The technician was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated how reliable and professional the team was, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Pacific Electric arrived fast when my power went out. David was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He fixed the issue efficiently and with great attention to detail. David also took the time to patiently answer my barrage of questions about all things electrical and put together an estimate for future work. I was incredibly grateful for his help on a Sunday and that he got my lights back on quickly. Pricing was up front and very reasonable. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Pacific Electric was great from A to Z. The scheduling process was seamless. The office staff was very efficient. The electrician was friendly, professional and didn’t complain when he had to squeeze into a very tiny space to install an outlet under my very crowded cabinet under the kitchen sink. He also checked all my outlets near water to make sure the were GFI protected. I would definitely use them again.

Loved their professionalism as well as their quick response.Robin was very helpful in getting us scheduled immediately. Our technician Sampson was thorough and explained the process of the work needed clearly and in a very non-technical manner which I both understood and appreciated. Upon arriving, he was very respectful. I had a great experience with the electrician who came out to my home. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I am new to Las Vegas and needed an electrician to hang the pendant lights in my kitchen. I called 3 companies for quotes/ estimates. The first company came out , the guy was nice, but they wanted as much as I paid for my patio furniture to install the lights. I was already impressed with Pacific because of their communication-when they were coming, who was coming to my house, etc. Robin was very pleasant, very accommodating of my schedule, and professional. She sent Sampson out, and he was working up the quote and before he said anything to me, he called the office to see if they could work out anything on the price, as all my wiring was in place. He then quoted me the price, I was so pleased at the amount and the fact they went the extra mile before they even started the job, that I said , “ if you have time, let’s do it today!”. Sampson Edwards installed the lights and a dimmer switch, he took care with the work and cleaned up. I am very happy with Pacific and will use them in the future for sure. I recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Christian was excellent to work with! He called and asked if he could come early, he was upfront about pricing, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue I had with my ceiling fan. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise.

Christian was our electrician for an install of a EV charger plug. He is knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our needs for the project. Would recommend him 100% for any electrical needs.

Had a problem with our lights not working. After trying everything I could think of and safely do myself , Eco sent out Axen who did an amazing job figuring out what the problem was and got it all situated for us! He was awesome!

Joe came out to evaluate our porch light situation. Our porch light (LED) was flickering. He and his assistant were very friendly, helpful, and professional; offering several options to move forward, while being direct and to the point 🙂

Joe Vitek came out to replace a GFI outlet in our garage and did a fabulous job! He was very knowledgeable, was in and out in 30 minutes, and cleaned up after he was done.

Electrician Joe visited our home today and was absolutely professional and courteous. His expertise and friendly manner made the experience very positive. He answered all of our questions and we are grateful for his excellent service.

Raymond is very persistent in finding the root cause of a very tricky issue left from messy remodeling. Got the issue resolved with a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend the service.
