I had a fantastic experience with NV Landscapes. We did our back yard in October of 2023. Armando was great about providing recommendations for the paver types and trees/shrubs to be planted at the time. We ended with five fruit trees suitable for our climate and 9 gorgeous shrubs. The brick paver installation was skillfully and precisely carried out, and overall communication was on point. Big respect to the remaining crew as well for their professional and respectful attitude. Highly recommend this company!

Lack of Communication: I requested a new quote through your website and did not receive a return call or email to schedule an appointment.
Delayed Quote: I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote for a new project and despite a site visit by Taylor on January 20th, I have not received a follow-up.
Unsatisfactory Service: I experienced issues with the monthly maintenance of my shrubs, bushes, and trees, including the presence of leaves and debris after services.
Unresolved Concerns: I reported the issues by texting photos as requested by the office, but did not receive any follow-up or resolution.

Based on reviews and getting 2 other quotes we went with NV Landscapes and they a great job on our front yard landscape project. The entire front was redone with artificial turf, rocks, plants and 4 trees. Taylor was very helpful, professional and on time for our meetings.
We were so pleased with our front, we had them do our backyard.
Again we had them put in artificial turf and rock. They replaced many plants and added trees. Everything is looking beautiful. Would highly recommend NV Landscapes.

NV Landscapes converted my front lawn to desert landscape, ensuring compliance in meeting the water authority rebate requirements. I initially met with Jesus, courteous and professional, he explained the process, understood my vision and promptly generated an estimate. I was out of town during the project but NV Landscapes initiated a team group chat so that we could all be on the same page throughout work completion. Ricardo was the team lead. Both he and Jesus were incredibly patient with me, while providing top notch and timely service. Carla in their office was a joy to speak with and was also very helpful. They also all understood and worked with me through some HOA paperwork. Efficient team!

Ricardo and his team did an amazing job with my backyard. Communication was really strong and great from start to finish. They provided renderings/drawings of what you wanted and made appropriate changes to your likings. Construction was very professional and his team showed up consistently on time, organized, and prepared. Also, after each day of work, they would make sure the area they worked on was clean and free of any debris or tools. Overall, everything was smooth and even after completed construction, Ricardo was willing to check in and answer any questions i may have. I am satisfied, had a great experience, and strongly recommend for any landscaping projects.

I reached out to NV Landscapes LLC after doing a lot of research on licensed, insured, and bonded companies here in Las Vegas. I was connected with Jesus as my initial POC and designer, and I was immediately impressed with the company based on his professionalism, punctuality, and communication regarding design changes and project add-ons.

The company again impressed me with how organized they were. After the initial deposit, I received an estimated start date, a design plan for my HOA, and updates via email continued until my project began. Once my project started, a group text chat was created that connected me with my project manager, Ricardo (who was awesome!), the front office, and Jesus. Every single thing I brought up was addressed and handled.

They truly went above and beyond. Even after my project wrapped up, I had a minor issue that needed to be fixed, and they sent a crew to handle it. In total, my project wasn’t very big, but I never got the feeling that they’d rather be doing anything else. I highly recommend NV Landscapes LLC to anybody in the market for an honest, reliable, and organized company.

They do beautiful work, on time and at reasonable prices! Every step of the way, they responded to my questions rapidly and kindly. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to work with the customer to create exactly what is wanted. I wanted some native plants and they knew how to find them and what would work in my yard. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Foreman was amazing, was visited daily during the project by Ricardo ( project manager)to ask questions and give suggestions. Amazing workers and superior craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

They did a great job transforming my backyard. They were able to start the job sooner than originally expected, and it was completed very timely. The end result was exactly what I had asked for, and I am happy with the outcome. The crew doing the work did a great job of cleaning up each afternoon when they were done for the day, which was much appreciated as I have a very strict HOA.

I would hire them again.

I’m going to break up my review into different parts, as I feel it is only fair to NV Landscapes.
I definitely give them 5 stars for the work that they did but also how they dealt with the various issues that plagued them over the course of our project! We also made changes on the fly that took longer than the original timeframe.
The revamp of our yard originally was going to be a 3-4 week job. They started on March 2nd and ended on May 23rd, 13 weeks. This was not their fault as we experienced shut downs by the city of North Las Vegas, neighbor issues and sub-contractor issues. They dealt with all of these with a professional attitude and demeanor!

Neighbor: Not NVL’s fault and they dealt with it very professionally!

City of North Las Vegas: A complete disaster to work with! Never returned calls and took forever to approve permits.

Sub-contractors: One of the sub-contractors was difficult to work with at best. Didn’t show up as promised, work had to be re-done and had a bad attitude in general!

Any company can look good when everything goes as planned. Nothing went as planned on our project but they handled it very professionally!

Shout out to Tyler, Ricardo and Richard who is the owner. Tyler had some great ideas! Ricardo went above and beyond to make us happy! Richard was great to work with and made things happen as quickly as he could!

Our backyard was just dust and rocks when we moved in. Selected this company to design and do the work. They deserve far more than 5 stars. Beautiful design, perfect execution. Every single crew member who set foot on our property was courteous, fastidious, professional and obviously expert. It was a joy to meet them and see them work. We went from a moonscape to a back yard that feels like a vacation resort. Can't recommend them highly even. Designer Taylor, Foreman Ricardo, kitchen foreman Eduardo and all the crew are truly amazing folks working for a very well run company.

The team did a great job in removing the front yard grass, bushes, a tree and transforming the front yard into an elegant and much more functional space! Crew very professional and responsive!

Excellent experience with Carla, Jesus, Ricardo and their team. Jesus worked out a competitive quote, answered all questions, and even found and coordinated with another contractor to get the entire project done. Ricardo and his crew were all done within a very reasonable timeframe with attention to detail. Carla managed the entire process and even made sure we get the project in well before the estimated schedule (it would have been fine either way, because it doesn’t always work out that way). All in all, very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with how dependable they were. I have no need for any post-install followups or service yet, but they gave me confidence they would take care of it. Highly recommended.

I hired NV Landscapes, LLC to complete a backyard project that included installing artificial turf, constructing a fireplace, and building a BBQ island with a bar top and shade structure.

Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with the final results. The artificial turf looks great, and after some significant rework, the fireplace and BBQ island turned out nicely. However, there were several frustrating issues throughout the project:

1. The project took twice as long as initially quoted. Much of the delay was due to errors that required extensive rework.

2. The initial construction of the fireplace was extremely poor and did not follow the agreed-upon plans, resulting in both a visually unappealing and non-functional fireplace. Thankfully, the job foreman recognized this, and they agreed to completely rebuild it, ultimately delivering a good final product but extending the timeline.

3. Despite clearly selecting and providing all BBQ island appliances (grill, sink, drawers, fridge) in advance, the construction team failed to measure and plan accordingly. They initially built the BBQ island too small, forcing appliances in awkwardly, and didn't create sufficient space for bar stools. The shade structure was also initially undersized and poorly positioned, failing to provide adequate shade coverage as per the agreed plans. After raising these concerns directly with the owner, they acknowledged the errors and rebuilt everything, which again significantly extended the project timeline.

Ultimately, the rebuilt BBQ island and bar turned out well, although the shade structure was still not ideal. After three months of construction, I chose to live with it rather than prolong the project further.

Additionally, their crew frequently arrived at random times without notice and consistently left my front gate open despite repeated requests not to, resulting in our dogs escaping four times. This caused ongoing frustration as we had to keep our dogs locked inside throughout the construction period, made more difficult by the inconsistent schedule of the workers.

I almost left a bad review, but the owner, after getting involved, was nice about it, admitted the mistakes, and worked hard to get it fixed. I was in between a 3-4 star review but ultimately decided on a 4-star rating after the owner was good about making things right.

In summary, NV Landscapes ultimately delivered a good final result after multiple corrections, and the owner took responsibility for errors. If considering them for your project, I strongly recommend regularly verifying that the team is following your plans carefully to avoid similar frustrations.

I got the front yard I wanted for years. They took their time with me, meeting at the nursery, guiding me on the best plants and incorporating the plants I love to see in the desert. They never left me hanging when I found something that wasn't quite right and attended to my every call with respect. I am so happy that I made the right choice in hiring LV Landscaping. I love, love, love my yard.
