So I needed to get some electircal work done at my house - specifically an EV charger installed as well as some pendant lights in my kitchen. Jeremy came by and told me exactly what I needed to do and what it would cost. The work was scheudled and carried out to the T. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Supoer happy with everything and I highly recommend.

Contacted Dead On Electrical at 9:30am by 12:15pm Mike had installed our new chandelier very efficiently. Mike was very courteous and easy to deal with. Price for the service was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Lacy and Mike are uncommon professionals and I appreciate their attention to detail. Lacy was exemplary in her communications and Mike was timely and provided a reasonable estimate.
It's difficult to find authentic professionals with outstanding customer service these day, but that's not the case with Dead On Electrical!
I intend to share my recommendation to everyone I know, you won't be disappointed.

Absolute ripoff. Save yourself the money. I was definitely taken advantage of. Called to set up the appointment and was told a price range of 150 to 250 depending on the issue. Electrician arrived. Reset a GFI in the garage, didn't replace anything, and charged 250. I inquired about the price without anything being replaced and was told that he could replace the GFI if I wanted with no charge. Why wasnt that the first option before charging the max price for the least amount of work. Definitely won't be giving this company anymore business.

Awesome company, I booked my appointment through Home Advisor and a customer service rep from Dead On Electrical called to confirm. Such a super easy process, their service rep was great. The technician sent a text letting us know he was en route, arrived on time and did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. We highly recommend this company

I requested for an electrician around 9am and Mike came atfter 10am. so very punctual as he told me he will be here between 10-12am. THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Don’t even think about hiring anybody else!! We had booked with one of the other guys to set up our hot tub and they bailed on us the day of!! My husband had taken off work for the service and we had a party planned the next day that would’ve been ruined, but we called Dead On in a panic and they came out SAME DAY and did an estimate and COMPLETED the service in record time by the end of the day!! These guys are the hardest workers, staying even after the sun went down to get the job done! The job was done so professionally!! Had a bit of an electrical issue in the middle of the night. Called in after seeing some reviews, and they are completely correct. Customer service was on point, explanations on how the whole system works and what happened was fantastic, and the best part was that the tech arrived even earlier than expected. Mike is a great technician and explained thoroughly about what had happened. We will definitely be using them again for the future.

First, they came quickly for an estimate and got it back to me the same day while others took 2 or 3 days to get quotes back for our project. They were professional, timely, and even gave us advice on the project that others hadn't. To top it off the beat the quote by a few hundred dollars and gave us several options to choose from. Jeremiah and Enoc came for the project and showed up early, explained everything to us, did a fantastic job. And even went above and behind. We had remotes installed and they went the extra mile to pick up magnets and put them on the remotes so we could hang them and keep them handy showing that they really cared about the little things. By far the best electric company I've ever used and the only one I'll be using and recommending in the future! Thank you guys for your help and we are super happy with the final product!

Dead On Electrical is THE BEST! I want to thank Mike for the excellent job performed with the utmost experience and qualifications a person could ask for. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly and on a day/time that worked for me. I am remodeling our master walk in closet and Mike replaced the big ugly long (garage like) lights and installed 4 canned recessed lights as well as a J box so we could add a chandelier down the road. He gave us 5 or 6 different brightness options and also suggested a dimmable motion sensor light (which I love!) plus he put it on a separate switch so we could have one or both on. I feel like the price was well worth the work he performed. Mike had the personality like you knew him forever and I honestly can’t say enough great things about his work and professionalism. He was timely, organized, asked questions for clarification and his overall communication was amazing. He was courteous and did a fabulous job, I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I highly recommend Dead on Electrical Services but this is the ONLY electrical company I would use.
