We needed some electrical work done as our kitchen appliances kept going off. Nick came out and he was great. He tested everything, checked all the outlets and the fuse box and fixed what was needed. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. 5 Stars to Nick and Allstate electric! Thank you again.

I was called my Michelle and Jacmare to schedule when the technician Nick could stop by to fix the electrical outlets for the kitchen counter because they would not work. Michelle and Jacmare were friendly and had great customer service, they had an availability the moment they called and Nick arrived in a timely manner. He is professional, friendly, had a great attitude, prompt, and fixed the problems in a timely manner. This was a pleasant experience and am more than satisfied with the service that was provided. I recommend this company and the individuals mentioned in this review.

Technician Nick was amazing he completely fixed all of my electrical issues was very thankful a lot of my house was with out working outlets and it was very frustrating after having several technicians come out and temporarily fix the issue he was able to get the job done properly.

Total scam.
$400 for a diagnostic review of my solar system. High, but I agreed to it. Appointment was for Monday 8-12AM

They called after the appointment window to reschedule because technicians "mother was sick". Rescheduled for Tuesday 10-2.

They called 1 hour before that appointment window to say they needed to reschedule AGAIN. Unclear reason. They rescheduled for Wednesday 10-2. The tech said the reason for the missed appointments was that a prior job took more time then he expected. Stories don't match.

The tech arrived at 12:30 and was off the roof in about an hour. He was UNABLE to diagnose why 13 of the 28 panels were not reporting. That was the reason I agreed to a $400 fee.

The panels were prior removed and reinstalled by another service for roof repair. After a week or two, 13 of the 28 panels went offline.

Saying that "the system was not reassembled properly. Several heads and connections appear to be stripped and wired incorrectly, and there is visible exposure of bare wire" is just a visible assessment WITHOUT a path to get the system repaired other then call out the company that reinstalled them incorrectly in the first place.

A proper diagnostic would point to the failure, not "the system was not reassembled properly". Basically they charged $400 to say, yea, it's broken and you need to find someone to fix it, not to mention the two late notice reschedules.

I feel this level of "diagnostics" is a total rip off and advise to steer clear of this company. I wish I could give less then 1 star.

Nick did an excellent job in troubleshooting and repairing my electrical issues. He was really awesome to work with and communicated very well.

My experience with Allstate Electric was Fantastic! From setting up my appointment with Tonya, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. To the Awesome technician Nick, who came to my home to fix my electrical problem. Nick was wonderful with communicating the work needed to be done and took time to explain what he was doing to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Allstate Electric!!

Scheduling online with Allstate was super easy and convenient. Communications via email, text, and the call from the tech that were on the way were all super helpful.

The best part was Nick. He was super nice and professional from start to finish. I also appreciated his patience with all my questions and allowing me to watch and learn from what he was doing.

Nick from Allstate Electric went above and beyond. Half the lights in the house randomly would turn off and randomly come back on without tripping the breaker. Nick was only scheduled a limited amount of time to troubleshoot and fix the issue and it took him going through every switch and receptacle to find the issue which took more time then he was getting paid for but he got it done. He even came back on Sunday on his day off to complete the repairs which turned out to be one of the switches being used as a junction for all of the lights. He easily fixed the large bundle of wires that were only partially connected and all lights are working again. 💪🏼🔦🥰

JACKIE was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I had very limited time to get job completed. Jackie really went the extra mile to find a way to get me squeezed in and get job completed. I was VERY pleasantly surprised she did that. Thank you!! All customer service and people in general should be like her!!! Thank you again Jackie!!

Shoutout to Nick, Logan, and Michelle for their help in restoring light to our staircase! The lights have been out for going on 6 months but Nick was persistent and his expertise and transparency was very refreshing! This company has the clients best interest in mind and it comes across in the people they employ! Look no further for your electrical needs than Allstate Electric!

I had the pleasure of working with Allstate Electric LLC recently, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Nick, the electrician who came out to handle the job, was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He not only completed the work efficiently but also made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself, leaving the area spotless.

I was driving on the 15 Northbound on the Las Vegas Freeway around Sahara Avenue on May 18 around 4 PM and I noticed a Ford truck unit 247 with the emblem in the back saying Mohave electric on it weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off, and I thought To myself not even a Tijuana taxi driver is that bad, this gives the company a horrible image, not professional at all, the driver should be ashamed of his self he has no business in the company.
