Terrible company. Always have to fix things twice. Also they scalp your lawn and shrubs so they don't have to trim each week. NEVER AGAIN

If you enjoy watering dirt, blue tips everywhere, and wasting water to the point where you're fined and get increased HOA fees due to the water extensions they require during off-season watering, then hire these guys because they're great at it!

12:42p Thursday 7381 Prairie Falcon Rd 89128; Walking out of a business I witness a male driver of a Landcraft truck obscenely cursing out the driver of a transportation for disabled bus. She WAS moving over, giving him the room to pass.

What was his hurry? What was the emergency to curse someone out in a parking lot WHILE they were doing their job & being curteous?

The emergency was to fly through the parking area to exit back out onto the street then slow to the speed limit.

EXTREMELY professional and curteous behaviour and doing a fantastic job representing the company.

P.s. as an employee of a business, these Paratransit buses are a frequent occurance. This business park caters to many medical facilities including a physical rehabilitation center.

There was NO justified reason to scream at the driver in that manner. None.

They landscaped our community for years, started out great. It's been a slow decline to the end.

I think they may be allergic to flowers because every time a bush or plant flowers, the crew comes along and chops it off. Plants dying because no one checks the drippers and sprinklers to make sure it's working properly. And a foreman with an excuse for everything, never once admitting that they made a mistake or aren't doing their contracted job.

They are a family ran business, all covering for each other. Pick another company for your landscape needs.

Worst landscaping company I ever seen. I my community they just clean around my house twice a year. If it’s a chance I would give them -5 stars. Horrible company. I fight with my community management about change the contractor. But they don’t care. Community area since the take “care” looks poor.

I live in Iron Mountain Ranch, right across from the high school. They visit the park every other week to clean the park. They then walk half block away from the park blowing trash and leaves into the yards. Terrible Terrible Company. That is what they call cleaning the community. Do not hire them. I have pictures to prove their incompetence.
The president of my community is delusional believing they are doing a great job. Summer break for schools started over a month ago. The juice boxes and fruit cups are still in the green space a block from my house.

Upated 4/24/2024: The area has still not been cleaned up. A supervisor acknowledged the area yesterday on my camera so I thought today was the day but I guess not. His body language seemed to reflect that it already should have been done somehow.... Perhaps next week? I won't hold my breath..... Nobody cares about anything anymore since Covid. They want to go about their business performed just going through the motions without any scrutiny and that works pretty well these days because people's personal dignity has vanished... In Las Vegas, they should have never legalized weed because this is one of the symptoms and more people are dying in car wrecks too from lack of inspiration and respect.

Updated 4/15/2024: In the response by Landcraft below dated 4/10, I did "CC" of a few positives they were accomplishing but for months the area I am complaining about was neglected & I could only conclude it was because I was 1)voicing my concern & not remaining silent like most owners who have been worn down and given up or 2)the HOA was telling them to leave the area a mess out of revenge... That is why I decided to post on Yelp & Google to get better results because emailing the HOA (management) & calling Landcraft wasn't cutting it... I spoke to a foreman this morning & he assured me a better cleanup will be within the next 7 days... I will be back for more updates since under this pine tree, it will be a destined monitored hotspot for the extended future that can cause me to be back for more "not good" updates... I will be back after this coming cleanup....

Update 4/10/2024: Not sure if these guys are still our landscapers... Our HOA took bids for the March 2024 meeting & I haven't seen them in a while. I asked many times for them to clean the pine needles better in my area & they did ONLY ONE TIME so I know it is obtainable. I even called other companies to see if it is possible and they said yes.
Now they just totally avoid my area all together...
LANDSCAPING CHOICES FOR YOUR HOA IS A REVOLVING DOOR. Take your chances with who you may but these guys are not getting it done in my opinion.. I even read a review here where someone said Landcraft was being terminated for poor work just as they were being hired by our HOA... It will be interesting to see if they respond to this post when they know I am 100% correct. They may even say I did not contact them when the property management representative assured me in writing they let Landcraft know about my concerns.

(My post 1 year ago): They just hired this outfit for our condo community.. We will see how it goes... Most landscaping outfits they contract with don't even get a good start by impressing anyone and then we finally change to another... We have new board members that actually live in our complex that seem to care so they won't waste one second getting rid of them... I will be sure to reflect my opinion that is for sure.... They can give them the boot with 30 day notice... I know it is hard work that landscapers do but hopefully they work out and do a great job...

For those that are looking for the best commercial landscaper in Las Vegas, you need not look any further. Landcraft is top notch. As the president of a large community in Las Vegas, we replaced our Landscapers over 2 years ago. The difference between the two companies is incredible. The attention to detail, the speed of service and excellent customer service put Landcraft at the top of great Landscapers. The crew assigned to our community truly takes great pride in their work. Our community has never looked more clean and well manicured. Our turf areas have never been so green and plush. Our account manager. Is very knowledgeable and will provide plant options right off the top of his head. His designs have been great and the billing has been fair. They always go above and beyond for us. I cannot speak for the employees of the organization as I have only met a few of them; but when they are working on the community, they work HARD. They are also very meticulous and quick. If you are looking for the best landscaper for your business or organization, you won’t find another company better.

This company is the far worst company to use. They are killing everything in our HOA.

Our HOA had Landcraft for 2 years. A change in management occurred and the service decreased. We did everything we could to work with the company and got horrible service.

The final month they did not service the property. We disputed the invoice and offered to pay 50% they hired a jerk attorney to file a lawsuit against us. In the long run we paid the bill as it would cost us more to fight the invoice.

Update: Yes wonderful service as to their reply... We paid for this service...

Stop bringing your trash to my property. I have signs on my walk way and door enterance and yall still have the nerve to come on and this not the first time your people have trespass.

Got a letter from HoA about a tree in my backyard. Not only did they trim the unwanted branch, also took care of the other branches that may cause issues in the future with my HoA. Even took care of the dead leaves.

Juan and his team are awesome people. I had a couple of quotes but Juan had the most reasonable prices and his communication was consistent and transparent. He gave me a lot of different option even when I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. I %100 recommend them and would chose them again.

Alvarado’s Creation is my number 1 choice for all my landscaping ideas. Juan was referred when I bought a new build nine years ago and needed to get my backyard completed from nothing. He had the most reasonable price, worked with me to bring my ideas to fruition, and was done in 5 days. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to plants and patiently walked me through my options at a near by nursery. He provides guidance without overselling which was great because I tend to need time before making decisions that I have to live with for a while.

Fast forward to today, he is still reasonably priced and the one I trust and call when I want to add or revitalize my outdoor space.

Very professional.
