Needed to have my carpet reinstalled after pulling it up. I called a bunch of places and this was the first to respond. Not only were they prompt with the response but he was here the next buisness day. I had gotten 2 other quotes and his was the cheapest. He did a great job on the reinstallation and also cleaned the carpet. Would highly recommend.

Brian just finished with my family room and he had a workout. I have four cats that run that room. You name it they have done it to that room and furniture. Everything in that room looks brand new and smell so nice! He was very aware of my cats and made sure they did not ESCAPE! I have an entire house to do now and he is my MAN.

I needed to have my tile floors cleaned prior to my belongings being delivered from out of state. In spite of a couple of timing set backs that were my fault, Brian came through for me and did a wonderful job in the nick of time. Thank you Brian! I highly recommend this business!!

24-7 just came out and repaired carpeting after a flood from a water leak. They did an excellent job! New padding, and the old carpet stretched reattached, and fully cleaned. Everything looks great. The bedroom is back in full operation. Thanks to 24-7 Carpets.

My tile floor looks new! Brian did a deep clean on the grout. He is responsible, on time, hard working and committed to satisfying his customer. I will call Brian back to freshen up my floors in a few months. And when friends or neighbors ask---I will not hesitate to recommend this company. It's nice to find this type of quality service and usually a surprise to be completely satisfied!

No need to look anywhere else! 24/7 is THE carpet and floor care company in Vegas. I've already used them twice. First time was with son second time was dad! They are a wonderful family with old fashioned values. They do an outstanding job and their prices are extremely reasonable! Thanks again for taking great care of my family!

Highly recommended. I use them on all my rentals. I’ve had several houses I thought I’d have to replace the carpet but they were able to get them clean. They can also do carpet stretching which is a big plus.

Just had my carpet cleaned by Brian. He did an excellent job. His company has cleaned my carpets before. Their prices are good and Brian is a great guy to do business with. I will definitely be calling him again.

Also best advice for myself and others, Vacuum your carpets before they come, then they can get in deeper. My husband was also up there moving furniture to help get area as even as possible…Spread the word! We need to keep Ma/Pa business open, that’s how we take care of Vegas! Amen!

Brian and his team have been cleaning my floors for years. Every time they do a great job. This time i waited a little longer than usual to get them done since we're moving and selling the house. This last time though I wasn't sure they were able to get it clean like they usually do since it's been a long time. But they worked really hard and took good care of me and my carpets. They were even able to clean and polish my travertine also. Thanks again Brain. I'll keep on referring you to all my friends and family.

Meybol and her team were absolutely amazing. They came and provided a deep clean for our RV and home and did such a great job. Everything looked brand new by the time they finished. I have not been able to find anyone to do a job like they have in the past two years that we have lived in Henderson.

Meybol and her team are awesome to work with. They are exceptionally thorough. I had worked with several local servicers but after a few months their levels would decline. Not Excelencia! After 6 months they are still as good as the 1st time. Meybol, the owner, was considerate of my PTSD with others and won me over with her kindness and clear communication. She is patient with my quirks (such as always hand washing the dishes). She always thinks about how to go over and beyond. During my moveout she made sure to send pictures of everything. I can't say enough about the team's service. They are worth every penny!!

We bought a large new home (3,000+ sq ft) and it was dirty everywhere: counters, cupboards, shower, etc. Meybol is friendly and made the process easy. The scent of the cleaning products used are both delightful and gentle on the lungs (as someone with asthma this is VERY important). Before the team had even made it to the first floor, the house was already smelling so much better. The previous owners had embedded the walls with artificial scents that were awful and causing me breathing issues, but the Exelencia team's work has eliminated much of that issue. The team of three that worked on our home were efficient and professional. They completed a detailed cleaning of our home in 6 hours, making it a completely worth the cost!
