or remodels and/or have 2 switches to operate 1 light if you have long hallways and additional entrance(s) to a room. Mike, the lead electrician, is more than certified, he's an expert Master Licensed Electrician. Makes a BIG difference, because he knows EXACTLY how to METHODICALLY break down and SOLVE a problem. It's a family business and you can tell they care. You may have to wait a week or more because they are busy. You won't be calling someone after them. I found them thru a contractor recommendation and they solved the problems a local handyman company - that I won't mention - exacerbated and couldn't solve. Their guy may have been doing it 30+ years but definitely behind the times. Wrong on his diagnosis and wrong on switch knowledge. I'm sooooo glad I dumped them and followed the recommendation to call E & R Electric. Took almost 2 wks to get an appointment but well worth the wait.

The only one that picked up the on the first try. The only one that did an in person estimate. Did fast, professional work. Will use again without hesitation.

Kevin was awesome. Came out on a Saturday morning, worked with me on what the problem could be, found it and repaired it to where we would not have to worry about it agin. Not like those that you wonder how long it'll last. Definitely my "Go to" electrician....

I had called several electricians and Kevin has the only one who answered his phone.
He was at my place of business within an hour and fixed the problem right away. Very nice gentleman.
Will definitely use him again.

O'Connor Electric Review

Kevin O'Connor is one of the best people I have met so far in the home improvement business in the Las Vegas area. He did the work in a timely manner but more important he diagnosed the problem to me so if the problem occurred again I have better idea what to do next time. I am glad I found him on Angie's List and he is Angie's List Certified and Angie's List 2015 Super Service Award winner. I will definitely add Kevin O'Connor to my Las Vegas Home Improvement Team.

We had a wall of outlets that suddenly quit working. Kevin arrived on time, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. He thoroughly explained the problem and what he was doing to fix it. We highly recommend Kevin for his attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism.

Have used Kevin since 2014. Had a problem with a fire alarm chirping. Called Kevin around 10 am, and he was across town, but out and had it fixed by 1 pm. Great guy - highly recommend him.

Kevin was great!!! He showed up promptly and resolved several electrical issues we had in our backyard. He was thorough, explaining every step of the process. Reasonable rates!!! He is a keeper!!

Great experience from start to finish. We needed a can light over the staircase (22ft ceiling) converted to mount a chandelier. I called the office and got a response right away for an appointment to come look at the work and provide an estimate. Danny and Roberto arrived on time to complete the task and took the time to mount it correctly. We are very happy with the quality of service and the pricing of the labor. For future electric needs, Cordan, LLC will be my first call.

We needed our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors replaced, and Cordan Electric handled the job excellently! Danny Trevino was super friendly and knowledgeable. We would use Cordan again in the future.

A family owned business with integrity and knowledge of their craft and fairly priced.
We had a lot of work done including hanging a fixture in 20’ ceiling over stairs and everything was flawless. They did under cabinet lighting, new light fixtures, new timers, dimmers, switches and general electrical repair. The work was perfect and no damage, scratches, dirt or anything left by them. Very clean and considerate of property.
We highly recommend and will definitely use again and refer to others.
