Was moving out of the house and it had not been cleaned throughly for many years. Need to make the place look more presentable and tried Happy Home Helpers. They had a deep clean option for house move out situations and they did a really good job in the short amount of time. The whole house looks great and it feels clean and inviting to be in. Very professional and are very happy to talk about every detail that needed to be done and what could be done. May consider using them in the next house I am in. Definitely would use them again. Thank you guys.

Hi! I just wanted to reach out and say how incredibly impressed we were with Sol and her helper during our move-in clean yesterday. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and worked quickly without sacrificing any detail. Sol went above and beyond — she noticed things we didn’t even think to ask for and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. The place truly felt refreshed and ready for us. The team that came in to do my move out clean and carpet cleaning did an amazing job!! I can’t thank them enough. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs a move out clean, deep clean, or carpet cleaning. And the price for both move out clean and carpet cleaning was very reasonable. They also offered Junk removal. Thanks to them we will be getting our deposit back on our rental house!

Booking a cleaning service with Happy Home helpers has been the most disappointing money I’ve spent this year. I booked them because of the good reviews. Never again! They came to clean my home a couple of days ago and I can’t honestly give a pro to the experience. Maybe the booking experience.
I was really just that day, so checking after their every move wasn’t plausible. The little I checked, I found issues. When I pointed out dust on the cabinets they’re supposedly cleaned, I was told they don’t “move” anything for standard cleaning. I was confused by that. That wasn’t stated when I was booking. I was told the difference between deep and standard was what was being cleaned (hand scrubbing of fans, baseboards, blinds…). Never was I told they don’t lift even small things to clean. All that said, still didn’t explain dust on cabinet and bar surfaces.

TLDR:
* Standard cleaning for this company means they won’t move ANYTHING to clean underneath
* I found dust on many surfaces after they left.
* The bathroom smelled like someone pooped in there. It was so bad that my husband was reluctant to get in the shower. Had to rewash the entire bathroom. Our suspicion is they used the same sponge for the toilet first.
* Their cleaning job was so bad no one noticed the house was cleaned when the rest of the family came home.
* The guest bathtub looked rinsed, not thoroughly cleaned.

I wasn’t going to give a review till I smelled the bathroom. Really negative experience.

Valerie did a good job cleaning our home. She was very nice and friendly too. i recommend this cleaning company. carpets were shampood well also. i had no issues from beginning to end.

When Guadalupe and Leticia finished our move out clean - I was simply in awe of the above and beyond job that was done! I used to run a vacation rental cleaning business and I would have done anything to have employees that could do the job they did! The place would have easily passed a white glove inspection and the smell the minute you opened the door just added to the delight! We got every penny of our deposit back and their price was beyond reasonable! I would use their service again and again and again - I can't thank them enough for caring so much about their jobs, you can tell they really take pride ;-)

Had the best experience with Sol. I would highly recommend her for deep cleaning service with happy home helpers. She did what I couldn't get done in weeks in a very short time. She is truly one of a kind and gave me my home back

Reina arrived on time and greeted me with a smile.
She asked my input on what I needed to be accomplished by her.
She thoroughly cleaned my two window sills and blinds.
Reina cleaned my kitchen floors, and wiped down my microwave/ inside and out.
She cleaned my bathroom tub, toilet, and floors.
She even removed a bit of clogged hair from my bathroom sink.
The chrome on my refrigerator is now shiny as new.

I appreciate her work, and will ask for Reina again for my future house cleaning needs.

Excellent! I requested a deep clean for my mom's house. Marta and Guadalupe were amazing. They were professional. Nice. On time and went above and beyond to clean my mom's house. My mother has had health issues the last several months which had put her in and out of the hospital twice in the last 4 months. Mom was not able to keep up with housework. They dusted every surface and organized all of the surfaces. Put things away. They were very detail-oriented with every corner of my mom's house. They made that house sparkle ✨️. I booked their deep cleaning service for my home, and they exceeded every expectation. The team arrived right on time, came fully prepared with professional supplies, and worked efficiently but with great attention to detail. Every corner of my house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, looked spotless and refreshed when they were done.

What really stood out was how friendly and respectful the cleaners were, treating my home like their own. The difference after they finished was night and day, the whole place literally sparkled and smelled amazing. Will defiantly call them back again!

I am always a little apprehensive hiring home services. But this was a wonderful experience! The Leti and Guadalupe were warm, friendly, and very easy to work with. They were also impressively detail-oriented—everything smelled great, looked, and felt spotless. You can tell they truly care about doing a great job. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Such an amazing experience! Not only did they work with me and o fit in my budget, the ladies that arrived, Gabriela Gomez & Jimena Avila, where absolutely amazing as well. They were thorough and fast! They finished a 3300 sqft in just over 3 hours and it looked better then when I moved in. Thank you!

I want to preface this review by saying that I never leave reviews unless they are good because my mother says if you haven't got something good to say... and here comes the big BUT!
I called Happy Home Helpers on November 7, 2025 to clean my son's apartment. He's young and a singer parent of a 4 year old, so cleaning falls down his priority list. After talking to the representative, I decided on the deep cleaning for $288. They said they could not come out that day and we decided on Tuesday 11/11 at1:30 PM because my son would be out of town on business. I called at the time they were supposed to come only to be told that the person who was supposed to clean was out sick. They said they wanted to send someone the next day. I explained that it needed to be done before my son came back on Thursday. They said okay, and set the appointment for Thursday morning. Again, they were a no show, and when I called, they said that the person had a family emergency and could not come until the afternoon. I said that would not work because my son would be returning that day and I would not be able to review the work or lock the door. They said they would try to find someone. Two ladies showed up at noon. One did not speak English. They were there about 3 hours. The were nice but not very good. I sent these pictures to the company after they left. The company representative said that a supervisor would be at the house at 8 in the morning. Again a no show after I took my grandson to daycare early in order to meet them. When I called in, Mel said to let her check the schedule. She called back an hour later and said another cleaner would come out. Andrea came out and ahe was very nice. She only addressed what I pointed out, however. Here are more pictures after the second "deep cleaning." First I want to post what the website says is included in the deep cleaning. Then, I want to show you the refrigerator, the baseboards, and one window sill. And then what my feet still looked like after walking through the house barefoot. I feel that the deep clean would have been fairly priced if Happy Home Cleaners had provided the services that they promised and if they had shown up or even followed up when they said they would. I am sending this to our bank as proof for disputing the charges if we are not refunded.

Jon, the owner of Happy Home Helpers called me this morning, just a few hours after this post. I was extremely impressed by his quick response and his understanding. He gave me the option of a refund or to have someone come back and start over.
Our family is leaving for the holiday this week, so it was not feasible to have someone return. Jon was more than helpful. He refunded the entire amount paid and offered to hand pick someone to come out when we return. I have changed my rating based on the way Jon and Happy Home Helpers handled our experience. Their first priority was to make it right! You don't get that type of service often.

We hired Happy Home Helpers to clean our home we were selling as well as our new home we were buying.

The experience was great start to finish- scheduling was easy and I appreciated the texts/calls with updates about the cleaners arrival, how much longer they had remaining on the service, and when they were finished.

I also appreciated the opportunity to walk thru the properties with the cleaners when they were finished to ensure everything was completed as it was scheduled.

At the house we were selling the cleaners broke the master bath shower head but once we notified them, they had someone out within the hour to replace the shower head!

Overall, great experience and both homes looked great. I would recommend Happy Home Helpers!
