They are 100% Professional! I have used other cleaning services in the past but not one holds a candle to Excelencia! They cleaned our 3500sq ft house from top to bottom. Previous cleaners we hired simply missed pictures/shelves etc. It was even cleaner than when we purchased the home a few years ago! They are Simply the best in Las Vegas! I highly recommend them! Our guest room is perfect! Try them once and you will be hooked!

I needed an emergency cleaning, since I had a party and the house was a mess. My sister-in-law recommended CECY from Cecy's Cleaning. She responded promptly and gave me an appointment for the next day. And besides cleaning my house, it was sparkling clean and very organized. It took a weight off my shoulders. On December 31, 2025, I know many companies were either busy or didn't work that day. I called several companies, but they didn't answer, or others said they couldn't. However, I know she responded quickly and adjusted her schedule to help me, since my cleaning was urgent and last minute. I appreciated this and therefore gave her a good tip because I know she went the extra mile. Besides that, I was also very satisfied because she did a deep clean after moving in, meeting all the requirements my landlord had requested, which allowed me to get my deposit back. I was so happy with her services that I've already scheduled her for monthly cleaning at my new house. I recommend her 10 out of 10. Thank you Cecy

I had a few specific requests, and they addressed them all with a smile. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable cleaning service. I’m one very satisfied customer!

I rent out a small guest house through Airbnb and usually clean it myself, however I had new guests coming in the same day the previous ones would be leaving and would not have time as I would be at work. I heard about this place through a coworker so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Pamela on the phone and she was very helpful and patient with me. I had never booked a cleaning service before but Pamela took her time to go over all the services and options they offered. I wasn’t sure they would be able to book me on such short notice but they did. I didn’t receive any complaints from the guests so I assumed they did a decent job. But upon leaving one of the guests actually complimented on how good the room smelt when they first entered and asked what type of soap/air freshener I use lol. They were affordable enough that I’m actually considering booking them full time for all my cleanings.
