Didn't have solder wick, or any soldering equipment. Kind of pathetic for an electric supply store lol.

Its Saturday morning and I need to get a capacitor for my pool pump. I called (wont throw anybody under the bus) and gave him the numbers off of the old part. He states, I have what you need. When I get there (25 minute drive) I walk in and one of the guys states you must be the guy that called about the capacitor, I don't have the right one and proceeds to show me the only one he has in the store which wasn't even close. He did apologize but hey if you don't have it why have me drive to the store. Had to go to Leslies Pool Supply where they had there way with me $34 for an $8 part...

My home DIY electrical project 'went South' quicker than I anticipated - met with the Branch Manager and staff members of the NLV store with discussion of what I was trying to accomplish. I received: Their understanding of my project and potential pitfalls - Their expert advice and alternatives based on years of experience - Their huge inventory of parts; at very reasonable prices - Their willingness to assist me, step.by.step as I worked through my project to 'a successful (and happy) ending'. My Rating for the NLV store is a resounding 10/10 !

The service was good. But the employees, were not wearing masks. Since I have underlying health conditions, I simply can’t shop there again. It’s not worth it. And I don’t understand why the company ask you to wear a mask and the employees don’t. It’s posted on their door... as a contractor, I’ll take my business elsewhere and not risk life and limb.

Amazing place to open an account and find everything I need

City electric supply in Las Vegas, Nevada is a joke. They always seem to not have at least one to two items that you are asking for and fail to notify you when you place a will call order that they don’t have an item they let you come in and then surprise “ we can check to see if another store has it” like I want to drive from store to store to get my material. And if you get material delivered 99% chance it’s going to be wrong in one way or another.
