Animals are very important to me, and I noticed that the fish pond is full of algae. When I visited last year, I thought it was cleaned at some point during the year, but today, I noticed it had decayed even more. The fish were barely visible, and the turtles weren’t swimming around as they usually do.

I truly hope a solution can be found to ensure the animals are in a healthy environment.

I never leave reviews. I work for Yelp, so I can't leave reviews there. However, after my experience today, I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review, because the service was so outstanding - something that is quite rare these days, especially with the younger generation. Jessica helped me today pick out two 25-gallon SNWA approved trees for my rental property. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the trees on the list, walked me through the gardens, helped me pick out trees that were green all year long, suggested the soil and fertilizer I would need per tree, and even loaded the cart with the products for me and walked me to desk for check out. This date is very special for me, because it marks the first "senior discount" I have ever received. Surprised by the discount, as I wasn't quite sure why I received one at first, she was very kind to make a comment that I looked much younger "than a senior citizen", which was sweet. I highly recommend asking for Jessica whenever going to this location. I would also suggest that management consider Jessica for a position in management, as her style, knowledge and customer support skills are outstanding. Thank you, Jessica, for a great experience today!

Left $250 on 12/5/24 as deposit to return wheelbarrow. Returned it on 12/07/24 in perfect condition. Supposed to get back my deposit. Despite of several contacts at store and talking with store Manager ( Thomas). Today’s is 12/16/24 and I have not received my money back yet. Never leave your deposit to them ….. It is headache… take your business to another place if you need to leave deposit 💵

This is such a great nursery, and my favorite one in town. From the employees, to the selection and the prices, it’s a gem. I brought my husband with me to look at some turf and get some ideas, and we were greeted by Zach, who was immensely helpful from the start. He helped us figure out square footage, what they had in stock, and helped us pick out and load a 10’x15’ roll into our suv. He was the best! I appreciate the quality attention and service he gave us. Thank you for a wonderful experience today and every time I have shopped here.

Worst experience ever. I tried to call the store and no one is answering but we purchased 2 tons of these red rocks but as you can see on the pictures they only filled the top part with rock and all the rest 50% were soil. Terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE

Everyone was very helpful I can go here daily to pick up a plant I have to pace myself their house plants look so healthy and taken care of better than most places Can’t wait to go back I need more plants lol

Manager Alex is the best. I purchased a paint spray marker and when I went to use it the spray nozzle was missing.
I went back and Alex happily gave me a nozzle. Great selection of trees and friendly help!

Great service cashier was so nice and I picked up a fiddle fig that was calling for me to save it and I did will definitely go back for more house plants

I bought a crepe myrtle (labeled as a lavendar crepe myrtle). I purchased back when it was still winter, so no leaves. We planted it in our front yard. Leaves came out, looks great except when the flowers bloomed, they are pink and not the purple they were labeled as. Its still beautiful but really wanted the lavendar color out front to contrast with my orange/yellow flowering plants.

I like to shop for plants on Thursdays when new plants come in. I also buy my supplies to make my soil. Great sales on pots.

Not a big variety of seeds, which is what I was shopping for. Their assortments of live plants and florals are pretty and ALIVE. The trees and landscape products are beautiful, ALIVE and priced REASONABLY. The customer service is excellent; They are very knowledgeable on their general products and have Specialists for rare, special and project specific products.

Great place to shop for indoor/ outdoor plants and trees. They have a wide selection of plants, flowers, and trees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the plants and flowers affordable and reasonably priced.

We purchased a beautiful Flowering Plum Tree a few months ago and planted according to information on-line. We also used the deep watering tubes suggested. After a month or so it was not showing the new growth we expected and the lower branch leaves seemed to be drying out. We spread your fertilizer in the hole initially, and around the trunk when we noticed the slow new growth. We also added manual extra watering. It's health didn't get worse, but it didn't seem to improve. I came to your store for advice and met with a very pleasant gal name Emerald. She proceeded to listen intently to my description of our concerns. She asked several related questions to clarify our issue. She offered several causes and solutions which included adjusting watering schedule and amount. Emerald also suggested we add two additional drippers farther out from the trunk to attract the roots to spread out enhanced by your product designed to help root growth. This visit with Emerald was by far the most informative and helpful assistance I have experienced in a long time. She is not only very well versed in plants and the processes to make and keep them healthy, but presenting them in an understandable way. Growth of our tree is improving slowly but successfully thanks to Emerald's help. Once Again our choice of Star Nursery and your technicians was the best.
