I recently hired Woody's Tree Service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, and they took great care in trimming and removing the trees around my property. They were knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and respectful of my landscape. The price was fair for the quality of work provided, and they left my yard looking better than before. I highly recommend Woody's Tree Service to anyone in need of tree care. They truly go above and beyond!

I cant say enough about the amazing service provided. I have had Woodys maintain me trees 3x now, never disappointed. They show up on time and leave the yard looking better than ever. The crew is absolutely 💯 amazing.

We are a military family. We have bought our first home a couple years ago, and both my husband and I are active duty, so we just don't have the time or energy to revamp our entire yard. We didn't even have an opportunity to work with this company. Seemed professional until they basically blew us off because we had more than just them coming for ideas. Sal told me "Call me when you're done shopping, because look, Im a designer and a salesman so I won't be the cheapest and our minimums are $2500". Well thats great that you think so highly of yourself, but acting like you can't "waste" your time on someone, doesn't really suit a business model well. We are shopping because we have no idea what to expect or what to do and need someone we trust coming to OUR HOME and working here and making our yard beautiful and easy to maintain. They called the day before and although we had an appointment for 0900 on Friday, they said it would be between 10-11. I don't have all morning to dedicate to waiting on you to show up just to see if we might use you. We were going to give them a chance because we do not know anything about landscaping, but about an hour before they were supposed to be here they texted me to cancel due to an "emergency". Not even a phone call. This review will also be posted about everywhere I can find so hopefully no other military families don't "waste" their time even bothering to call this company.

Juan and all of his workers are absolutely AMAZING. They were recommended to us by Premier Pools. Not only did they listen to our needs and wishes, but they also gave us some other great ideas. A Family Construction and Landscape, Apex Builders, Inc. located at 5301 Sawyer Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89108 is not a good landscaper if you need your backyard done. They have a very good designer/landscaper to lure you in and then after they got the backyard all done, they would go away on you even if you requested for redoing within the warranty period under contract. We had a bad experience with this company. After they did our backyard, sprinkler system leaked and plants were dead. After calling the company a few times, they finally returned a call but not for coming out fixing things but for notifying us to wait for a couple of months to let the plants recover. Dead plants are dead. They will never recover. They put off the work and wait for the end of the warranty period so that they would only come out once to try to fix things then they could just walk away. They ignored our request and put off the work they needed to do. It was a big mistake to hire this company.

My comments is a rebuttal of the previous review of this company. I had my backyard landscaping, patio and block wall extension done by A Family Construction & Landscaping Co. the owner Juan Bercerra was very professional and upfront. I had so many bids that I looked at over the course of the year but I took Juan's bid which gave me the best value of course had to look at some pictures of his previous work. Gave my input of what I wanted done and sure enough two weeks later got my backyard project done to what I wanted and utmost satisfaction. And yes I'm also an Air Force veteran and retiree....I take serious consideration, research in deciding to spend my hard earned money especially on big ticket items/project.

Juan and his crew (a.k.a, Apex Builders) installed an inner courtyard for our home, 7-8 years ago. They also fixed irrigation issues, and did some landscaping. Juan is a first class person, and his crew is very talented.

They put in pavers, irrigation, and rock wall features, plants and trees in to our courtyard and backyard. Most importantly I had them plumb some large water drain systems which went from the inner courtyard to our street.

The drainage system turns out to be a house-saver. During the flooding we have received this year (2022) in Henderson, having the ability to evacuate massive amounts (thousands of gallons) of water to the street in a very short time has saved our house from flooding! During heavy rains, the courtyard receives water from all 4 sides (roofing) surrounding it, so it takes on massive water, quickly. Their drainage works perfect. They put i large 10 inch pipes and 2 drains to achieve this.

Now many years later all plants and trees they installed are still alive and doing very well. The pavers and rock walls they installed are solid and top notch! I will add a couple pictures.

Yes, use this company!!!! They are GREAT!! I am extremely impressed. I was from out of town in Vegas to move my sister. We saw a car with the number to a cleaning crew. It was perfect timing as I had NO IDEA who to call to help with a move out clean at the last moment. FIRST, let me say Kurtis Answered the 1st time, I didn’t get voicemail and didn’t have to wait for a reply,, this to me was a HUGH deal, I was on a timed schedule and needed help ASAP. Kurtis was very professional, polite and understanding he had a full calendar and still made time to fit my last minute nightmare clean in. This clean was hard, the apartment was VERY DIRTY had no electricity (not planned) and extremely hot inside, (108 outside) twice as warm inside BUT dispute all the hurdles Kurtis GOT THE JOB DONE, ALWAYS
maintaining a very kind and caring attitude, his price was way more than fair, he and his crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me (a stranger) get the place back in shape. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. It is EXACTLY what EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD BE. I wish his team was in Phoenix. K&A Landscapers did an excellent job transforming our yard. Their team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and paid attention to the details that most landscapers overlook. The design came out clean and modern, and the workmanship was top-notch — especially on the hardscape and lighting. Pricing was fair for the quality, and they left the site spotless when finished. Highly recommend them for anyone in Las Vegas who wants a reliable, professional landscape crew that actually delivers what they promise.

They never did anything but blow the leaves out of the yard. Didn't pull weeds or trim the trees or bushes. Don't waste your money here folks.

There is not a better full service landscape and lawn service!!!!! I speak from years of experience with such services for the yards we have had in Calif. and Las Vegas. Jimmi and her crew are very knowledgeable and she stays educated in her business. Her prices are very good. Our yards are BEAUTIFUL because of Jimmi's crew. I am so appreciative.

Will not be using this company again, overcharged for very little work, 15 min tops at our property, blow leaves but leave them in piles and never seem to cut our trees or bushes. Crew is unprofessional, doesn’t respond when talked to, neighbor tried to tell them they were blowing leaves into his pool and the landscaper started yelling at him. Would not recommend!

Office lady was very friendly. Workers did a good job, but they didn't do what I was quoted for. They pulled my weeds when I was quoted for a spray. When I asked that they come back and spray they at first said no because their workers had already "wasted so much time/$ doing work that they weren't supposed to". How is that MY FAULT?! It was also about 5min of pulling. I just wanted spray so they wouldn't come back. Got them to agree to come back and spray and then they wanted me to sign waivers saying if my kid or dogs died from the chemicals that they weren't liable. When I asked for the $40 back they refused. Miscommunication between them was not my fault and I will never do business with them again. If you quote someone something, you do it! Their word means nothing. Too bad because the work was actually good, just not what I asked for. Bad way to do business.
Update: I waited because I wasn't gonna rate you while being so heated about the situation. Then I forgot. It would have been worse in March. The weeds were a small bunch...no more than 2' squared. You DID quote me $40 I have the email. You have made it clear with your response how unprofessional you are. Good luck to your customers...I don't need it.
