My insurance company used Pinnacle Pools Tech to look at my pool equipment. The tech told me that the motor had a short and there was no way to tell what caused the short. My insurance claim was denied. They (Choice Home Warranty) said they spoke with Pinnacle Pools and he said yes it was water damage there is a huge hole in the roof (which there is not) of the shelter I have my pool equipment in. Also said there has been sever thunderstorms in Las Vegas for 2 weeks... No there hasn't been. So this company told me one thing and the insurance company another. BEWARE!

The technicians were efficient and explained what needed to be done . Completed the work in a timely manner. I would hire them again

Replaced my pump housing for my home warranty. Now my pump makes an awful sound and leaks water. I asked them several times to come back and look at it but they absolutely refuse. I didn't buy their motor for an additional charge so they have no interest in me or my pump. My motor worked perfectly fine before they installed the new housing. The tech that installed the housing even told me to call if it leaked or made any odd sounds. Apparently he didn't get the memo from the owner that I didn't buy the new motor so screw any follow up. Terrible customer service after they get paid! Filed a complaint with the home warranty company as well.

Jim was wonderful to work with! He did everything we wanted (to include a mosaic mermaid) and was very professional. He even helped out with company recommendations for patio furniture and pool side decorations.
Our pool looks awesome and I would highly recommend them!

Been dealing with them 4 months. Over 10 of my days off wasted. Never fixed my hot tub. Last straw was during last attempted repair they caused a new leak after moving larger plumbing and removing foaming clearly showing new exposed foam. Water level was at blue line for weeks before. Work performed at the light blue area. They hit or moved the pipe at the red dot and cracked that pipe. Water leaked out as soon as i tried to fill back to blue line. Even told them that area was now dripping before they left. Said it would go away after the area dries out.They denied the damage saying it was already damaged even though it was holding water just fine till that day ? Stopped returning my call or text even after I asked for their insurance contact info. They lied and told my warrenty company it was already leaking there before they started working and told them they refuse to finish their work order. Although they didnt point it out to me ever. I refuse to give them more then 1 star.

I can't say enough about Pinnacle Pools. We had a water leaking from our pool. Pinnacle came out and preformed the leak detection, identified the leak, repaired, and restored the area. Excellent service from the office staff to the techs. I highly recommend this company.

We owned a home in Las Vegas that we rented out for 5 years before we sold it. Pinnacle Pools was our pool service when we lived in the home and we continued to use them to provide service for our renters. Total 7 years! We lived in another state and went through 3 renters in that time and all 3 renters had great things to say bout the service. It was such a piece of mind to not worry about the pool thousands of miles away as we lived on the other side of the country. Don and his guys were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new pool deck and got several bids. Pinnacle Pools came out and gave us a great price and the quality was top notch. Our pool looks great! I will be recommending to all my neighbors, friends, and family.

Chris and Miguel, technicians, came over to assess what was going on (hardware issue). They were professional, approachable, and worked with me to understand how/why everything was working as it was. Told me to reschedule if any issues arose as there might need to be additional troubleshooting. 5/5 interaction.

Jim, the owner, was very difficult to communicate with as he constantly interrupts and would not let me even finish a sentence. Ended up taking my business elsewhere when the issue couldn’t be readdressed and their scheduling system is not upheld, completely FUBAR. 1/5 interaction.

Best thing about this company is the constant contact and communication they have with you. Upfront service, no hidden agenda. We experienced a major leak that was costing us $$thousands in water bills. We called Pinnacle to conduct a leak detection in the pool. They found two issues that would have been thousands to fix and the detected and corrected them both for $500 total.

The absolute worst! I called and scheduled an appointment weeks out. I PAID for the appointment as well and confirmed with both the pool company as well as my home warranty company.
The day of the appointment JESSICA called me at 7:54AM (my appointment was for 12pm) she left a message ONLY saying she needed a gate code. I called back at 11:20pm with the gate code. JESSICA (who was rude and rushed) informed me that she canceled my appointment!!
She said I never confirmed! I stated I did, as well as already paid for the appointment, she said I never called her back! When I explained that I was in fact calling back for the gate code (there was nothing about confirming the appointment in her VM) she said she needed me to confirm more times. Not sure making the appointment, scheduling a date and time AND PAYING FOR THE APPOINTMENT would not confirm. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ADDITIONAL CALLS TO CONFIRM! I said there was zero reason to cancel I already paid as well as am calling back with the gate code she requested this morning. So after her VM for the gate code she canceled my appointment within just a couple hours??? I would not recommend using this company. When I spoke to my home warranty about what happened they said this was an issue they have faced before with Pinnacle Pools canceling appointments after receiving payment

I work out of Las Vegas but live in Texas, This is by far the best pool company in Las Vegas and I work with quite a few. Fast Service, Great Communication and Great Pricing

Recommend 100 out of 10 for this superstar company.

Pinnacle Pools was a lifesaver. Our pump system failed while we were on a 4-week vacation out of the country. We were referred by a neighbor, to contact Pinnacle. We could see on our Ring camera that our pool was starting to turn green, and we were afraid that our dog was going to get into the pool or worse drink the pool water. We contacted Pinnacle and they immediately responded. They replaced the bad pump, treated our pool water, and got everything back to normal within a few days. Awesome service and great people. I would not hesitate to call them.

This is in regards to a pool plaster project.

I can only do 2 stars do to Cristina.

Let me explain,
For the first week of communication with Cristina she was calling all plaster Quartz. Leading me to believe I was supposed to choose from the Quartzscape collection. After about a week and choosing Midnight Blue Cristina informed me "she had been spoken to" about calling all plaster Quartz and that I would have to choose from the ColorScapes collection to stay within my budget. So I choose Caribbean Blue.

After that nothing was mentioned in our interactions about plaster for about 3 weeks. Then the morning of plaster came and it wasn't Coribbean blue.

I emailed Cristina about this and at first Cristina tried to say that the colors on the NPT website often look different from IRL....
Then in the same paragraph Christian said that I was supposed to choose from the "estes" color palette to stay within budget so "SHE" had someone pick the closest to Caribbean Blue from the estate color palette without my permission and had it installed in my pool.

Fun fact, I was NEVER directed to choose from the "estes' color palette and I can't find the "estes" color palette on the NPT

Before you come after me like you have in regards to other bad reviews, check all of our emails nothing I'm saying is untrue and we both have copies of them.

My review is almost a year out, but I never planned on leaving one.
When this company came out to my house, the technician they sent was rude and unprofessional and I actually tried to get my home warranty to send out someone else, but they wouldn’t.
This company changed out the motor on my pool pump, less than a year ago, and my whole pool pump exploded this weekend.

I went to a different company, because I would never in my life come back to this one, and they told me it’s because they upgraded the motor to 2 horsepower and kept the propeller at one, so instead of charging me a few hundred in that moment for the upgrade, it is now costing me a grand at this moment and that is the reason for my review.

Not the fact that they harassed my family for payment after adding in the motor, even though all of that was supposed to be done through home warranty.

We called Pinnacle when we recently purchased a home they had history with the pool and spa. From day 1 to now working with them has been amazing and upfront with full transparency. Highly recommend a Company and crew who has an Owner that cares and does it right the first time! Don’t waste your time with anyone else …. Go with a Company that sets the bar in the field and scope of work they perform. Thank you for making a difference!

I reached out to Pinnacle pools a few weeks ago because I needed to have my pool replastered, replace the tile, and replace the pool lights. I’d never had this done before so the company that I chose to go with would have to hold my hand through the entire process. Well, Pinnacle Pools did just that. From beginning to end, they guided me through the entire process and made sure that I was fully up and running even with my pool equipment at the end of the project. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. They have this great texting software that they use and you get text Notifications whenever someone is on the way to your home and they remind you of your appointments. Christina is a superstar!! She works in the office and she’s probably the person you’re gonna talk to the most. She was great with her communication in letting me know where in the process everything was. She has a great memory and I truly appreciate that about Christina because I have alot things going on in my daily life and tend to forget things quite a bit. The Owner of the company was great as well. He's super knowledgeable and I can tell that he's been in the industry for decades. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with Pinnacle Pools all over again for the replastering of my pool.

I recently had my pool serviced by Jimmy from Pinnacle Pools, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My pool has never looked better! Thank you, Jimmy, for your excellent service. Highly recommend!

I was quite impressed that they do corresponding through not just phone but through text with an actual person on the other line and not just some bot. Christina was to schedule us for service and kept us in the loop of dates and times. we were notified by text when the technicians were in route, arrived, and completing the work. Meeting the technicians was a pleasant experience Chris and Miguel were both very nice and were able to answer all my questions and provide us with useful information for future reference.
