If you are looking for an amazing landscaper with high standards and impeccable work ethic, look no further. I am the president of my HOA and I hired them based on the reviews and a recommendation. I am not disappointed and can say that I have worked with over a dozen landscapers but by far this company has exceeded my expectations and always made sure their job is complete. My contact is Andrew and he is simply the best part about this company because we all know that what is behind the scenes is the driving force. He has never let me down and continues to impress me. Michael and his team did a great job with our landscaping project. He walked us through from design to completion and completed the project on time and budget. He even helped us with a finicky HOA so we could still get what we wanted. We even had a couple problems after the project and he responded promptly and sent his team out to fix them promptly at no cost. We recommend Michael and Northwest Landscape for your landscape project.

I urge homeowners to proceed with caution when considering Northwest Landscaping. I have had nothing but problems with them. My yard is horrible with the amount of money I spent. To make things worst the owner Saul smelled like alcohol when he showed up.

Wow! We are so happy with the landscaping project they have done with our backyard!! I can honestly say that after having met with a numerous amount of different landscaping companies, Antonio gave me the best pricing for what we wanted to have done and outbid some by $1k-4K. From start to finish I have nothing but only good things to say about the whole process. Antonio did our walk through gave me great suggestions to the type of design, trees, shrubs, pavers and turf that would fit well with our space that we had to work with and kept within our budget. Every one of their staff that I had spoken with from office staff, project crew, billing and management whether by phone, email or in person was courteous, respectful and very helpful. They made the whole HOA process stress free and smooth. We had another company doing our patio covering which we had different schedules for and what was amazing was that they reached out to that company to try and make the installation work on time so that they would not have to push back our install date which we appreciated so much due to the fact that our backyard was not usable and we have two little kids. They completed the whole job in 3 days and we couldn't be any happier with the quality of work that they did for us. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping project needs.

Antonio, their estimator and overall manager of our job, was fantastic! Quick to reply with any questions or changes and is very friendly. Ramon and his crew did a great job on the installation of our turf, trees, plants, pavers, lights and rock. Very quick and professional. They subcontracted our patio cover to Patio Cover Concepts and they exceeded our expectations. Overall we are extremely happy, have already referred them to family and got an estimate for phase 2.

Our Backyard is the paradise we’ve dreamed of, and it’s all thanks to the incredible job from the Northwest team. From start to finish, it’s been a great experience. Jonathan from the beginning was amazing. He was honest, responsive, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Due to his pure intentions and great customer service during our design meeting is honestly why we selected Northwest.

The rest of the team continue to impress. Our backyard was completed in 6 business days, instead of the 7-8 discussed. I could not believe it went so fast! The team that installed our backyard was on time every morning, friendly and hardworking! It was so hot each day, but they worked through the heat and finished earlier than expected. I had a few on-the-spot changes, which I asked (ex. wanted to switch the type of tree), and they made it happen quickly and without any hassle. Also, they left our house very clean each day, better than any of my neighbors who have gone with other providers.

I know there are so many companies out there, but I highly doubt most will provide a great experience from start to finish as Northwest did for us. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Northwest, every time.

One of the best decisions that I made when I moved Las Vegas in 2022 was to choose Northwest Landscape and Maintenance to landscape my backyard. They designed and landscaped my bare and rocky backyard. It is beautiful now and very comfortable. Northwest continues to provide regular maintenance service for my backyard, and also to my front and side yards. I also love and appreciate the fact that whenever a minor crisis arise, such a water sprinkler problem, all I have to do is contact the company and they send a crew to address the problem. They have well trained friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable and can resolve any of my concerns. Andrew, thank you for your professional and caring attitude. You are truly a great asset to Northwest.

WOULDN’T USE THIS COMPANY TO MAINTAIN MY LAWN THEY ALMOST SIDE SWIPED MY VEHICLE 3 TIMES DID NOT USE BLINKER OR MIRRORS, CLEARLY AND WHEN I HONKED THEY IGNORED ME AND CONTINUED TO MERGE INTO MY LANE CAUSING ME TO SLAM ON MY BREAKS TO AVOID BEING HIT! JUST BECAUSE YOU DRIVE A TRUCK DOES NOT MEAN YOU RULE THE ROAD AND THE MIRRORS ON THE SIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE ARE SO CAN SEE IF YOUR ABLE TO GET OVER INTO THE NEXT LANE SAFELY. MAYBE GRAB THE DMV HANDBOOK AND RETAKE TEST SO YOU DONT RISK ANYONES LIFE FOR YOUR LACK OF MOTOR SKILLS. IF YOU CANT EVEN PAY ATTENTION TO SURROUNDINGS WHILE DRIVING I WOULD NOT TRUST TO KEEP MY GRASS GREEN OR CARE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE ON ANY LANDSCAPING!

This company has completed a renovation for me with lawn removal and new landscape of rock and plants. It was done with the front and back yards. It is beautiful and I have many compliments. The men an owners have been hard workers.

Mason’s fixed my sprinkler and drip system, for the first time in Years my system is working great. I recommend them.

I was told someone would come to my house between 9-11am to give me an estimate to have my yard cleaned up and then maintained monthly. I spent my morning waiting around for them to show but they never came. No call no show. Not a good way to earn new business, I’ll be taking mine elsewhere.

Not the service promised. I was told there would be a irrigation specialists that would check my sprinklers. I was told that the weeds would be handled and that the bushes would be trimmed. There was talk of fertilizing and not edging for a while to bring back some of the areas that I was unsatisfied with. What I received was no different than the teenager down the street doing a quick once over, when he showed up. When I voiced my concerns that no one showed, I was argued with. I requested that my days/times for watering be changed and none of that was done. I am stuck with broken sprinklers, sprinklers that aren't working and a lawn that is dying worse than it already was. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I cant express how amazing this company is. They went out of their way to help me with my sprinkler system. My second experience was them trimming my trees. They are so kind and professional. The work is amazing and the prices are perfect 👌 . I wont be using anyone else !!

They have been doing the maintenance on my front and back yard for over a year . It looks beautiful. They come weekly and have never missed a week. Very reliable, trustworthy and great to work with. I highly recommend using them for any of your lawn and sprinkler needs.

Christina and Masons Landscape is a property managers dream. She gets to the problem promptly after notification and fixes it in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Her recurring services are consistently done well. Couldn't ask for more.
