I initially had this company come out to give me a quote for our home, which is a big home. The owner arrived, and she was very professional and pleasant to work with. She walked through the entire house. She asked me questions about what exactly I wanted cleaned so that they could do the job to our liking. I told her that I have an exterior window cleaning company coming, and she said their company also offers that and she was able to give me a discount for doing both together. Her company arrived a few days later and did a phenomenal job cleaning. Literally everything was spotless. They even fold the toilet paper with a nice little finish. After the first cleaning I asked them to come biweekly to start cleaning our home. This is a great company with founders who are actively involved and care about their customers, which I feel like is rare these days.

I just used Avanti for the first time and I’m genuinely shocked at how well they cleaned! They went above and beyond my previous cleaners. For example, other companies have made my bed with the pillows and blankets already on the bed (honestly, that works for me). Avanti’s ladies pulled all my decorative pillows I keep smushed in the corner of my room and arranged them on my bed like it’s a 5 star hotel bed! Their attention to detail, too, with taking out the trash in each bathroom (my last company never did that). My house also smells like peppermint instead of cleaning products. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use them again!

Marcos did a fantastic job on my carpet. There were multiple pet stains from the previous owners that had resurfaced a few weeks after I moved in, but the carpet looks brand new again. Awesome service, quick response, very polite technician.

We generally have good housekeeping service, as well as customer service if problems arise. I will say that the price has gone up and I might have to consider alternative cleaning arrangements soon. It feels very expensive for only receiving service once monthly. We have had a few small broken items in the past (all resolved), and now today’s service actually left a table runner stained(apparently from their vacuum wand), which wasn’t the case prior to today’s cleaning service. Ugh!

Team 4 is amazing, very polite, and friendly. Left my home amazingly spotless. Smells so mint and fresh. They did not leave anything undone. I'm just really super happy about it. I have been with Avanti Green for almost 16 years now … they are like family to us as that is how they care for their customers. I will never leave them. In fact, there was only one occasion years ago, that I had to use another company since I had unexpected guests arriving the next day on a holiday week which was the only reason and only time Avanti was not able to come. Avanti still exhausted all efforts to try and make it this time and have always been able to accommodate us other times I’ve been in a pinch like this. The company I used this particular time was a recognized name and it was such a horrible experience in comparison to the service and care from Avanti. We love Avanti so much that we never had any desire to try anyone else, so, even though we already knew they are the very best in town, that time gave us such a clear picture of how much better Avanti is all the way around. We also just loveee how our home smells after they leave. The fact they truly use clean green products is what sold me on Avanti to begin with and will forever be one of my most favorite things about them. Avanti always goes above and beyond and we can’t say enough great things about them!

these ladies have teamwork down to a perfection. Every one that showed up to clean the house was kind courteous, as well as listened to my directions and concerns. They even sent extra girls to help out to get the job done faster since it was so late in the evening, there are no women talking loudly Amongst each other about irrelevant topics, nor do they do anything but professionalism, hard work and make you feel comfortable to have them in your home regardless of how messy it is or how embarrassed you may be of the states of your home. They come in they work extremely hard to do their job. They have you do a walk-through to make sure it’s satisfactory and then they take off exactly how a clean business should be run in my house always is less smelling amazing.
