The electrician that came out to our house today was awesome! He was very respectful, efficient and worked quickly. He fixed an issue that the warranty company messed up on multiple times. He also explained to us what the issue was and how he fixed it. We now have electricity in our bathrooms again! Thank you so much.

Steve at Desert home electric set up some new electrical circuits for me to get a new mini split air conditioner for my garage. I had a difficult time finding an electrician to do an estimate and then to make arrangements to come do the job. Then I found Steve at Desert home electric and he did the estimate. He said we can be out there tomorrow and do the job in one day. It will be all done. I didn’t believe him but he was right. Done in one day. Great job fair price. Honest, fair and fast service is what I got with Desert Home Electric. I had a water heater replaced at my 1954 home in Boulder City and it needed new wiring and a disconnect. My plumber, Hips Plumbing recommended these guys and not only were they able to schedule a time to come out faster than anyone else, they were also willing to do it for what I though was more than a fair price. Gabriel, the tech that came out was very professional, friendly, courteous and thorough in his work. Looking at the end product, everything he did looked like it was meant to be there and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend their services.

Really creepy company, the owner try to send the employees with cheap and not accurate parts, that create problems with the city inspections, make you wait for doble time to get the city approvals. Then They overcut my wall and then they said , they're not responsible for that . And I need to hire another company to fix that. Bad decision no I have to start the court process to finish this. Everytime I call christine said that she's going to talk with the supervisor and call me back👎👎👎🔚 but guess what? Never happened!!!
Beware don't run any risk with this people.

HORRIBLE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody... Worst service, sloppy work, not to mention they over price drastically. The owner Brad has no respect for his employees. Makes them work 12 hour days but only pays for 8 of them.. He only hires just to fire when the job is done. Do not waist your time with Allstate Electric. They are a joke!

Michelle is an asset to this company. She was extremely helpful and and answered all questions posed to. Same goes for the gentleman that came out to do evaluation. I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

Allstate Electric is one of the best energy companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Their ability to sell electricity and bill correctly are unparalleled. I could not be happier than I am now, knowing that the electrons flowing through the wires at my house are each - tiny little champions in their own right.

I was told $85.00 per hour plus parts over the phone. The electrician changed a breaker and that was it. I asked how much I owe. He said $185.00 I said "the breaker is $100.00?" He called to ask and then I was told there is a two hour minimum. I was never told that so beware. Then I called them directly and talked to Brad he was rude and just said we normally get $390.00 for changing a breaker. I said I don't know about that all I know is I was told $85.00 plus parts. He got very short and rude and said ok how about $125.00
Everyone is scamming and think everyone is really stupid.

Thanks to Allstate Electric, I won't have to worry about blinking lights anymore. A few of the rooms in my house would randomly blink and I couldn't diagnose the problem so I called the professional team at Allstate Electric. They worked very swiftly and professionally to examine the problem and fix it with considerably low prices. Thank you!

A couple of weeks ago I had Allstate Electric come out to a house I rent in the Summerlin / Las Vegas area because we were having some shortages with our wall outlets. It would do it every now and then but still super annoying. Resetting the fusebox outside the house would only temporarily fix it. Allstate Electric was able to send out an electrician that figured out what was wrong with it and fix it! They even worked directly with the property management company so we didn't have to. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment when I seen that my carrige light went out outside my garage and noticed that it was kind of 'rigged' seeing exposed wire nuts. The electrician showed up and was a nice guy the seemed personable. I said that the light needs to be rewired (I wouldn't expect someone to work on someone else's rigged work so rewiring it would be an easy solution). He told me that he didn't have the wire in his van to rewire it. I told him that I needed it fixed so my h.o.a. didn't fine me. He told me I could pick up the wire at home Depot and I pointed out that this was the reason I called for an electrician was to do this. He then told me the bill for today would be $125. I told him I needed it done today so I proceeded to pull the light housing off of the wall and started taking it apart while he was waiting for my wife to write him a check. He took the money and left for doing nothing while I took the carriage light inside and proceeded to wire it up myself in compliance with electrical code replacing all wiring in the housing. It took me about 35 minutes to wire it and reinstall it and it is working fine now but the point of hiring an electrician was so I didn't have to do it myself. I would never call or recommend this company to anyone and regret even wasting my time and money for a 'professional' to say that he didn't have the tools to do the job and charge me as if he did the job anyways. Horrible business ethics.
Edit (added on after I seen their response) this is why your electrician was asked to rewire the light and not repair it. I understand that it is very profitable to do a service call and not do any work but your business practices will catch up to you and you are tarnishing your company's reputation. It's no wonder that you get bad reviews from residential customers. The patronizing bit at the end of your response shows a lack of professionalism and points out the immature mentality of your company.
To potential customers: consider this a warning and consider how they act in their response before calling for an electrician. There are many companies out there with much higher satisfaction review numbers and there is a reason for that. This company is so petty that they will not give me a receipt for the money that I paid them. Do you want to deal with 'professionals' that act like children and won't even give you a receipt then go ahead and hire them.

My Home Warranty Company sent Allstate Electric to my home in Henderson NV to do a second opinion on an electrical issue that had already been "diagnosed" by another company. The previous technician had turned things in as "vandalisim" on a home that I had recently purchased in a 55+ community. My neighbors had told me that the home had set vacant for quite some time before in bad bought it. Time and age takes a toll on a home.
R.(Ricky?) Trujillo was the technician sent to my home and I cannot say enough good about this young man. Mr. Trujillo was so polite and helpful, making sure that my home was SAFE for me.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and MR. R. TRUJILLO!!
