I had them come out to fix an electrical issue at my
House and they were able to get it resolved quickly. They showed up right on time and the price was very fair. I also had them handle a repair on one of my rental properties and had the same experience. Good honest guys.

Cameron from Voltera Electric came out to install a NEMA 15-50 outlet and did an excellent job. He was referred by a friend and did not disappoint. Cameron was very responsive, quick to schedule, and his work was thorough and professional. Highly recommend Voltera Electric for any electrical needs.

This is my second time working with Cameron, both experiences have been wonderful, His communication has been great and his work has been even better. I had a pretty complicated heater for my outside pergola that he was able to install very efficiently and it works incredible. I cannot recommend his services enough. He is reasonable on his pricing, his punctuality and communication has been second to none And lastly, his work has been even better. If you’re looking for an electrician, don’t hesitate you will not regret hiring him to do your job!

This is my fourth electrical project with Pacific Electric. Today Carlos and David installed my landscape lighting. As always, I was impressed by the electricians’ knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and expertise. Carlos and David addressed all my questions and gave me excellent suggestions/solutions. After having my house completely remodeled, the builder left some loose ends in plugs with no power, a fan that burned out do to a faulty install. So I have been sitting on these issues for over a year and could not get the builder to fix them. Since I am happy with the remodel, I decided to just get them fixed on my own. Hence, the reason for contacting Pacific Electric. They sent, electrician, Louis del Toro to do the work. Well, needless to say, Louis fixed all my issues with minimal disruption, and professionally accomplished all repairs. In the meantime, the office kept in touch with me to keep me updated on every aspect of the job. So for the foreseeable future, any electrical issues needing to be fixed, it's Pacific for me.

Today we had an excellent crew from Pacific electric come out and do some work in our house. Sam and Luis did an excellent job of doing the repair work and we are so grateful for what they have done. They have excellent work ethics great recommendations and make sure that what you need is installed properly. A special shout out to Hugo for all the work that you did yesterday. Excellent job well done you guys are great.

Sam was an absolutely fantastic person. I felt safe and confident in the information he was telling me. He did also restore my power which had been out for a week.

Pacific Electric was extremely efficient and professional. The electrician showed great knowledge, was reliable and responsive when I needed an emergency electrician. They completed the electrical repair quickly and the price was fair. I would definitely hire them again.

I had Chris install two outlets in a powder room that switches on with the existing box from a light fixture. He showed up exactly on time. Professional and personable. The customer service is impeccable in comparison to other services I’ve received from the valley. He showed dressed in uniform and immediately greeted me without being overbearing. (Some quotes I’ve gotten people just walk right in & start talking about themselves) I’d rather have the work speak for you instead of bragging. And he did just that. He finished the job then spoke later on how long he’s been doing it. He finished in an about an hour or so. Cleaned up after himself and discussed that they have 90 day warranty. He even cleaned up some of the mess the previous person created. He offered the patch up the hole the outsider contractor did. Which he didn’t have to & I didn’t let him because that’s not his mess to clean up. I really do appreciate exceptional customer service like this.

For future projects I would 100% recommend this company. The lady (Angie) who answered the phone to set up my appointment is a mirror of this as well. Extremely personable and sounded delighted I was an interested customer giving them business. And that’s how it should be.
I’ve called 3 other places and it sounded like I was inconviencing them or it would take more than 48 hours to get a quote or response.
Overall happy with the work I received.
