We contacted Woody's Tree Service after we hired another landscaping company to remove a tall eucalyptus tree that stopped halfway through the job to tell us that it was too dangerous. Raul came out and ensured the tree could be removed for a reasonable price within our budget. Satisfied with the work, professionalism and quality.

We have used Woody’s on multiple occasions. Each time there team has been professional and budget Friendly. I have had quotes from much smaller companies at 3 times the price. It is because of this that we continually use and recommend them.

Two of the same trees were replaced in my sister's small court yard. They never looked healthy, but Woody's said they were fine. The anchoring pole that held one tree fell over. They refused to come back and put it in the ground without an exorbitant charge.

You call them ad nauseam without a reply. They over charge for work not done, done poorly, and they don't keep their word.

My sister is elderly, but she used them before her stroke. I asked them to call me and don't speak to her. They talk to her, upset her and leaves her in tears. Their work is disgraceful and so are they.

Woods Tree Service. By far the prices are better than most other places. These guys are very experienced in removing trees. I had three medium sized pine trees and in no time all three trees were down. They cleaned up and you would never know that trees were there. I am amazed at how efficient and professional this company is. I needed a lot done. The removal of dead fronds (5 years of growth) from two very tall palm trees. The removal and stump grinding for two cacti. Trimming of multiple branches from a pine tree. The removal of tree branches that were interfering with the integrity of my tile roof. Raul and his crew were here on time. They were very fast and finished within approximately two and a half hours. They cleaned up my entire yard. I highly recommend Woody's Tree Service. I'm definitely calling them back come spring for more trimming. And, thank you to Sara for coming out quickly to give me an estimate and setting it all up. 😀

I called Woodys Tree Service about two palm trees that needed trimming. Sarah asked if I could text her pics of the trees and provide my address so she could forward it to the estimator that afternoon. I texted everything to her as soon as we got off of the phone. The next day I checked in to see if they had an estimate but heard nothing back. I waited a couple of more days then called and left a message asking them to please let me know if they were able to do the job. No one ever bothered to respond at all. You shouldn’t leave people hanging. It’s not only rude, it’s Poor customer service. If they didn’t want the job for whatever reason, they should have let me know. It takes 2 minutes to text or call someone. There’s no excuse.

Woody's Tree Service was out to trim 3 African Sumacs for us today. What an outstanding job they did. They were on time and had everything done and cleaned up in about 2.5 hours. The crew from Woody's was courteous and treated my home like it was their own. I have learned a lesson, when you want your trees trimmed call a tree company not a landscaper.
