I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating encounter with an employee named Matt at the Lowe's store located at 7550 W Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89128. I feel compelled to share the details of this experience:

Hostile Attitude: When I approached Matt for assistance, his attitude was extremely hostile and unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or trying to find a solution, he immediately told me, "You can't do it," without any further explanation or effort to help.
Lack of Customer Service: Matt's response left me feeling completely unsupported as a customer. It's essential for employees at a customer-centric store like Lowe's to handle inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Inadequate Communication: Matt's communication skills were severely lacking. He failed to provide any reasoning or alternative solutions, which is a fundamental aspect of customer service.

Negative Impact: This encounter with Matt significantly tainted my perception of Lowe's as a whole. It's disheartening to encounter such a level of unprofessionalism and hostility from an employee.

In summary, my interaction with Matt at this Lowe's location was a deeply unpleasant experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved training and professionalism among their staff members. No customer should be subjected to such a hostile and unhelpful encounter when seeking assistance at a store.

They got a good team and keep good stock.

Been shopping at Lowes for a long time. No longer want to buy anything here. Two different people approached me while I was browsing, who are guised as Lowes employees but actually independent contractors trying to sell me solar. I don’t want solar and I sure as hell don’t want salesman harassing me while I’m shopping.

Tim in the paint center was awesome 👍. He saw me carrying a gallon bucket of paint and asked me if I would like it put into the paint shaker machine. It's attention to detail like this that always impresses me. When an employee knows how to provide excellent customer service is very rare today Tim aced my experience at Lowe's today. He could have easily just walked right past me and not said a word. Tim, you are a five-star employee.

There is no garden center. You can find the same items in a regular grocery store.

We went to buy our Christmas tree They have really good prices and the trees are nice The work staff Treat me with excellent customer service I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in this morning to pick up soil and a few plants and seeds Im in a hurry. I Have soil on the flat got some plants asked some questions to a worker. They told me they didnt have the plants but they had seeds. Left my flat for two mins to look for the seeds. Go back to the flat its gone. A worker said they put all the bags back. Why wouldnt you at least ask if its someones flat. 2 Mins. I was already in a hurry. But for the worker to say well go get it again. I will go get it again at Star Nursery or Lowes. But not home depot. On my way out I did say something to the Manager about the employee being rude when I asked about the flat. He said he was doing his job...Not one sorry Not let us help you out. Ive cancelled my card. I WAS spending too much there anyway.. Lowes here I come...Now i have to pick out new carpet and counters...

I walked into homedepot off Lamb and Charleston Blvd. this morning with plans to purchase a cordless leaf blower and cordless string trimmer I didn't see the kit so I asked one of thier attendants for help, the lady that helped me is named Lovey, she went out of her way to help me and explained to me how these items work, not very many people treat thier customers like she treated me, she's kind, respectful, has a sense of humor and an Awesome personality, I believe she can be a big asset to the Homedepot, Thank You Lovey and wishing you many happy years at The homedepot. 💯👌

When it comes to the flood channel contract.they go out of there way trying to get the homeless belongings and destroying them.

Brightview installed a major landscape project during the fall and winter between 2023 and 2024. The crew and supervisor performed extremely well while interfacing with concrete, electrical and mechanical installation units. Many large trees were planted as well as hundreds of plants. All questions and changes were answered courteously and accurately. We could not be more satisfied.

Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe and Disrespectful Behavior

I visited the park this morning at 7 AM to enjoy the peaceful weather with my infant, hoping he could nap quietly in the fresh air. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but peaceful due to the careless behavior of a BrightView Landscaping worker operating a loud grass-cutting machine.
Despite clearly seeing that my baby was asleep, the worker continued operating the noisy equipment right next to us without any regard. Another woman doing yoga was almost hit by the machine as he got uncomfortably close to her. A second mother kindly asked him to move farther as her baby was also sleeping nearby, but he dismissively waved her off and showed no consideration for the families present.
This is completely unacceptable in a public park that many families visit early in the morning for some quiet time. If BrightView needs to maintain the grounds, it should be done before the park opens or during hours when fewer people are around—not during peak family-friendly times.

I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and safety awareness shown today. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent future incidents like this.

GOOD HOME DEPOT, NOT TO CROWD IN THE MORNING

I come here because it is the closest hardware store. The plants are always plentiful and the staff is helpful.
