TRUCK NUMBER TD-24. 2/17/2022. 2:25pm Reckless driver who speeds at least 35-45mph through school zones. Cutting across 2 lanes of traffic into turn lanes carrying uncovered loads. Dirt and rocks flying out of it.

Great company! Transformed our rear yard into a resort style space. Awesome pool/spa and dramatic outdoor living space with fireplace.

Pool construction and design. Team was awesome! Kayla lead the team and was instrumental to its quality. Everyone was top notch and the project came out perfect.

We recently moved to Summerlin to a new gated community. Alpha was recommended to us to build our spa and our landscaping in our courtyard and surrounding area.
I admit we had a rocky start as I thought the project would be further along upon our arrival in Vegas but they made sure our driveway was back in working order with all the pavers back down. It had been torn up to install gas lines for the spa.

Once the project of building the spa was fully underway the professionalism was top notch. We were able to make changes to the original plan at no extra cost.
They showed up when they said they would and were responsive to texts and any concerns.
They went over and above to make sure we were more than satisfied.
A special thank you to Eric who was in charge of the spa project, Frank who is customer service and so much more, Harry who also helped us with Landscapping.

Asked for plants that would not drop due to the pool and planted MANY that did! In addition, installed our pool and spa. The jets won’t stay in and fall out when running hot tub jets and they won’t replace them. The plaster in the pool is cracking and they won’t stand behind it!!

Had a rear patio and side walkway finished with patio blocks. The patio and walkway has bellies in which it holds water due to not being leveled. Water lines from my sprinkler system is also exposed and none of these issues were resolved. Been almost a year and they don't return calls. I guess, since they got paid, now I'm on my own!

The company does a good job with getting everything completed quickly. Jeff is great at explaining all the new features of the pool system and pricing.
Since the company specializes in landscape design, they lack experience in customizing pool/spa dimensions in detail. After the company completed my pool/spa, I had been going back and forth with issues relating to the spa design.
The company ultimately claimed that they would fix the problem by charging me more money to redo concrete for a discounted rate.

If your looking for a pool done quickly with lack of attention to detail, then Alpha Landscapes will take care of you.

I moved into a gated community in February. Alpha planted my front yard with not very healthy looking plants. They are thin and very little color. One tree is missing an entire side with no branches. Two weeks later, they planted the rest of the street with new, healthy plants and bushes. Just because they deemed them as alive, they certainly did not fulfill the expectation of a brand new yard. Now, I will be working with another company to make improvements on Alpha's lack of quality.

Alpha Landscape and pool is extremely professional and did fantastic work. Excellent craftsmanship. Kayla took great care of us and always had prompt answers to all our questions along the way. Thanks for everything!

Terrible! We had alpha do our backyard big mistake
Right away our outdoor water system leaked they came back several times found some leaks but never fixed it totally made us feel we were crazy though we had major leaking and the water company confirmed this we ended up having to hire another landscaper
Then plumber to get if fixed properly
Second we have a bbq with grill the granite was installed in a very dark color that we were never told .. we didn’t complain.. after about a month the granite began to crack around the grill .. the company they had install it would not replace it said it was alphas fault .. they sent another company out that fixed it three times one time they did state it was installed incorrectly by them which they fixed because it was cracking on both sides of the grill then the granite company told us alpha didn’t cut a big enough area and that’s the issue but the granite cracked again they then glued it cracked again and now in the back. Ongoing problem with the same thing happening everytime . Trying to get it fixed again and correctly now alpha is telling us it’s our fault for how the grill of is closed it’s comical because it has been the same issue since the beginning when the
Company fixing it has repeatedly blamed alpha when it was their fault they fixed it ! Terrible company

Alpha Landscaping did an outstanding job transforming our backyard, from the stunning pool to the beautiful landscaping. They even replaced a dead palm tree, making our outdoor space truly amazing. Kurt Vollmoeller is an incredible designer. He listens to buyers wants and needs and delivers in his design. He also had to step in several times to help the project along. Hence only 3 stars. The project took longer than projected and communication with the project manager was lacking and very frustrating. That being said, Alpha hired another pool site manager named Myles who was fantastic. He knows his stuff and once he was brought in on the project it finished quickly. Kurt and Myles deserve 5 stars. We do the love design and quality of what was done.

It’s now been a year since I posted the previous review. Thought I’d update for you all. Alpha has made some great changes and we’ve used them for a couple more projects in the past year. Kurt is still my go to guy and just the best to work with. We added an “eyebrow” above a window and had landscaping done to the other side of the house for the dogs since it’s more shaded for the summer. I’ve added photos of those and updated from past posts to show how nicely the plants have grown and filled in the space. We love the space!

Very impressed! They showed up early, got the job done quick, but with attention to detail. Will call him again soon
