After old glued down bamboo flooring was removed, my entire home was covered in thick fine bamboo dust. Ceilings, walls, bathrooms, windows ,doors etc. were so dusty. I called Avanti Eco Cleaning and had Monica give me an estimate. She scheduled 4 specific cleaning teams to come in methodically from 8am -4 pm. My 2, 260 sq ft home was immaculate in 8 hours. Smelling clean and spotless. The cleaning products were non-toxic infused with a hint of peppermint oil. They vacuumed , wiped and shined every inch and disinfected surfaces. Very happy with my experience with Avanti Eco Cleaning Services.

They didn't clean our home. They stole items. They went over the allotted time and charged us more than quoted but did not clean the house at all. They stole items from our home. The owner told us he would refund us but than changed his mind.

Every single person who works for this company Dave, Yyeria, Leslie, Daisy have a terrible attitude problem. No customer service skills. I have no idea how they've been in operation so long.

Very Rude and unprofessional owner! I left a msg explaining the poor job that was done on my carpet and he spoke to me in a very condescending manner, as if I was not being truthful. I told him to send a tech out here to sniff the carpet and smell the odor that was left behind an he was like yeah ok. This is the first time I have heard of that kind smell being on the carpet! My carpet was not cleaned fully! The previous owners of our new home had dogs and were train smokers. Our carpet still smells like dog urine in some spots, even though we were charged $75 for a special solution to remove the pet urine and bacteria on our carpet. Our downstairs area smells like cheese on the carpet! I have no idea what the cleaners did wrong there. Total waste of money! I choose this company based on the reviews, but I have sadly paid for my misjudgment. My advice would be to watch the carpet cleaners clean your area in your home, make sure all spots are cleaned and all smells are removed before they leave.

SO MUCH BETTER than I expected. Nic and Dave were very helpful in explaining the process of cleaning my carpet. My carpet was what I thought was a lost cause. But Nic recommended a deep clean on my carpets and turned them back from black to brown again. Really reliable carpet cleaning service. Highly recommend this company!

I just used Absolutely Spotless today with their Team 4 (Norma) and the work they did was great. They came on time and were very good at what they do and did. I recommend them highly and will continue to use the services of Absolutely Spotless from now on!

Thieves! Used this company to clean a vacant house that I was moving into. I had already started moving some stuff in. They were supposed to do a deep clean of the house (1100 square feet) in two and a half hours with two housekeepers. I asked them to clean the bedrooms first, followed by the living room, and then the rest of the house. Two hours later when I returned they had cleaned the kitchen and the master suite. I was frustrated and asked them to move onto the living room so I could have my movers unload all of the boxes in there since they didn't clean all of the bedrooms. I noticed my 50 dollar shower curtain missing and when I asked about it they told me it was in the trash. The housekeeper then rushed through the house and slammed my garage door in my face to prevent me from seeing her get my shower curtain out of her van. I expressed my frustration at the house not being cleaned more in two hours. I asked them to sweep and mop the living room so the boxes and furniture could be unloaded, instead they mopped over the dirt on the floor. They proceeded to clean two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room, and hallway in twenty minutes. The bedrooms didn't get vacuumed and it was obvious they didn't do a thorough job on the bathroom. I called the office and complained to Daisy, she said she would call the girls and ask what the problem was and call me back. I never received the call back. I told the housekeepers I was unhappy with the service and wouldn't be signing for the charge. After they left I noticed so many items missing from my home. These items might seem petty but they were things that I owned that these housekeepers did not have a right to take from me. They stole a decorative trash can, bath mats, a huge assortment of bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, bubble baths, body sprays, a Victoria secrets bag, airwick air fresheners, a wireless router, a cable modem, a cabinet full of sandwich bags, aluminum foil and various different cling wraps, oven mit's, dish towels, and a prescription bottle of muscle relaxers. When I finally got a hold of the owner, Dave, he was a complete jerk to me. He said I was lying about them stealing. He was very condescending as another review stated. As a business owner he should be a little bit more concerned with the integrity of his employees. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. This company should not be allowed to continue operating. I have filed a police report as well as a complaint with the better business bureau.

Sandra & her team of ladies ( team#6 ) took my very dirty home from funky to fabulous!!! I work 10hrs days and have a hard working husband who works on cars and gets very dirty & greasy & a very hairy large dog that sheds like crazy SO you can imagine how badly I needed help. These lovely ladies steped in and got it looking great again...cant wait till this team returns again in 2 weeks.... what a blessing Sandra & her team are! Thank you!
