They almost crashed my family and I ! The guy was beeping at us and he was the one on the white lane.
He was texting on his phone and he's not paying attention to his driving.

I have had the pleasure of working with Silverlands for more than 5 years. They have built exceptional and innovative community barbeque parks and dog parks for my multi-family communities. They were even helped with my personal home. Every person I have encountered has been professional, friendly, and responsive. Just to name a few Paco, Alex, Steven, Eddie, Grace, and Alan are wonderful. Keep up the great work!

The worker guy just blew my neighbor with a leaf blower. She didn't seem to care but I thought it was really rude. Blew stuff all over her feet and legs. Just seemed really careless and wonder what he does when people aren't looking.

great company do deal with... from the exceptional design work, all the way through the execution of the project. Great communication, and just a pure pleasure to work with. They do residential and commercial work both. Give them a call!

If you’re going to use this company on your property I suggest you don’t maybe they would be good in the parks or in the desert to cut down your trees but at residential property not good!!!! Their customer service is atrocious to the residents. The companies head office passes their behavior to be addressed to your property management company who hired them. I don’t understand why that is because my property management company isn’t their boss. They just hired them to work the property!!!

They never picked up the leaves they blew up the leaves under all the tenants fences. Two people at the same time doing it. please give directions to your employees about how to do this kind of job

Awesome service. Went online and scheduled on a Saturday morning and pick up was that day. Blaine was friendly and timely. Great service when you are tired of waiting for city bulk pickup. Thank you

I had never heard of LoadUp but decided to use them when I read all the positive comments online. The process could not have been easier. With one phone call, I explained what needed to be picked up and was given a price, day and time frame for the day of pick up. On the scheduled day of pick up the communication from LoadUp was great . I was texted several times to inform me of the time of arrival. They arrived on time and removed my items. Easy

Good communication along the way and when they got here Billy and Jules were efficient and quick. I was very impressed with their attitude and work ethic. Will keep Loader in mind for the future!!

Mattress and box spring pickup. Todd was great! He kept me updated on time of arrival and had everything moved out in less than 20 mins.

Oliver was amazing unloading alone! He was careful with the items and maneuvered large heaving items strategically to get in place. I highly recommend him to help with your moving needs.

Called about getting a sectional sofa picked up and was given an appointment for the next day. I was given a time window between 8:00am - 12:00pm which wasn't a problem. Everything started out fine with a confirmation in the morning that the loader would contact me 30 minutes before they arrive. At 11:30am I had heard nothing and started to worry that my sofa would not be picked up. I ended up having to contact the driver to see if they were still coming. He replied back that they were running a little behind and would be there shortly. By 1:00pm no one had arrived or contacted me. Long story short, I ended up moving the sofa outside myself because I needed to leave. At 6:49pm I finally received a text that the loader was picking up the sofa. With having to move the sofa myself and wasting most of my Saturday morning waiting, I would never use LoadUp again or recommend them.

They came and took out two beds, a dresser, and a chair. They were polite and very efficient. This helped me with my move and made it less stressful.

the company that load up used to do this job was fantastic, and their price was a little lower than others. I had a very large armoire removed, and they took the time to figure out the best way to get it out of my apartment. They are in 50 states.
