From start to finish my experience with ZeroRez was great! Easy and quick online booking, arrived as scheduled and the technician was friendly informative and thorough. Highly recommend and will use them again.

But I think when you’re in customers homes u shouldn’t have music up so loud that u can’t hear us
We were under the impression that we were getting our carpets cleaned not just passed over with 200 degree water
Our so called “high traffic areas” we were supposed to pay xtra but not promised it would make much difference…so we declined
With everything else in life these days u don’t get much for $110
As for the commercial on tv that brought us to call zerorez 😂🤣😂 false advertising all the way
We had 2 rooms & a few swipes in another room in lieu of the hallway all of it done from start to finish 25 mins
I even called when he was here & the receptionist very pleasant too but said high traffic is more 💰 my response was had I known that I wouldn’t had called in the first place…should’ve used my handy carpet shampooer would’ve turned out better & smelled nice
So IF u just need ur carpets hit with HOT WATER then zerorez is the way to go IF U WANT IT CLEAN then try someone else

Had our 20 year old tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Looks amazing! Major was very courteous and did an amazing job!

In addition To have our area rugs cleaned we decided to have our tile cleaned too. This was a big mistake !! When cleaning our tile floor, the tech came to close to our laminate floors and caused many water bubbles at the edges of the laminate. Now we have to call a flooring company to repair the damaged floor bubbles caused by the water steam and getting the laminate to wet. We told the tech to keep away from the edges of the laminate because laminate can not get wet with water. After calling in a floor repair company they said this is a constant problem with zerorez since they had numerous complaints from other customers. Also when the tech applied a sealant on the tile there were numerous wet puddles on the floor and we had to wipe all the puddles up with rags. The company should train there techs regarding water problems with laminate flooring and be careful. Now this is costing us extra expenses and unwelcome aggravation. When mentioned this to the tech he was not concerned and really did not think it was a problem and basically blamed the laminate floor not being made well- he took no responsibility causing the water bubbles in the laminate. So all in all we are not happy but the tech was curtious and polite - unfortunately this cleaning now is costing us more money than expected due to lack of understanding how to be careful with laminate flooring and not get it wet or at least immediately wipe up any excess water on top of the laminate. I rate our job unfortunately dissatisfied. The area rugs cleaned were cleaned OK- the mistake was having our tile cleaned causing an problem with our laminate floors. If the tech stayed about 1 foot away from the laminate we would not have had a problem. In fact just to mention the lack of knowledge, the tech wanted to steam our laminate and that would have been a total disaster. Obviously he had no knowledge of a laminate product- we told him that our laminate is about 10 years old and can not tolerate steam and only minimal water. Do not use this company for cleaning your floors- ok maybe for carpets but definitely not floors!!!

Great experience! They responded quickly, they were timely and super friendly! We have stairs that have carpet and needed the done, came by to do a quick inspection and then proceeded to get it done. We got the deep clean and 2 staircases it was around 200 so it was a great price. Took less than an hour and carpets were left clean and fresh I could feel the difference ! Loved this service

Will was our tech. He was professional, informative, kind, and a joy to work with. We had tile and grout cleaning. He put in the additional work needed to get the best outcome. It was so interesting to see the difference between what it looked like before he came and after! Couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future. Many thanks to Will!!

I had Eric as my technician and he was just great explained the process and didn't try to upsell anything. The day before we had a different company come out to clean the carpets and they did a horrible job because I didn't do any additional products because of cost they left me with the same dirty carpets. Had zerorez come the next day what a fantastic job I couldn't be happier. And it was cheaper the the other company. Will definitely be using them again in very near future. If I could give Eric and zerorez a thousand stars I would! That is just how satisfied I am with my service from start to finish.

I previously used this company frequently before COVID and consistently had positive experiences, as they went above and beyond to meet my floor cleaning needs. Unfortunately, my most recent service was unsatisfactory.

While I appreciate the cleaner’s willingness to work with me given that my home is upstairs, the overall customer service fell short. Additionally, there were several food coloring stains on the floor from the night before that remained after the cleaning was completed. I had specifically pointed out my concerns regarding the high-traffic areas prior to the service.

After the cleaners left, I tested the stains myself using basic Dawn dish soap, and they came out immediately. This raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning provided.

Because of this experience, I do not plan to use this company again. Below are before-and-after photos showing the condition of the floor after the service and after my own spot cleaning.

I needed my kitchen/dining/foyer tiles cleaned, over the years the tiles were looking bad. I've used Zerorez competitors in the past with so-so results The technician was the best and on time, respectful, professional (above n beyond). In no time it looked like I had new tiles installed. Professional technicians at the best prices, I'll only use Zerorez.

First time using Zerorez and they did a great job. Travis was great, explained everything first. Was very professional & friendly. I paid $35 extra for the Bio treatment. Which i thought was same as deep cleaning which i needed in areas like doorways. Upset wasnt offered that. Carpets look good but deeo cleaning might have cleaned certain areas better. Im a renter & lived here since 2018, carpets were here before that. So for carpets being older than 10 yrs, im impressed & happy w/ results. I get them clean yearly which helps too. My only issue wirh Zerorez is when they quote your price they dont tell you about the $50 setup fee. That should be told up front not when technician gets there. Should have been waived since i had no idea about it. Gonna ask for $50 credit since i knew nothing about it, or have them come back and redo areas that didnt get as cleaned due to no deep cleaning. Besides that issue- im happy with my results.

This was our first time using Zerorez. We have 2 dogs that we let up on the furniture. So yeah, the furniture gets dirty and yucky. We had 2 couches, 2 love seats and the tile floor done. I was given a rough estimate over the phone for the furniture and was told they'd do an in person estimate for the tile floor when they showed up to clean the couches. I was able to get it scheduled on the exact date and time that I wanted. We had a 3 hour window and Richy showed up at the earliest possible time which was perfect for us. We got the new estimate for the furniture, less expensive than we originally thought, and got an estimate for the tile which was WAY less than we paid for a different company that did it several years ago so we got the floor done at the same time as the couches. It was so nice that we didn't have to schedule an additional time for the floor.. Richy, our tech, was beyond awesome. Our furniture and tile look new. Richy took his time but was still quick and efficient. No corners were cut to finish quicker. I didn't quite plan the timing correctly for a household member that would need to access the fridge for work. Richy was kind enough to get the stuff out the fridge for us because he didn't want us to go on the kitchen floor and fall as he was in the middle of cleaning it. We will remain customers of Zerorez because we are so happy and will request Richy in the future. Oh yeah, I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me on the phone for my original inquiry but he was super friendly and answered all of my questions and explained the cleaning procedure. Also our furniture wasn't soaked so it dried way quicker than when we had a different company do it years ago.

This was our first time using Zerorez and we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them. Our technician, Asael (apologies if that’s misspelled), was so friendly, kind and efficient. We had a basic clean done on three bedrooms and an area rug, and he also went above and beyond in our dog’s room. Thank you SO much and we’ll definitely use your service again.

Decided to go with Zerorez after doing some research, and I’m really glad I did.
Jay, the service technician, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained each step of the cleaning process clearly. I had a massive red wine stain that I thought was permanent — but Jay completely removed it! The results were incredible (see attached before and after photos). I ended up adding a few extra rooms because I was so impressed. My carpets look and feel brand new throughout the house. Excellent service from start to finish, and Jay truly went above and beyond. First time using Zerorez and a very good experience. Called the local office and confirmed current specials being advertised via social media. Worked out an agreed price and scheduled a dispatch 48 hours later. Bradley was my technician and was fantastic. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, went over the rooms to clean and once again confirmed the price for total transparency which was appreciated. Have a larger than average size home with different types of carpeting in separate rooms and Bradley took the time to thoroughly clean all of them to my satisfaction. Bradley also gave me some tips on extending the life of my carpets and closed with doing a brief demonstration on grout cleaning of my tiles in the kitchen, laundry and entrance. Great experience and highly recommend Bradley if you use Zerorez. Transparency, integrity and professionalism are tremendously important and Zerorez captures all three qualities. Give them a try and you'll be very satisfied!

Wil, the lead technician was exactly that, a leader. He and his helper, Josh, cleaned approximately 2000 ft.² of my home which is travertine and porcelain tile. Both floor types came out exceptional. Both men were professional, courteous, on time, and delivered a service well worth paying for. My Floors look beautiful. I am chemically sensitive and had no issues with their neutral base product. I Will definitely continue to use zero words again if they can have staff that are good quality people.

Josh arrived on time. Clean appearance, not affraid to let him in. Spoke clearly and explained what to expect. No sales bullying. He was very meticulous. The rugs came out looking brand new. Smells like citrus, love it. The company truck was clean and well displayed. It was very affordable. I definitely will do this again.

I had a great experience with A Plus Pool Service. Randell came out and did an acid wash and tile cleaning on my pool, and the results were excellent. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. You can tell he cares about his work. Highly recommend!

Pool tech came in and went straight to work. Quickly figured out why my pool vacuum was not working and cleared the clog deep in the drain. Very satisfied with the service and cost
