Hands down the best experience! I was recommended to several other companies, but Office Pride was the only one that truly made the entire process easy and convenient. I was referred by good friends who have used Zerorez and I had a wonderful experience! From my initial phone call speaking with “Chris” who was kind, efficient, answered my questions and scheduled my appointment to “Angel” who was my technician and absolutely amazing! He was also kind, answered questions about the cleaning upholstery process, extremely thorough and helpful. I’m very satisfied with their services! I had my stairs, hallway and rooms cleaned. I’m amazed at how well Brian, the tech, cleaned everything! He was professional and took his time making sure he cleaned every spot/crevice. We don’t wear shoes inside my home but I can tell the big difference in the color and texture of the carpet once it was serviced, unlike other times. Brian went above and beyond, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him, and will definitely be asking for him next time. He also recommended having the air ducts cleaned. I will be calling back for quotes.

Called to make appointment,young lady answered right away , took the time to give me an estimate..and set up appointment. Young man named Major called me 15 minutes before scheduled 10am appointment to let me know he was on his way to clean my carpets. Showed up , walked through my home and let me know what needed to be done and aprox how long it would take to dry ... did an amazing job 👏

Fast service, and the driver couldn’t be any more thorough. Zack was efficient, well mannered, respectful, friendly and kind spoken; they don’t come any nicer! My area rug is 2 shades lighter after having dirt from a store showroom floor removed! Although I wasn’t expecting the price to be so high for a simple area rug.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My windows was 2pm-5pm due to a bunch of errands I had to run. I got a bunch of missed calls while I was at the gym, and when I was done working out, they called again and I answered. They wanted to do my cleaning in 5 minutes. I told them I can't do an earlier time, and scheduled my day around the confirmations that were sent to me. The woman said no problem, and see you at 2pm. One hour later I get another call from their technician Tracy. He said he was going to arrive in 5-10 minutes. I once again say I'm not at home, and won't be able to get home in time, plus I need to vacuum in preparation for the service. He gets an attitude and says I can reschedule when I explain that no, I was basing my day on the arrival window his company gave me. I give a call to their office and he said his tech already called him. I asked where the disconnect was, because I was looking at multiple emails, reminders, etc that said 2-5. Alex said I can reschedule, but I again tell them I want my service at the time it was supposed to be. He puts me on hold for a while, and asks if im within 100 feet of a parking space, and I tell him that im unsure, but the woman who booked me said they would send a tech out with their portable just in case, but would only charge me if it gets used. Now on the day of, Alex is telling me they can give me my 2-5, but it had to be with the portable, and if they tried without the portable and it was too far, they would reschedule and not do my service at all. Im frustrated to tears at this point and cancel my service. No wonder they were trying so hard and apparently had so many cancelations today. If they treat all their clients like this, I'm surprised they're still in business. Tracy, Alex, and the woman who booked me all contributed to my horrible experience. Customers beware of those three.

Amazing and informative experience! We hired Zerorez for a home we were moving out of recently, and loved the experience and high quality work so much, we're hiring them again for our new home carpets and couch. 100% would recommend! If you have a chance, ask for Daniel!

Terrible!! The person that came and cleaned our carpets, I think his name is Major, didn't even tried!! He spend no more than 35 minutes doing it and that's included the set up of his stuff, and mind you, we did 6 rooms! He tried to make us pay more because the carpet is a bit old, but we said that a regular cleaning would be enough... well, not with the way he did it. It's all spotty were he kinda cleaned but not other parts. It didn't even smelled like clean carpet while he was doing it or after. The pictures are just from our formal living room, but all the rooms look the same!!! Spotty! Never again!!
Don't get their service, it's not worth it.

Owen called me, and showed up promptly after. He explained the process and got to work quickly. I have 3 rooms that needed cleaning. My vacuum had broken the night before made it a bit more on what he needed to do. Plus I have long hair and a husky. Carpets are nightmares. He cleaned quick and I paid with a card. I told him I’d like a reminder in 6mo for a refresh. Completely worth it. Owen, you are great!

It was easy to get an appointment. Ethan was polite, concerned and careful. I’m so very happy with our service- very reasonably priced and excellent quality work!

They finished before they were supposed to start! They called about an hour early to ask if they could come. They were fast, efficient and the house smells great. We have 5 dogs and it has been about 2 years since we had it done so it was overdue. Thanks!

First time using ZeroRez and I was just Amazed at how well my carpets came out. Mikel was very professional and on time, recommend other services but did not pressure into adding them on although I did. I will definitely will be using them again !
