Horrible, horrible experience. Two guys showed up to my New York apartment to remove a fridge without any tools, pads, etc. One guy was extremely aggressive and confrontational and they started ramming the fridge through my kitchen. They smashed up cabinets and walls and refused to listen when I was telling them they were destroying the area. Many people from my building, including my super, came to help and bring tools. All the while, the one mover was actually yelling and started getting aggressive with me and everyone in the building. Never use this company, they clearly do not vet who they hire and it was actually the worst possible experience it could have been.

This was the best experience for removing a couple of old couches I no longer needed. Booking the reservation was easy and seamless - I felt very comfortable with the salesman - he answered all of my questions and ensured there were no hidden fees. The pricing was more than fair and way better than other companies. Finding a day and time that worked for me was also very easy and seamless. Two guys showed up right on time, very friendly and kind, and took my two couches out of my home with ease. I appreciate the help and thanks for making this such a breeze!

Very efficient and timely for my removal. Tge movers kept kept me abreast of their arrival and came when they said they would be there. I'd use this service again for sure.

The guys were great! Showed earlier than originally planned, but they kept me apprised of their progress. Moving the couch out from the basement went well, and always done in 30 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend.

I had a worn out recliner chair removed. I found LoadUp to be a very professional and dependable company. The pick up crew as right on time, friendly and courteous. My original order included mattress disposal but a family member took it instead. Removing it from the order was easy and the refund was issued quickly I highly recommend them.

Emerson, the loader that was assigned to me, arrived within the designated time, with a colleague, and had the mattress platform assembled, and mattress unpacked and placed on the platform within 15 minutes. They were both very pleasant, worked quickly and in an organized manner, and took all the empty boxes and garbage with them. The process was quick and easy and I was so happy that they knew what they were doing.

They arrived in a timely manner and moved the couch without hurting my custom painted walls.

LoadUp did a fabulous job taking down my shed! Communication was clear and easy the whole way through. They showed up right on time, were professional and courteous, and had everything removed so quickly. Did I mention a most competitive price! The other shed removal companies were twice as much! The company was timely, they said they would be here at 9am, ding dong!, they were here at 9am on the dot. The workers came in, got the couch, and just like that, they were gone. We have a new couch being delivered today, this took a load off my mind trying to get rid of our old couch in a timely fashion and the price was fair also, I'm so grateful.This was all on a one day turn around. I was expecting to need to schedule out a date for a later pick-up but he was around my area and said he could come by at the time of my initially contacting him rather than needing to come by at a later date, which was great to not have to worry about.

James arrived on time, gave a greeting, quickly loaded the fridge onto his truck and wished me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year and he was on his way. Very pleased with this experience and the service that James provided.

Super quick and reasonable pricing. I had a massive sectional and ottoman, and a heavy all wood entertainment center. Sin City Junk sent one dude. James is a freak of nature, skinny dude but was in and out in like a half hour tops. The price, $250, easily worth it and he definitely deserved the tip after. 100% would hire again.
