Josh was down to earth and friendly. He actually came early. Respectful and even wore a mask. He explained things as he work and gave me lots of good advice. He's a man that seems to love his work and i would be happy to have him come do some future projects for me.

AC wasn’t working when we left for a road trip. The day we were returning they came out and fixed the wires in the panel just in time for the 115 degree heat wave. Lifesavers! A neighbor recommended them to me and I’m definitely recommending them to you!

We used Allegiant Electric through our home’s warranty. They sent out a really nice guy named Gabriel. He went through and tackled some of our smaller electrical fixes and got things going again. His customer service was awesome.

Allegiant Electric was very professional from beginning to end. I was quickly quoted a reasonable price. On the day of installation, of my NEMA 14-50 outlet, the technician arrived on time. The job was done in the amount of time I was told. I would definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

This company is incredible I called Monday for a quote and by Tuesday morning at 7am Emmanuel showed up and did an excellent job. He was very friendly, informative, the office staff was great and they are affordable. Recommend them 100%

I needed almond-colored electrical outlets and switches removed and replaced with white ones, and new white wall plates installed to match my newly-painted white ceilings and baseboards. First, the pricing by Allegiant was reasonable and supported by a work schedule. Second, Sean and Edgar were knowledgeable, courteous and professional, working alongside other trades in the house at the time. Third, Daphne, who coordinated the service was cheerful, helpful and responsive. And finally, Allegiant Electrical being a woman-owned business is a total bonus!

Allegiant did a fantastic job for me on two separate locations. They were quick and knowledgeable. I also had a very difficult after hours project for them. They were given many constraints. They were able to deliver exactly what I asked for. Anthony and Edgar were awesome to work with.

Wonderful customer service from Allegiant yesterday. Technician Luis arrived on time, worked diligently to find the problem with our electric plug for watering and security camera and fixed it. Excellent interface and nice young man. Would call Allegiant again if have another issue and ask for Luis.

I've worked with Allegiant on two separate jobs and both times I've experienced professionalism all the way from the call center to the technician and even at the management level. STOP!!!!!!!!!Think twice before using this COMPANY!!!! Customer service was the worst. There was a total miscommunication as to when my appointment was scheduled. Instead of the young lady recognizing it was a total miscommunication she began to tell me about what she didn't have and how she was not going to be able to help me. Not to mention I explained to them that my daughter was almost electrocuted yesterday. This lady on the phone representing the company, her whole energy and level of defense was heightened for no reason. I felt as if she didn't want to help me. She was making me feel really bad with the short conversation we were having. I'm the customer so least figure out how you can help is what I thought they would do. It was like they didn't want my business. Before I could call my home owners warranty back, this company had canceled my appointment. It was like I never asked for an appointment. It was so weird to talk to a company that seems as if they didn't want my service yet this was my first time ever dealing with the company or even hearing about them for that matter. I hope the owner or somebody important is reading this review because these people representing your company, your business, I think need some retraining on Customer Service. How do you turn away business for no reason, how do you be so rude to a customer you never dealt with. I could have been a potential returning customer as well as a customer that will tell other people about you. What a horrible experience TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL OTHERS TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL SPREAD IT AS MUCH AS I CAN.... HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, 08.19.2022 I contacted Allegiant Electric to do some electrical work. The "receptionist" took a lot of information before passing the call to a "scheduler". I thought I was in luck when the scheduler said that Gabe would be able to go that afternoon....but later in the day the "scheduler" called back and said Gabe had been sent to an emergency and would be tied up all day. The service call was rescheduled to Monday, 08.22.2022 at 7:00 AM. By 10:00 am Gabe had not arrived for the appointment so I called Allegiant. The "scheduler" Aracely said that the schedule had been changed, she didn't know why but someone else was supposed to handle the service call. She then said that she thought she could schedule Gabe for 1:00 pm that afternoon. By 2:00 pm Gabe had not appeared. Repeated phone calls to the office were unsuccessful in finding out what happened to the technician. I never could get past one of the "receptionists" to speak with anyone about the service call. I asked to speak with managers, and even the owner (google shows she received some kind of SBA award...in my opinion they should take it back!). I finally got so frustrated at the lack of customer service that I called back and said I want to cancel any service. Then the "receptionist" said she didn't have the authority to cancel and I had to speak with someone in the office. No surprise that the "receptionist" put me on an extended hold. I never did get to speak with anyone past the "receptionist". I can't believe this company has so many positive reviews....they certainly didn't earn one from me!

I needed 3 pendant lights to be installed. Edgar, the tech gave me a quote that i thought was reasonable. They were installed days later since I needed to buy the lights with no fuss, hassle or problems. He installed them quickly, efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He was at my home for 30 minutes at the most. For future electrical work I would call Allegiant Electric again.

AVOID at all costs. Allegiant electric are scammers. They told us they could help us with our solar panels. Scheduled a time and never showed up. Then the next day they sent someone out. Charged us $175 to tell us he wasn't the solar guy and that the solar guy was double booked. Company was suppose to get us a quote on a part we needed and never did. They took our money and disappeared. Complete disappointment. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I own a cleaning business and needed our electrical work done to operate our washer & dryer machines.. I met the owner(s) of Allegiant Electric LLC. and I can't begin to tell you how on point they were. Had a person come out to my office to take a look at the work that needed to be done. Provided a quote and we were on schedule the following week. Two guys came out and did the work for a few hours and explained what they were doing through out the process. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Then i learned they do Christmas lights too. I would hire them again for any future work. Thanks to Allegiant Electric and employees. Amazing job!

I’ve used Allegiant for a number of home improvement projects this year. All have been completed to my satisfaction and at a reasonable cost. I switched to them after using Apple, who also did awesome work but cost a whole lot more. After having both companies estimate/bid on the same project I kinda had to give Allegiant a chance. They have not let me down.

After a recent incident in which my main breaker tripped and shut off power to the entire house, I started investigating and found that one of my (2) A/C breakers had arced at the contact point on the bus bar and done a little damage to it and destroyed the breaker. Having done some electrical work in an industrial plant for a few years, I felt comfortable enough to replace the breaker and repair the damage to the bus bar as best I could (with the power off of course!). Found the exact breaker at HD and I brought it home and replaced it after cleaning up the damage to the bus bar. It was 108 degrees outside and this problem was keeping the A/C for the upstairs from running so I was anxious to get it fixed as soon as possible. Since I am not a PROFESSIONAL electrician, I just wanted to have a professional check my work and give me an honest opinion regarding the damage to the bus bar just for my own peace of mind. I called Allegiant electric because they had very positive ratings and I was told they could come out the next day. Brandon arrived exactly when I was told he would and he checked everything out and confirmed that I had done the job right and took the time to tighten all the connections and check everything in the panel which put my mind at ease. I asked Brandon if it was possible to install a 30A RV receptacle because every breaker spot was occupied since having a solar system installed and my main breaker was de-rated to 150A because the solar needed 50A. He got back with me a few days later and informed me that we could do that if we replaced the (somewhat) damaged (full) panel with a newer, solar ready panel which would not only give me about 10 empty breaker spots but also give me my 200A main back. So, as soon as it cools down some, in a couple months, I will be having Allegiant Electric replace my (2002) main panel with a new (2020) solar ready one and I'll get my RV receptacle and some empty space in case I ever need anything else. Based on Brandon's professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and friendliness, I can tell that Allegiant cares about their customers and i look forward to getting my panel job done professionally and in a timely manner. I've had an overall great experience with this company so far and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. They answer the phone when you call and are responsive unlike many other businesses I have dealt with and the office folks are very friendly and helpful as well. Nice!
