We have been a Maid Brigade customer for almost five years now, and are very pleased with the service. They are consistent, notify us if they are going to be late, and are always accommodating if we need to make a schedule change. The quality of the cleaning has been very high. Importantly, when there were a couple of small issues the response has been quick and complete. No hassle and no delays, just let us make it right. This kind of customer care is not common and worth a lot!

Aida and her team did a great job. She and 2 others come in and they were done in an hour give or take 10 min. They knew we had an appt. and I am sure the office relayed it to them. Very polite and did a superb job on the porcelain sinks. Previously, the coffee stains were hard to get rid of. They did a great job!

Very professional and nice. Paid attention to what I asked for. Did an excellent job on our home needed a deep cleaning after having work done in our kitchen. There was so much dust that accumulated in our home from the construction. Both of the ladies did an excellent job giving us our home back.

We had a great experience with Cobalt Clean! I have three kids and expecting our fourth in a few weeks. Cleaning our house has been extremely difficult and they came in and did a phenomenal job! I’m very particular about cleaning, and my expectations were definitely met! My cleaners were so sweet, and did a great job. We did the deluxe clean, and my fridge and oven look nearly brand new! Looking forward to them coming back soon!

Christina arrived with a smile on her face and was energetic. She vacuumed and dry mopped floors. She then wet mopped my floors two times because they were that dirty. She dusted baseboards and ceiling fan. She never stopped cleaning for 2 hours. I will request her again when needed! A+

As you can see from the Cobalt Clean's response - they are very aggressive. I did not threaten them with fraud, those words were never spoken. I said I would dispute the charge with my bank since the charge was not processed in a timely manner according to what their website states (which is that payment will be processed after the service is complete - not over 3 weeks after). I would have happily accepted a discount as a resolution but that was never offered to me. I did state I would leave a negative review because I believe that customers need to be warned about a company keeping personal information on file without permission. I am not arguing about the services rendered, I am arguing about the lack of customer service and accountability. Thank you Cobalt Clean for proving my point - your customer service is subpar and your communication style is wildly inappropriate and unprofessional.

I booked a move in clean on 4/12. The housekeeper was very friendly & polite. I only saw one housekeeper even though I was told that two housekeepers were there. The cleaning was average. The ceiling fans were missed and I had to tell the housekeeper to go over additional items that were untouched (such as the lighting fixtures).

My main concern is that Cobalt Clean had a "system issue" with payment and they barely processed payment today, 5/6 (over three weeks later) - meaning they keep your credit card information on file without your permission. I spoke with the manager and told him I was very uncomfortable with this and he apologized but offered no solution other than a gift card. He told me that they keep payment information on file for future services, however, I was never made aware of this and I did not agree to any future services. I communicated to the manager that a refund would be make things right but he refused (bad customer service in my opinion). His tone was aggressive and defensive as well. If you're okay with an average cleaning and a company keeping your personal information on file, then I'd go with Cobalt Clean, otherwise, I'd go somewhere else - I already found a better company who is less expensive and did a better job.

Had Kiysa and Mattie clean my rental home for moving out and they did a great job. Oven, fridge, bathrooms all looked better than when I first moved in. I wasn't able to verify the work after, and there was a few spots that were missed, but Cobalt Clean was quick to address it and had Kiysa come back out the next day at no extra charge, who did a phenomenal job. Very attentive and asked me for any additional cleaning required before heading out. Definitely recommend them.

2.5 Stars – Some Effort, But Disappointing Attention to Detail

I hired Cobalt Clean for a deep cleaning of my 1,600 sq. ft., 3-bed, 2.5-bath home on March 7. Two bedrooms were closed and needed nothing to be done in them. Based on their strong reviews, I had high expectations and was happy to pay the $315 quoted for the service. Unfortunately, while the house felt clean at first glance, a closer inspection later in the day revealed quite a few areas that were overlooked.

The first cleaner arrived at 9 AM, and I gave a brief walkthrough, reiterating the priorities I had already discussed when booking. The second cleaner arrived later, though I was not sure exactly when. The first cleaner left just after noon, and the second left around 12:45 PM. I was told a walkthrough would be done with me, but with the way their departures were staggered, this wasn’t feasible.

While I appreciate their effort, there were clear misses that I wouldn’t have expected in a deep clean—baseboards appeared untouched, there were visible spots left on toilets, debris remained in the showers, and behind bathroom doors was not cleaned at all. These are details I would have assumed would be standard, especially given the time two cleaners spent in the home.

I also went out of my way to make things easier by clearing all surfaces, providing my own cleaning supplies, and even offering drinks as a courtesy. While the cleaners were polite and professional, the lack of thoroughness was disappointing.

I was really hoping for a better experience, but given the cost and the oversights, I can’t say I’d book again.

Kiysa did a move in clean for us back in December. She was so great and so friendly. She payed attention to little details and cleaned from top to bottom. It saved us so much time before moving into our new home. I would definitely use Cobalt Clean again and request for Kiysa!

Kysa was very attentive and thorough. She worked efficiently and took care of all the areas that I requested to get special attention. Would love to have her back for my next cleaning.

This is a great company to use! The process from start to finish was incredibly easy and efficient. The staff was professional and kind. The cleaners did a great job! I did a move out clean and just as expected… you couldn’t tell I lived there after the clean!

Janet arrived on time with all of her cleaning supplies. We talked and walked through the house. She worked steadily and did a great job. She took care of all my concerns, like cleaning the glass enclosed shower to sparkling, and did more, like completely cleaning a part of the bathroom faucet that had a lot of build up. Very satisfied with the service.

I can’t say enough good things about Cobalt—my floors have never looked so clean! It was such a pleasure to come home to. It’s clear the technician took their time and cleaned thoroughly. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning!

Excellent service! Great communication, beautiful work, and really kind folks. I’ve been sick and unable to clean up after the family, and our cleaner Selena was so gracious and understanding about cleaning in my high priority areas (kitchen and bathrooms). It is a huge relief to have a clean home again. Cannot recommend this company more highly.

This is my first time using this company for my home cleaning and I returned to broken living room blinds and broken blinds and curtain rod in my master bedroom. Overall, my house is clean but coming into someone’s home and not damaging their property should be the number one goal.

This my second time using The Cobalt crew did absolutely amazing job. Jade was so wonderful and sweet. She took her time and did such a great job. When I walked in it was so sparkly clean. I would highly recommend them. I’m now using them on a regular basis.

Michelle was wonderful when she came to our home. From 1st phone call from Cobalt to Michelle and all communication was very professional. We will be having Michelle regularly monthly to help me keep house clean while I care for my mother.

The cleaners we had in today were lovely and did an awesome job! The house looks amazing and I'm extremely happy with all they did. I'm preparing to have surgery and it is nice to know my home is spotless!
