Amazing customer service! I have a faulty salt cell which is still under warranty and reached out to other pool companies in the valley who all stated they couldn't help. Pinnacle Pool service and Repair not only assisted in the easiest method ever but they are able to get me a brand new unit. Extremely fast and thorough communication and service. Thank you!!

I did not know how great a pool company could be. Let me explain. Jim came out and re-arranged our skimming system, where now, it is sparkling clean. My other previous pool company never suggested this. How come the other company didn't do that? He just re-arranged it. They are also suggesting an auto fill feature. Great! How come the other company did not suggest that? He made other suggestions also. My point is you don't know what you are missing until you get a great company like this one to make that pool a thing of beauty, with clear blue water inviting you in, which is as it should be. Pricing is fair and installation was immediate. BTW, I am trying the salt system to eliminate the chlorine. This is NOT expensive. So I am looking forward to that.

Every time I fly in, the place is spotless. No dust on the blinds, no streaks on the glass, floors shining, desks wiped down perfect. They don’t just hit the obvious spots—they actually pay attention. It’s the kind of clean that makes you exhale and actually feel good walking in after a long trip.
What I really love is Sheina Miller and her team. She’s hands-on, super easy to reach, and clearly knows her stuff. You can tell she grew up around construction with her family—three generations of that grit shows in how they work. Her crew is fast, careful, and they never leave a mess behind or mess with my schedule. They just show up, do it right an bounce. Sheina and her people straight-up rock.
Being a small, local outfit instead of some big franchise makes a difference too. They’re flexible, they communicate, and you can tell they actually care about keeping clients.
If you’re tired of mediocre cleaning do yourself a favor and call Turnkey. No bs! I travel a lot and trust is everything and these guys have earned it completely.

Will never use this company again. Paid almost 800 dollars for them to "get lost" between our two houses (we moved 3 streets away), barely packed the truck forcing multiple trips (that they added charges on for since the time had to be extended. also due to them "getting lost".

Didn't move anything upstairs like they claimed they do, didn't have any packing items like their quote stated they would have (didn't really need any but they didn't even use boxes we had to move our TV's)

Stated that they move large items but forgot to add the extra $150 dollar fee to do so.

Ultimately extremely unhappy and will not recommend them or use them again.
